I recently stayed at this property, and overall, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The check-in process was smooth, and the place was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few issues that impacted the stay. Firstly, we were asked to clean up and take out the bins before leaving, even though this requirement wasn’t specified before booking. This led to some unexpected extra charges if we didn’t comply. Additionally, the response time from the host was quite frustrating. On the last night of our stay, the jacuzzi stopped working, and despite multiple attempts to communicate, it took about nine hours to get a response. There were several people managing the property, yet none of them seemed to respond effectively, which made communication quite difficult and frustrating. In summary, while the property itself was decent, the lack of timely communication and the unexpected cleaning requirements definitely impacted the overall experience. Overall, hopefully they improve
