The loft is very comfortable and well-equipped. The view is exceptional, having access to the roof is a major asset. We went there every evening to admire the sunset and the starry sky. Having access to a swimming pool is also a plus. It's better to rent a car because it's very high. As the loft offers a garage, this is not a problem, quite the opposite. In short, a beautiful stay, not to mention that we were able to visit Ronda, Mijas and Malaga a few times.

The apartment and the roof terrace were great. Shops and restaurants were a little far away. The beach was right next door, that's a plus. All in all, a nice and peaceful place. Walking to the apartment is difficult, due to the steep location, so bring good shoes.

The accommodation corresponded to the pictures. Fantastically nice beach within walking distance. Quiet and nice area. The only downside we experienced was that it was a bit of a walk to the shop. It is worth downloading the Bolt and Uber app because it is a very hilly area. The entire residential area was experienced as quiet and safe.

The apartment is lovely! It looks like the pictures, and the rooftop is much bigger than it seems. The view from up there is amazing. The apartment is a little up in the mountains, so if you are on foot, you have to be aware that it can be a hard walk. The apartment itself was clean and nice and lacked nothing. The team of the rental was always responsive, and when a window broke, they came and fixed it immediately without any problems. All in all, there wasn't a finger to put on anything, and can definitely be recommended to others

I recently spent a few days in this beautiful duplex apartment and I can say with full conviction that I am very satisfied! The apartment has three spacious rooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for our family. The amenities were all provided which made our stay extremely comfortable. A big plus was the garage where we could easily park. This made exploring the area a lot easier. And let's not forget the top floor terrace! The view was simply fantastic and a great place to relax after a busy day. All in all a superb experience. I can recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Benalmadena!

We had great stay, place looks as on pictures, well thought out place and fantastic terrace. Had to pay extra for checkin in before 16:00 and we needed it like 1 h earlier not to sit outside and wait. kitchen well equipped, you also get like “starter kit” with 1 dishwasher tablet one washing machine tablet one trash bag and few rolls of toilet paper (2+2) so you need to buy all of it if you stay longer then 1-2 days. kitchen also was missing some essentials like oil to cook, sugar, but hope what we left can be used further. Besides that there was a lot of helpful stuff like boardgames and very nice decoration that made it feel like home. really enjoyed our stay and can recommend the place.

frank took his time to respond. but the ladies were faster and friendly. We were compensated so that's neat. I recommend 100%. It barely rains in Spain, but there is no water when it rains. That's important to know. in the complex by the pool where the said entrance is, there is a blue hose on a tap. there is always water there. It was great with 6 people. I find the stairs to the terrace scary but the rest loved it. Definitely booking this location is more than worth it

On the way to Gibraltar we spent a few days in Benalmádena and we did not regret it. As soon as you see out the window in the morning, you will be rewarded with an insane view over the coast. The roof terrace is also amazing, you can relax there and enjoy the view on the sea. This is really a top location.

After a few ambiguities and last-minute notice that the pool and jacuzzi are not available, everything was good so far. Great apartment and great views. I found it very strange that in addition to AirBnb we had to fill out extra documents and were contacted through a company where it felt like a kind of justification as if AirBnb was not safe enough. Just like 2 days before checkout, you will receive a checkout email. That just doesn't feel nice. However, the location is great and the size of the apartment and terrace is great. For whom the pool and jacuzzi are unimportant, I definitely recommend the apartment. Best regards,

The apartment was as described and was very lovely. We had an issue with aircon when we arrived and Sofia sent 2 engineers out within the hour and they cleaned all the filters so it worked perfectly. The aircon clicks off after 4 hours, which isn’t annoying apart from during the night when it clicks off and then you wake up boiling and have to get up to put it back on again. There is also seems to be a problem with the electric in the building as during the evening when lots of people are trying to cook dinner/watch tv etc the electric trips off. One evening it happened 6 times and the fridge/cooker/aircon all have to be reset. The steepness of the hill should also be emphasised as although a very short walk to the beach it was incredibly steep that even the taxi drivers used to laugh about it! The pool area was so clean and a great space although having 1 pool key with a family of 6; 4 adults, including grandparents and 2 children under 10 was a bit tricky at times.

