Welcome to this lovely apartment located in the sunny Riviera del Sol within walking distance to the Riviera Playa and the lovely promenade to La Cala de Mijas. The apartment is located in a quiet area with several restaurants and bars a short walk away. There is also a gym, sports facilities with paddle and tennis as well as several golf courses, all within a 5-minute drive.
The space
When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and newly renovated apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and much more to cook on holiday. Furthermore, you enter the living room with a dining group for 4 people, a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. Then you come out to the lovely balcony where you have a nice dining group overlooking the pool. Master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and an A / C, there is another bathroom with shower. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with AC in each room, WIFI, smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, and much more.

The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.
- No groups under 25y (except families).
- No smoking inside, no parties.
- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.
- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.
- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

The bnb was very nice located in a pretty private area. The view from the balcony was lush. Only downside was the late check in time.

The house is quite good and corresponds to the published photos. What was less positive for me was the check-out time (until 10 am), there being no contact phone number and them being unresponsive. Also, coincidentally or not, around 10 am the water was cut off, which prevented the dishwasher from washing until the end (we checked the condominium toilet, below the apartment and there was water). Also, nowhere else have I been asked to remove the rubbish at check-out, it doesn't make much sense to me as the cleaning fee will be included in the price.

Location great and flat was clean, well, furnished and bright. Landlord uses a managing agent and neither were particularly responsive to requests for assistance. Minor issues created unnecessary inconvenience ranging from incorrect check-in instructions, wi-fi codes, mal-functioning lights. The balcony door also self-locked on one occasion which we have encouraged the landlord to urgently address given the obvious potential associated health and safety risks.
