Hi, The apartment and the sea view were great – fresh, spacious and very nice, and the whole group was happy. Check-in was super smooth. The downside was that there were a lot of insects, especially cockroaches and ants on the terrace, and we also found small eggs that cockroaches had laid in a small vase that was in a cupboard. A more thorough clean-up by a pest control company would have been needed. The shower had very weak water pressure, which made it difficult to shower properly. The terrace was also dusty on arrival and needed cleaning, and it would have been good to have mats to reduce dirt getting into the apartment. Otherwise, everything was good with the apartment and the sea view was amazing, but the shower, the insects and the dust on the terrace had a negative impact on the experience. I hope for improvements in the future for future guests. 🌸👍🏻

No need to worry about humidity! Traces of mould on the walls Non-compliant electrical installations. Several sockets do not work, and some sockets have even completely come out of the wall plate. We were unable to use one of the bedrooms and had to sleep on the sofa, which was not at all comfortable. The owner made a goodwill gesture, but unfortunately it was not enough to make up for the inconvenience experienced.

We had an excellent stay in this very clean, well-equipped and ideally located property (close to the sea, Malaga and shops). Communication with the agency and the owners was excellent, and the terrace offers a stunning view in a peaceful setting, perfect for relaxing. A few areas for improvement: low water pressure in the showers, no shower curtains, and a slight odour in the water at first. It should also be noted that the swimming pool is shared and not located on the roof (it appears that way in the photos), but it is still pleasant and not very busy (in April). Despite this, we highly recommend this listing.
