We stayed here with our family for 9 nights. The apartment had a very good layout. I really liked how compact the bathrooms were. In addition, I really liked the balcony on the top floor, which offered an excellent view of the city and the sea. The children had plenty of space to play, both inside the apartment and outside, where there was a park for walks and a swimming pool. We really liked the location. The local shop and restaurants were close by, and the sea was close enough to walk there with the children. The owners were always available if we had any questions.

we spent a great week at Franks in February. we had a parking space right next to the apartment. close to grocery stores, open for a long time. the apartment is comfortable and everything is well prepared. there is air conditioning and heating. maybe in the season when there are a lot of people it is different but now it was not crowded or noisy in the area.

Had a lovely stay here mid-October. The weather was lovely and the pool area and bar was open every day which we weren’t expecting. There is a supermarket and bars within a few minutes walk. The accommodation is quite a walk up the hill from the beach area so that’s something to bear in mind for the less able - although it did look like getting a cab wouldn’t be a problem. There was also plenty of communication and they were really helpful when we needed urgent assistance with something out of hours.

Beautiful accommodation, family of 5 and ideal space in this home , pool was clean and so peaceful, lovely little cafe at pool for snacks and drinks. Supermarket and restaurants 2 min walk away. Host Frank was helpful and responded quickly to any question. We hope to visit again soon.

Located near restaurants and supermarket. Wonderful view of sea from bedroom. Good parking. Struggled to walk up the hill from the dual carriageway and long walk to beach for seniors. And the gated security in the house felt a little imprisoning. Overall we had a good stay

Nice place, most comfortable for max. two couples. Swimming pool was not available in April, yet our stay was pleasant and would recommend for those who travel by car through Andalusia as it’s great starting point to many tourists spots.

Was a great place to stay, as long as you don’t mind a walk up a steep hill, which I didn’t and used it as my exercise! View of the sea was lovely. Apartment was lovely, clean, well equipped. If staying slightly out of peak season as we were, some extra blankets would have been appreciated but we coped.

This is a cozy place just like a real home. The area is absolutely charming, the flat is well equipped and modern. The communication with the staff is easy - they're professionals. We loved the fact that they encourage you to select your waste. The whole place has a great atmosphere, one can have a very relaxing holiday here or can use it as a starting point for great adventures in the area.

Have stayed at this resort many times over the years. Accommodation was fine for us (two couples). We felt linen (towels and bed linens, pillows) need renewing. Also found the plug sockets a bit iffy. Couldn’t use toaster and kettle at same time in double socket in kitchen (Spanish electrics ???) also some wine glasses would be nice. Air con great, patio area nice, hammock lovely touch. Overall good, thank you.

Nice apartment with good facilities for 4 in 2 double rooms, each with a separate bathroom. Cozy living room, kitchen and terrace and garden. Short distance to pool, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. Cleanliness could be better. It is not washed under the couch and beds in a long time. Something is missing compared to light bulbs etc that didn't work. All in all a very pleasant stay for 14 days in this apartment.

We are a family of four and we looked for accommodation accordingly. The house is situated in a very quiet area and that suited us. It was about a 12 to 15 minute walk to the sea. The house is on a hill, so the way back is slightly more difficult in the heat. There is only an Indian restaurant in the immediate vicinity, and you will find other restaurants, shops, and a supermarket within walking distance. Lidl is within 5 minutes by car. The house has quite steep stairs, which is not the best for small children (1 and 3 years old). But it's not the accommodation's fault, it's more of an experience for us in the future. During our stay we had minor repairs by the landlord, everything was done quickly and by the next day, excellent communication. We can definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately my first experience on this platform is bad , due to a confusion from the host we were unable to enter the first night in the accommodation , and the payment of the two hotel rooms were not charged for the two hotel rooms only a minimum of the payment , it is a shame the accommodation is great and the location as well

Attractive, spacious and quiet two-storey ground-floor apartment. There's another home above that. How noisy with neighbors, but that didn't bother us. Quiet neighborhood, hospitality and shops close by, beach close and beautiful! Had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the small garden to eat outside or enjoy the sun. Wonderful!

