We were in the apartment in January 2026. The best thing is the location: restaurants and shopping in the old town as well as the beach promenade are within a 5-7 min. walk. The apartment including terrace is on 3 floors (1st = bedrooms, 2nd = living room/dining room/kitchen. 3. = terrace). The rooms are connected by a steep and narrow spiral staircase. There are two entrance doors, on the 1st and 2nd floor, which allows the transport of purchases to the 2nd floor by lift. The apartment is well furnished, bright and clean. The heating (January) via the A/C worked very well and can be operated separately per floor. Furniture, kitchen appliances and bathrooms are in very good condition. The TV is very small in relation to the distance from the sofa. It is almost impossible to watch a film from the sofa. The washing machine is on the terrace, there is no tumble dryer. The parking space in the underground car park is a bit tedious (very! narrow). But with some practice, it's doable. We would come back

Close to the city centre and the boulevard. We come to Estepona regularly but have never had such a beautiful apartment with a great balcony. Parking garage is ideal, we had the smallest place but with some helmsman skills it all works. The apartment is fully equipped. So all in all a great apartment.

We had a really good 5-week stay in Estepona and the apartment was absolutely perfect for us, the roof terrace was absolutely perfect both for chilling and the opportunity to work. We spent many hours there. Simply a perfect accommodation. I would also like to thank you for a pleasant reception and quick response. Will book this accommodation again when we visit Estepona.
