We were in the apartment in January 2026. The best thing is the location: restaurants and shopping in the old town as well as the beach promenade are within a 5-7 min. walk. The apartment including terrace is on 3 floors (1st = bedrooms, 2nd = living room/dining room/kitchen. 3. = terrace). The rooms are connected by a steep and narrow spiral staircase. There are two entrance doors, on the 1st and 2nd floor, which allows the transport of purchases to the 2nd floor by lift. The apartment is well furnished, bright and clean. The heating (January) via the A/C worked very well and can be operated separately per floor. Furniture, kitchen appliances and bathrooms are in very good condition. The TV is very small in relation to the distance from the sofa. It is almost impossible to watch a film from the sofa. The washing machine is on the terrace, there is no tumble dryer. The parking space in the underground car park is a bit tedious (very! narrow). But with some practice, it's doable. We would come back

Close to the city centre and the boulevard. We come to Estepona regularly but have never had such a beautiful apartment with a great balcony. Parking garage is ideal, we had the smallest place but with some helmsman skills it all works. The apartment is fully equipped. So all in all a great apartment.

We had a really good 5-week stay in Estepona and the apartment was absolutely perfect for us, the roof terrace was absolutely perfect both for chilling and the opportunity to work. We spent many hours there. Simply a perfect accommodation. I would also like to thank you for a pleasant reception and quick response. Will book this accommodation again when we visit Estepona.

Frank and his team have been fantastic from the moment of enquiry until returning home. The apartment was beautiful with a lovely roof terrace. We could easily walk to the shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. We were able to leave our bags earlier than the agreed check in and booked a late check out, which made life easier. Overall a wonderful holiday in the characteristic old town of Estepona.

Our stay in Estepona was amazing! We had not been back in 36 years, and while much has changed, the charm remains the same. The apartment was just as beautiful as the photos, and our hosts were excellent. Everything was exactly as promised. It truly felt like home. We were close to several markets and bakeries, and just a short walk to the beach, the paseo, and many restaurants. My son even found a gym nearby that offered a 7 day pass. We especially enjoyed watching the sunsets from the rooftop patio and ending each night with gelato from a nearby shop. We would absolutely stay here again when we return.

Great location in the old town walkable to shops restaurants and the beach. No traffic noise. Felt secure. Good ac and black out shutters and comfortable beds with toppers led to good nights sleep Met description and photos Nice to chill on the roof terrace Shade option - looked pretty when the solar lights came on a night

Great, modern appartment. Well furnished, and decorated. Comfy beds, great roof terrace. Parking spot is quite small, but very useful. 10 minute walking to the beach. Old town is lovely with great restaurants. Host are super friendly and respond quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely apartment with perfect location. You walk right into the shopping street and within 10 minutes on the boulevard and at restaurant streets. Beautiful roof terrace with compartment, table and BBQ! The only downside was the parking space (P1) in the parking garage at the apartment. Only a small car fits in it so our rental car does not (was no problem because enough affordable parking spaces in Estepona). Highly recommended!

Frank and accessible was Audrey who kept us on the phone until we could get inside the beautiful clean duplex The 2 bedrooms and a bath were on the first floor, living dining and kitchen on the middle floor. Then all the way up to the patio, beautiful seating, shower and washing and hang up drying availability. It was a little confusing at first but Audrey was always patient and responsive There is an elevator to the bottom and middle floors and there is a very cozy parking spot in the basement included. Within the duplex there is a circular staircase which felt safe and was all we used. Easily walked to countless shops, eating and beach Cleans and comfortable.

Beautiful and well-equipped apartment. Good location, versatile services in the vicinity and a short walk to the beach. Car parking in the garage and spacious roof terrace. Especially suitable for couples. Two bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great apartment with amazing roof terrace where you get sunshine all day. Rooms are big, AC working well and everything is as shown on the pictures. Location is also great, you are in walking distance to Estepona City Center, but also only a short drive away from Marbella. Gym, Golf, Restaurants, you can find everything here. Communication was great, when the water wasn’t working on a Sunday evening Audrey managed to call a technician and got the problem solved. The only thing which is suboptimal is the garage, if you don’t have a very small car it is not possible to fit in there. But there are enough parking spaces with max. 10 min walking distance, sometimes it just takes a little time to find something. Would definitely come back!