Overall this is a great rental which I cannot recommend highly enough. Some of the positives, superb communication from the hosts, easy check, property in excellent order, well-appointed and set in lovely grounds with access to 2 pools should you wish to use them. Only couple of things I would highlight to be mindful are, whilst towels were provided, they were not the best, so if luggage allows it would be worth considering taking a couple of your own, or you could do what we did and buy a couple there. I booked this rental having visited the area many times and therefore familiar with it. For those that aren't when you come away from the coast road it is situated at the top of quite a steep hill. Of course if you have a car/use taxis it is not a problem, but if you fancy a walk down to or back from the main areas including the beach be mindful of this particularly if you struggle with hills.

Thank you Frank for a lovely stay. The apartment had gorgeous views of the sea. Downstairs was nice and cool even as the temperature climbed. Upstairs veranda was a real sun trap. Something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay. Shop was only a couple minutes walk away and the Indian restaurant nearby was excellent. Jon and Julie

Lovely accommodation and complex, disappointed pool was closed for the duration of out stay and this was not communicated prior to making the booking. Would suggest having a car as a serious walk up the hill for elderly members of the family. Very clean, secure accommodation, noisy dog upstairs for a few days.

Apartment in good condition with a little older/simpler standard. We were 2 adults and a child, which was just right during the winter when the time outdoors is limited. Quiet and safe area which despite the season (December) had open restaurants and stores in the area.

The pictures gives a very accurate description and we were not disappointed but very happy with our stay. It is a lovely garden surrounding the hole compartment and very quit. It takes about 12 min walking to the beach - a little bit more returning as it is uphill on the way back.

Loved the house. It's a very nice, spacious place. The beds are very comfortable and the porch with garden is great. My family and I have really enjoyed the pool and in general the tranquility of the house. The only thing I think could be improved is that I would have liked to have put back up towels and I didn't like the crib to be charged to us as it has never happened to me at Airbnb. Otherwise everything was perfect. Communication with them has been very good I would definitely go back.

The house is just as seen in the photos. The beds are very comfortable (pillows could be improved) and it has everything you need to spend a few days comfortably. The beach is close by, but the path is uphill and a bit difficult. The pool in the development is great.

Lovely townhouse in a tranquil location and fully stocked. This is a townhouse, not a separate house as stated, where there is another floor of other owners above you. The sea is only a 15-minute walk away, and there is also a shop and restaurants nearby. The house itself is very compact and ideal for 2 people (no more). The bedroom has a balcony offering a beautiful view. In winter, I recommend warming up, since the house is heated only by air conditioners, which is not enough. The fireplace is not working unfortunately. The host wasn't always quick to respond to messages quickly, and unfortunately, didn't go to meet us when we changed the dates of the reservation due to early checkout. Because of this, we had to cancel through Airbnb.

The house was perfect; well appointed with equipment etc, very clean and a great location, only a few minutes walk from a small complex of a supermarket, restaurants and bars. It is in a very quiet and tranquil location, with just the odd bit of music wafting over from occasional pool parties. The best part for us was the outdoor seating area and the added advantage of a great sun trap on the bedroom balcony. We are already thinking about a return visit.

Very nice house, very clean, better than in the photos. There is a recently laid dishwasher, washing machine. the residence is very clean and well maintained. The 3 pools are cleaned regularly. A lifeguard is there for each pool. At the main pool, you can eat and have a drink. supermarket within walking distance of the residence (2 minutes). to get to the beach on foot, it takes 20 minutes. To return, as the listing is at the top of a hill, it takes at least 35 minutes. The house is close to the road, in summer there is a little noise at night (a few cars, people talking loudly) but it's still reasonable.

Beautiful views from the house. Supermarket around the corner. A car would be handy to get around the area but we got taxi’s into La Cala. Nice garden and communal pool and hosts were very accommodating!

The house is very nice, in a very well-maintained residence. The residence with the 3 pools are convenient for a family with children even in infancy (large paddling pool). The beach is not easy to access and not next door when you walk there and even more with children. It's best to take the car and park not too far from the beach.

Thanks for letting us stay in your place! It’s just perfect the place for families. It’s really calm and quiet. The swimming pool area is really great not only for little ones, but for adults too. We recommend to hire a car while staying there, there are really nice places to visit not far away.

The outside balcony areas are perfect, with the views and comfy outside furniture. The rental had everything we needed, apart from a dish washer which would have made things a lot easier. The location is great too, with a super market and various restaurants just a walk down the street.

I would not call this a house, but a semi-detached duplex. There is even another apartment upstairs. The garden is only a tiny piece of grass, but the terraces are lovely.