Was a lovely stay at Frank’s place - great location for beach and plenty restaurants. The tennis court and pool was great - bear in mind it’s a public pool so lots of kids there of course. Found the Wi-Fi was not great - the actual Wi-Fi didn’t work and we had to switch the the alternate which was quite slow when the house is full so was hard to watch videos etc. Pretty great space with spacious rooms with AC - great balcony and roof space to hang out. Neighbours were helpful and kind. I didn’t have any interaction with Frank during our stay and instead I had two ladies replying to messages. There was no reply to messages after 5pm which was stressful one evening when the key got stuck in the lock and we could not contact anyone but we managed to fix the problem ourselves in the end. Would recommend being quite fit if you’re wanting to stay here and walk a lot as the hills are very steep but taxi and Uber are very accessible

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful penthouse, it was really the best, easy access to the beach and shops, pool was great, lots of fun for the kids and parents. The rooftop was the best and also the barbecue was so convenient.

Very nice flat with the best views of Benalmádena. Frank is a great host but when you get in the apartmen, we noticee there are some things that were broken, as for example one toilet lock, toilet seat etc... some dishes were also quite dirty, but we washed them. I would havr enjoyed it more if I did not have needed to sign a contract that shower hundreds of starting prices if I accidentaly broke something. This made me be overprotective of stuff because I was afraid of getting payments.

The pictures are accurate! This place really is great! The view from the roof terrace is truly stunning. The apartment has everything a family needs and is clean and well appointed. There are convenient transport links with the nearby bus and C1 stops. We had a great stay and the host made check in / out straight forward. I would highly recommend! Thanks Frank & team. On a side note: I did complete the form sent via email after booking, and it was fine, simply to confirm details. No issues.

The penthouse in Carvajal is a really good deal for the price and space you get. The host(s) were very responsive to any questions, but do be aware that you only receive check-in information the day before arrival (we also had to ask for the address as it is not shown when booking the place). The rental company asks you to fill out and sign forms outside of the Airbnb platform, which we did not do and which was not advised by Airbnb to do so either. However, the place did all turn out to be legit and the apartment was as described. There is everything you need (kitchen utensils, spacious rooms, nice rooftop etc.). It's only a short walk to the beach, but it's a steep one. Would recommend having a car to get around the area. Some of the kitchen things (cups, cutlery) were quite dirty and one of the toilet seats was a little broken, so that's something that could be improved. All in all - would come back for sure. Great value for money!

Really nice and nicely decorated apartment with everything that is needed. Awesome rooftop terrace with great views. We were disappointed with the distance to eateries (there are only a few fish restaurants within walking distance), the distance to the beach you also can't handle right in 5 minutes. It was different than we expected/understood. The pool area was a bit boring. Only a few sun loungers and no ball was allowed to play or play with bathing equipment. Our teenagers were disappointed with that part, too. Car is required in the area both to reach shopping, dining and city life.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, it had everthing we needed (towels, linen, beach towels, plates, glasses, pans, iron & board). The rooftop terrace was definitely a plus! The beach is close by but it's a steep hill, so we took a car to get there. It was conveniant that we were able to park in the garage of our building. The hosts were very friendly, and all instructions were clear - really, nothing could have been better!

We loved this apartment for several reasons. The first is its magnificent terrace with barbecue and sun loungers and the incredible views that can be seen. On clear days you can see Africa. The sunsets are beautiful and although it is located in Benalmádena, you can see Fuengirola. The connection to the airport and the motorway is also good. The house is very nice with a spacious kitchen-living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Good cleaning and quick attention from the hosts.

We’d really enjoyed our stay in the appartment. Everyting was taking care off. The beds were made up when we arrived and there where plenty off fresh towels. The appartment was very clean and the view from the rooftop was amazing! The kitchen is fully equipt, everyting you need is there. We only disliked going home ;). One suggestion: the door to the main bedroom is really difficult to open if you close it. Maybe you can fix this :).

