the apartment is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, closed area, 3 swimming pools. 12 minutes to the beach, but you need to climb up to get back. for life, there were all the necessary kitchen utensils and dishes, only not enough towels. there was a strange smell in the apartment, especially on the upper floor, later we found mold in the apartment, we informed the host, we hope this problem will be solved

well located between Malaga and Marbella. The city of Mijas, the town of Ronda 40 minutes away. the beaches from Cala de Mijas to Marbella, are preferable to those to Malaga.

Wonderful apartment! Ideal for a family vacation:) with the floor upstairs, it was an opportunity for us to meet with sisters with stunning sea views. Very well equipped apartment, with three swimming pools, excellently located if you want to discover the Costa del Sol area! Only problem in our opinion: communication is not always obvious with the office hours of the agency.

Many thanks to Frank, for his house it is a very nice apartment my children and I spent some wonderful days in his apartment, he had two stays which made it very easy for us to love his space ;) , the kitchen was super equipped, the terrace was a super grill we made a meal with beautiful views, then you travel with children. The 3 pools of the development make your life much easier. The beach is very Czech walking and there are many places to eat and supermarkets nearby. We liked everything. Thank you

We had a good stay at the fine apartment. However, convenient to have a car. The terrace/balcony was nice and spacious and had sun almost all day. There are a large sunshade. At the bedroom there is another balcony with glass doors, which you can close in the cold. Inventory in the apartment is very complete. We were with 5 people and missed a duvet, this was arranged immediately. A folder with some more tips in the area would be nice and useful.

Pictures show what the apt looks like. Beautiful view of ocean from bedroom and living room Walkable to restaurants. The 2.5 baths was a plus! We had a hard time getting into the second room. The trick is to pull the door toward you on the last turn of the key. Took us two days to get in. The house smelled musty for the first few days.. there had been alot of rain and no one renting for a bit prior to us coming so it had been closed up. The smell finally went away on the third day or so. This is a great apt for the price. Be advised if you have young children or you have trouble climbing a spiral stair case, the second room is up from the balcony climbing spiral stairs. We had picked up on this from pictures and prior reviews so we knew this but this could be a problem if you were planing to use the upstairs for elderly or young children. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

A great experience, the apartment is very cozy and it doesn't lack anything. It is located in an accessible area and close to the beach, although we enjoyed the development's pools more, which is very quiet. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment with a wonderful view, near the sea, very close to shops and restaurants. Comfortable large bed on the 1st floor and 2 beds on the 2nd floor. In my opinion, the rooms on the 2nd floor are more suitable for children because of the low ceilings. But it should be noted- the stairs are from the terrace and are quite steep. Free parking is always available on the street near the house.

We stayed a few nights in Frank's apartment. Our expectations were fully met! The apartment is very well equipped including chairs and umbrella for the beach. There were two of us and the apartment was almost too big for that. We didn't even use the upper area. Everything was clean! The location was perfect for us, with rental car. But the beach and various restaurants are also within walking distance. Beautiful pools in a well-kept complex. Price/performance is great!! We would book there again any time!!

Place is lovely. Has great views of the sea and is very spacious. The facilities such as the pool are nice with the added bar as a bonus. Master rooms a great size, large bed with plenty of clothing storage. Felt very homely. I’d come back to stay at this property again very soon.

The apartment is located in a very well located residence (beach less than a kilometer walk away), very well maintained with 3 beautiful pools. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The view is beautiful and the terraces very pleasant. We loved our stay, thanks Frank!

Good accommodation, fully equipped, etc. Only inconveniences if you need to find them: The pellets jump when using the oven and hob at the same time, and there was no dishwasher liquid or dishwasher tablet. Other than that, very good accommodation, very responsive host in case of problems, sea view and pleasant terrace. Air conditioning is also very nice during summer temperatures. Great location also if car is available

The apartment is simple and you start to notice the passage of the years, the good thing about this apartment is the independence you have if you go as a couple with children since it has two floors, and then to highlight its three pools with beautiful gardens in the development, in the pool in the middle it has a small bar that was closed due to Covid. But my personal opinion is to repeat, very good value for money.

what you see is what you get, nice quiet comfortable apartment in a nice complex.beach , restaurants, bars, supermarkets and bus stops are all within walking distance although there is a bit of a hill on the way home .pool bar at complex had good food and cold drinks at reasonable prices

This apartment is located on the hillside in the gated community. The closest services are 500-700m away. There's a roadside parking. The views are really nice.

Perfect place. Close to the beach and amazing views! We will stay again
