A fantastic apartment, spacious, clean and quiet at night. 5/10 minutes walk to the old town and beach. Lovely pool that is well maintained. A great apartment for a family holiday.

The accommodation is excellent. It's really spacious and has modern furnishings. It was also extrememly clean. It's secure too, with key access to the accommodation complex and separate key access to the pool. Ideally located with a 10 minute walk to the old town and just slightly longer to the beach, we hired a car but only used it once to drive to Marbella/Puerta Banus, as everything else was in walking distance. The pool is well maintained and was never too busy. We used it every day of our stay. There are lovely restaurants in the old town. I'd recommend booking at least a day in advance. Useful info: On arrival, the key safe is not fixed to the wall. It's in a section of the wall, to the left of the car park entrance, which has square holes. It took us a while to find it. The car parking space wasn't easy to find. When you enter the car park, go down the first slope, then turn left rather than continuing down the slope. The space is numbered and on the right hand side.

Loved our stay. The location of the apartment is perfect, there are bars, restaurants and shops within 2 minute walk and the old town and beach is also a nice 10 minute walk. Estepona is lovely, so much to do and still has that Spanish feel about it. The apartment has everything you need and is spotless. The kitchen is well equipped, the showers are nice and powerful and the beds comfy. The sofa bed is probably one of ur most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. We did have one issue, non of our keys worked for the pool area so had to rely on others to let us in and out of the pool which was a bit annoying. The check-in instructions could be clearer, we were outside for around 30 minutes before we managed to get in via the carpark. There are also some strange rules around drying towels on the balcony, but this wasn’t a huge issue. Overall I would highly recommend this to families and couples. The swimming pool is so clean and the kids loved it. The hosts were great, very responsive.

Second time we’ve stayed at this apartment which is a good size. A 15 minute walk to the beachfront with plenty of places to eat and drink. Mercadona supermarket about 6 min walk or a car ride to Carreforre. Our main criticism is the pillows which are pretty dire. Please buy some proper pillows and pillow cases.

Great located apartment and well equipped for our stay for our long weekend. There’s easy access to the Old Town with all its shops and restaurants and walking distance to the main beach. The hosts kept us informed and were contactable should you need them. We did contact them about the electric being off to the lift and the apartment, only to find out it was most of Spain !!! Would recommend the check in instructions could be improved ie Apartment block 3 ,floor 3,apartment D as there are limited signs once you get into the block, and if the lock box doesn’t open when you put the code in give it a good shake as it wouldn’t open for us first time. You also have the use of the underground car park which is an added bonus this is on the first of the two underground floors and makes it easy to unload using the lifts. There was a pool area which was being used by other residence however it was provided for us which was a bit of a shame as the balcony doesn’t get a lot of sun.

We loved the apartment. It was spacious, light and had everything we needed. We had a toddler so the great bonus for us was the kids play ground in the complex. It's uphill from the old town but totally manageable if you are normally fit. Overall a fantastic stay.

We had a great stay here for almost 5 weeks. Lovely and comfortable flat with short walking distance to town. Playground in the courtyard was great for our toddler. Can warmly recommend!

Nice apartment in a great location. All as described. Contact with Audrey went quickly and smoothly. Unfortunately, the pool is closed in October. But the proximity to the beach is compensated. Definitely a recommendation if you want to visit Estepona or the surrounding area.

The code front door, is a great ease. The kitchen is very well equipped. 15 min. from the beach; 20 minutes from the port; 15 minutes from the crossroads hypermarket. Full of shops just around the corner! Airport bus line €10, 1 hour. Mirador del carmen: 1€. Orchidarium: €3 AWESOME! Thank you.

Nice building and apartment. Good location 10 minutes walk to the beach. Had to double check entry instructions as not clear when first supplied and had to wait over a weekend for those. Shouldn’t detract from a great apartment, cleanliness location and everything contained therein.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very homely. We have really enjoyed staying in the apartment and the location is great as it’s just 10 minute walk away from the town centre. This is such a lovely apartment block as it has the lovely modern feel to it. The hosts were great and provided quick responses to any questions asked. Although we were disappointed to find out we were unable to use the pool at all during our stay, this was one of things that drew me to the apartment.

It was really nice! The apartment is so clean, modern and well-equipped. The balcony to the courtyard invites you to linger in the evening. You even have a parking space in the underground parking lot. We would definitely book again!:) Thanks to Audrey and Frank 😊

Apartment exactly as pictured,new and very clean,it exceeded our expectations! A 10-minute walk takes you to downtown Estepona and 15 minutes to the beach. If you are traveling by car, the apartment is very convenient. The only "sin" could perhaps be improved self check-in by giving a little clearer directions because being a large building may not be immediate to understand where the entrances are,however with a little effort we entered the apartment and once you understand the entrances are very comfortable both on foot and by car. However, I recommend this apartment to anyone to visit the Costa del Sol!

from the moment we arrived it was complicated for us. I got 2 or 3 apps from Frank and Audrey with codes and where to find the key. For them, the cake is cut, but if you are completely unknown in this neighborhood...... Fortunately, I had read the news from previous visitors and was a bit of a bit of a search. Just make one A4 with step-by-step instructions.

Fantastic bright, clean, spacious apartment in perfect location,close to town centre, bars, restaurants and beach. Very quiet and peaceful despite central location. A few things need attention though. Check in process needs improvement. A key box placed in a hole in the wall isn’t very secure nor easy to locate. Wifi code incorrect on printed laminate. Both shower screens not water tight, causing flooding in the bathroom, made worse by blocked drain in master bathroom. Also, disappointed that the advertised parking space wasn’t available, due to missing garage fob. A spare one would have avoided this. All Easily rectified issues though and I guess teething problems with renting a brand new apartment. Would happily stay again, once they are addressed, as it’s such lovely peaceful space, in the amazing, authentic town of Estepona.

The apartment was spacious, well furnished, within 5-10 minutes walk to the center with all the bars, shops, restaurants and the beach. It was well equipped with all basic necessities. It had parking spot in the garage inside the building. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was absolutely no outside noise. Very quiet.
