Ref 251 is a finely furnished and lovely apartment, suitable for all types of travelers. The apartment is located in Mijas, enjoys a strategic location with views of the mountains and the urban area. It is located on the 4th floor with an elevator and there is private parking. The house is non-smoking only and is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, smart TV and washing machine.
The space
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware, and major appliances: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with two double beds and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The outdoor space consists of the balcony and enhanced by outdoor dining area. There is also a shared swimming pool, gymnasium, and children's play area in the condominium.

The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Floor with pool that cannot be used. Water is not reported to be unsuitable. Area with lots of dirt and noise, the building is under construction. Lock anchorado in urban furniture no one welcomed us either at the entrance or departure. Check-out was informed the day before, warning that it would be at 10:00 AM, charging an extra €29 for requesting to leave at noon. Personal data outside of airbnb is requested. A website that does not give confidence. I stay well. A new apartment with new furniture but excessively expensive for what it offers without being able to use the pool in the south of Spain in May
