Welcome to La Duquesa, Manilva and this lovely apartment with pool on the first line of the beach and just a stone's throw from the marina and La Duquesa Golf.
Puerto de la Duquesa is a beautiful marina located in the municipality of Manilva, halfway between Marbella and Sotogrande. It is the westernmost port in the province of Malaga.

The space

With its calm beaches and pleasant temperatures all year round, it is undoubtedly one of the best ports on the Costa del Sol.
The port is currently the center of the main tourist activity in the area. It is surrounded by cozy urbanizations that invite you to spend a good beach, sun and sea vacation. A peaceful place where the Mediterranean light combines in perfect harmony with the leisure boats and the traditional flavor of the small fishing boats that go fishing every morning.
When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and cozy apartment with the kitchen directly to the left where you have a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, stove and oven, washing machine, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need to cook food on holiday.
Furthermore, you have the living room with a dining group for 4 people, a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. Furthermore, you have the lovely terrace with a lounge group.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a double bed and 2 single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A/C in every room, fast WIFI, dishwasher, shared pool, direct access to the beach and much more.
The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person.