Really great apartment, nice location, awesome roof terrace. All was great except when I needed help with the dishwasher, they didn’t respond, didn’t answer call, the handyman didn’t answer so the dishwasher was humming all night, kind of hard to sleep in that noise.

This is a great place - the roof top view is priceless, the apartment is spacious and having all the appliances you need at hand makes it very comfortable to stay here. The ability to park your car in a private car park was for us a wonderful plus that we did not expect. A top place for a top vacation at walking distance from the beach and boulevard.

The location of the accommodation is a very quiet area, and close to the beach and restaurants. Although I recommend having a car,especially since the slope is quite steep and it is much easier to get around. The apartment was clean, it is very comfortable, it is appreciated that it has good mattresses. The views are spectacular, even the bathrooms have sea views. It has air conditioning, but we only need it for a couple of days when the heat was very intense, the rest of the time we kept the house cool by opening the windows and lowering blinds according to the sun. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The garage in summer is a must as it is impossible to park in the area. Dealing with Niki was very easy. We had a mishap with an appliance and they immediately sent a maintenance person to fix it. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you very much for the great time we had at your place! The apartment is very nice, a little smaller than it looks on the pictures, but really comfortable and clean. It’s possible to be 8 persons but honestly I think 6 is the better choice (2 can sleep in the living room) The rooftop is incredible! 5/5! The beach is a 10 minutes walk and it takes also 10-15 min to the next train station to go to Malaga. I can warmly recommend this place. Niki always responded within an hour if we had any questions. :)

The house is located in the Jardines de Carvajal, 350 m from Fuengirola. If the idea is to stay in Benalmadena, it is far away, but if not, Fuengirola is nicer and it takes 5 minutes to walk. The beach is down a slope 5 m from the house. The house has an incredible upper terrace, with sun loungers, several tables, a barbecue and armchairs. It's a joy to sunbathe there because it has a shower. It's ideal for dining under the stars. It has a small terrace downstairs ideal for breakfast or dinner overlooking the sea. The living room is very comfortable and has a good television. The kitchen is not missing any detail. There was also air conditioning but we didn't need it as it was a luxury with the windows open. The bed is very comfortable and very quiet for sleeping. The parking is perfect.

It is a very comfortable, spacious and very well decorated apartment. The best thing is the terrace, with spectacular views, and very well furnished. Too bad you have to go up a very narrow spiral staircase to get there. For a family or a small group of friends it is ideal, and it is very well located, since you are within walking distance of the most interesting villages and beaches. Frank and the people who serve you are very friendly and the check-in is very well organized.

First of all, thank you Niki for your attention. The accommodation is practically as shown in the photos, although I should specify that two of the cabinets cannot be used completely because they have padlocks, which meant a lack of space, especially in the main bedroom, where only one of the 3 doors can be used. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are also exterior. We had to clean the fridge because it smelled a lot like ammonia and even then we couldn't get the smell out completely, it would have been disconnected during the state of alarm and they didn't take it into account. The day of arrival or the previous one was supposed to have been cleaned and checked everything, yet the bedroom timer that controlled the living room-kitchen air conditioner and master bedroom towards unbearable noise and they didn't fix it until the next morning, less badly we found fans in the laundry room so we were able to spend the afternoon-night. The terraces were not clean, especially the one upstairs that hadn't been cleaned for a while, so to use it we had to scrub it ourselves. The shower has no head but at least water came out. Apart from this, the apartment is very complete, it has many details and finally we were very comfortable, yes, if someone has vertigo it will be difficult to use the terrace upstairs since the access is a spiral staircase. The beach of Carvajal is phenomenal, the descent to the beach is good, but for the ascent to the accommodation you have to work your legs since the slope is more than considerable. The final balance of our stay is positive.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this apartment. Everything is as described plus much more... the location and the view from the terrace is breathtaking however is on the hill so walking down to the beach is ok but coming back is a bit of a challenge... either a car or a local taxi would be ideal. We had an evening flight so the late check out( 1pm) wasn’t a problem. The underground parking and the lift to third floor where the apartment is located was perfect. The agency who’s taking responsibility for this apartment were very professional and helpful. Magnus who came to show us around was very helpful, patient and professional. I strongly recommend this please.

Great apartment located 20 minutes from the Carvajal train station. It takes about 40 minutes by train to be in the center of Malaga. Regarding the beach it is located 10 minutes walk which is a major advantage of the location of this apartment. The apartment is beautiful and gives a wonderful view of the sea. We had a problem to start air conditioning and the hosts were very responsive. It looks great!

Perfect apartment for 6 people. The mattresses are good, the bathrooms have been redone. The rooftop is great, however to climb you through a staircase in the void. The services were a little disappointing for the price, the air conditioning stops every 2 hours, and there is a leak that requires you to empty a bin regularly. Also, the bathroom water is not potable. The apartment is next to the sea (about 15 min on foot).

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, BUT NOT A GREAT LOCATION FOR A RELAXING BEACH HOLIDAY IF YOU PLAN TO WALK! From the listing it seems like the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation, but the apartment is on a very steep incline, which means you have to walk up a very steep hill (at least a 20 minute walk from the beach - 90% of which is like walking up very steep stairs), along a roadside with lots of discarded trash and street cats. This walk is required for anything you do as the the apartment is actually in a housing development outside the city - there are no bars or stores within 10 minutes of walking. (it might take 10 minutes to walk down the hill - but it's a lot longer to walk back up!) The train station is a 17 minute walk, up and down many steep hills. If you plan to drive EVERYWHERE (or you are training for the Camino de Santiago), this place is fine. All rooms have AC, but there is a 2 hour timer, so that they are not abused. (We didn't have any issue with this - and the breeze is so nice in the apartment that we barely needed AC anyway, as long as the windows were open. ) The power went out about 6 times during our stay, I'm not sure the apartment is equipped to have all the appliances. You can't use the BBQ on the terrace at this time because of the risk of fire. This should be noted in the listing also. The apartment seemed clean, but on the final day we stripped the sheets and found that the mattress cover in one room was absolutely disgusting, covered in stains and even bugs. For the money that is charged, I can't believe they wouldn't replace them before they get this bad. The rooftop terrace almost makes up for it all, though.

Postal address is Belmeneda but only about 500 m from Fungarola.I would suggest familiarise the location on google maps. We didnt and were a little disappointed ☹️ If you dont have a car bear in mind that its a very, very steep walk to the apartment from the road. Otherwise a superaoartment with views todie for.

Stunning apartment in a quiet location. We were met at the door by Niki who showed us around and advised us on places locally. Only 5 min walk from the train station (although up a hill) but the view was well worth the climb. The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipment was thoughtful and everything you needed was there. The beach locally was clean and soft - about 10 mins to restaurants selling a range of foods. In all an excellent break and we can’t wait to return! Thank you Frank. Ruth and Tim.

Frank is a considerate and organized host. the apartment is well equipped and it has except 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , a terrace with barbecue and sun loungers on the roofs, a balcony extending the living room and parking.

Apratment is very well equipped (the kitchen has exceeded our expectations: coffee express, microwave, oven, toaster, sandwich toaster, electric kettle, large fridge, blender,) We were there in 4 adults and 4 children and they all had a big place for themselves big TV wifi works fine view is breathtaking terrace has a lot of sun loungers, and coffee on the terrace in the morning tastes better than at home :). We got there by train Carvajal is not far away, 15 minutes of infantry, but you can not find it on Google maps to go to the apartment, you are going uphill at least 21% so take it into account if you have a lot of luggage can be helpful taxi (you have to call) or rent a car at the airport of Malaga close to the beach there is a small shop but you will not buy everything in it and it is more expensive than the one located on the beach in Fuengirola, there you will buy everything, about 30 minutes on foot as for the host, I do not have any complaints very helpful and nice We are very pleased with the stay, I recommend with all my heart

A superb apartment where there was all one could need,wonderful roof terrace with a lovely view,nice pool area for both big and small.

Amazing spot with a sweet roof top terrace and tons of space inside. Walking distance to a basic convenient store for anything you might need. Great views. Be warned however that the apartment sits at the top of a very steep hill, steep by 24 year old athlete standards.
