We stayed here in 2019 and not much has changed since, it really could do with some TLC, stains on sofa and spare pillows are only fit for the bin. The whole apartment needs a make over, nothing dramatic just, a lick of paint and areas updated, tv being one…. I would recommend more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for a four day stay also! It’s such a shame as with just a little love & money, it could be so much better, as the position is exceptional, close to train, beach, restaurants etc. Although it isn’t worthy of complaint, it’s just really disappointing as it could be so much better. I think we would look for an alternative if it T isn’t updated for our next visit…..

we first stayed here April 23 and fantastic location for beach, restaurants, train station and supermarkets. if you like football it is opposite public stadium where people train and play most days and you can watch from balcony and roof terrace. roof terrace is fantastic as gets sun all day and nice and private. layout of apartment is very good for a couple. the issues are everything has seen better days. sofa very stained which I asked this time if cleaned and was told yes but still covered in stains and one of slats broken but when I reported they fixed but with broken slat. remote for tv doesn't work properly which again I reported last time. the blind for skylight I couldn't get to work and blind in bedroom I had to use all my strength to open and close it. living room table is fit for bin and bits of kitchen worktop missing. its a shame as if it had newer furniture and fresh coat of paint I would happily pay more money to stay there as cant fault outside space and location

The apartment is very well placed! Close to all amenities. It is very well arranged and the 2 terraces are really a big plus. I would 100% recommend!

It was easy and lovely vacation home for me and my daughter. Not far away from the beach or various restaurants. Also the train station is a block away from this place. Easy to come and go from the airport.

Have been here before and were very satisfied just like now There may be items to be replaced, but that was not at the expense of the stay. We will definitely come back here again

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the apartment and won’t be the last. A great space for 2 people. Whilst the bathroom is on the small side it is fine for a holiday. The kitchen is very modern and clean throughout. Lovely bedroom with large wardrobes and drawers. Air con is great and there is no extra charge for it. There is a good roof terrace but we chose to use the balcony at the front. We enjoy sitting out watching the football at the stadium directly opposite the balcony. The apartment is close to the train station and all amenities. Whilst on a main room not at all noisy. The apartment block itself is well maintained and we regularly saw the cleaner cleaning the hallways. Highly recommend.

Good to start with, ended badly. Not clean enough and my husband got bitten by bed bugs….this was confirmed by costa rentals cleaning company. The apartment has got so much potential but there is a serious lack of care and attention by the rental company.

Just returned from a two week stay at this property. Had everything we needed. In a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for us. Also walkable to the busier Fuengirola if that’s your thing. Very handy for multiple restaurants, and the train station to get you to/from the airport or Malaga. Highly recommended and I will be looking for availability for my next trip to the area.

We loved our stay in this apartment. It is a simple apartment but with all possible amenities for convenience. Some things do qualify for replacement, but were not at the expense of our stay. For us, the apartment is in our favorite location and very easily accessible. The people of Costarental deserve a big compliment. Queries and issues were answered and/or resolved quickly and adequately. We hope to be able to come back here next year.

Our 2nd stay here. Absolutely fabulous place so centrally located. Right at the heart of a lovely residential area with the train stop just a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. Love sitting on the terrace watching the football. No noise from the road or other residents. Will be booking again for our next visit. Highly recommend (I can’t remember the name) the restaurant as you walk left out of the apartment block on the corner. The best meal we had and very reasonably priced.

the apartment was as it appeared in the listing. it is in an absolute A1 location, you have 2 supermarkets close, one literally across the road on the corner. the train station, los Boliches, is a 3 minute walk and the beach just beyond that. lots of restaurants bars etc.. the apartment is well kitted out it has a terrace which is a sun trap and also a nice balcony that gets the sun until very late. you won't be disappointed

Perfect apartment for two. Very convenient location close to beach, train, supermarkets, fish market and many restaurants. Has a lovely balacony and also roof patio area, however these sun areas not suitable for less mobile people.

Great apartment, sunny , light and well equipped. Great balcony to watch the world go by and roof terrace for outside eating/ sunbathing. Nice touch with the little welcome pack wash cloths a dishwasher /washer tablet etc . Location perfect 2 min walk from trainstation/bus/ cafes/2 supermarkets. 5 mins to beach.

So good we extended our stay. Fantastic location, large grocery shop on corner, train and bus at end of road, quiet neighbour but only a few streets away from bars and restaurants. The flat itself is so lovely we extended our stay at Los Boliches / Fuengirola. Only negative is €3 each for a small towel as just 1 bath towel per person.

A very nice clean apartment with a balcony and a sun terrace with good views of the mountains,the kitchen had all the extras you needed,it could sleep four but ideal for two,good supermarket right across the road and the beach is a 5-10 walk away,i would stay there again.

This is a little gem right in the middle of Los Boliches and very well placed for all amenities. The apartment is very modern and of the highest standard. The bedroom is a good size with plenty storage including ample hangers. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine and is well equipped with plates etc. The bathroom whilst small is modern and serves a purpose. The whole apartment was perfect. We enjoyed sitting out on the front balcony watching the football across the road. Whilst the apartment is on the road side it is not at all noisy. The entrance is well lit and clean. We will certainly stay here again. Thank you.

Very nice apartment and bigger than we expected from the photos. The area is very good because it is close to the beach but in a quieter area. The Mercadona on the doorstep and plenty of room to park. It is also very easy to get to the motorway, without having to go through the centre of Fuengirola. Frank and Niki were always available to assist you. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out time. It is well equipped, very grateful that there is plenty of hangers and plenty of space to place clothes. It also has an iron, iron, a place to tend and tongs... details that make the stay more comfortable. Comfortable bed and the air conditioning works very well. We were very comfortable.

The apartment is a 7-minute walk from the beach. It's relatively easy to find parking nearby, and it doesn't have a blue zone. It has services such as supermarket (Mercadona) or pharmacy at the gate. The apartment has plenty to spare with everything you need to spend a few days at the beach. If the weather allows, it has a very quiet terrace and a rooftop.

Really nice apartment with a good location close to the beach, a big supermarket, restaurants etc. It was clean, well equipped, and the hosts Frank and Niki were flexible, helpful and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely recommend this place.

We didn't see Frank or Niki, but their Friend Ismael treated us very well. We could check in a lot before time because of him and after a long travel it was really appreciated. We were not very pleased with the apartments hygiene. The sofas had stains and dirt and we didn't want to sit on them. It kind of felt like someone had been in a very much of a hurry cleaning the apartment. We couldn't really be confortable, so we left after one night. Anyways we know that Ismael was very friendly and we hope him all the best.

We were delighted with our choice of this apartment, it is very convenient to the train, bus, beach & the supermarket. On our arrival it was very clear from the front entrance that the building was newly refurbished & totally safe. We loved the open space plan & the rooftop terrace. We had everything we needed in the well equipped kitchen & were delighted that the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was very clean, stylish & comfortable . The bathroom is small however, it is the perfect location for two people to enjoy a quiet stay in Los Boliches.

The attic was really nice. It wasn't that big, but the layout made it very spacious. Coast of a large terrace and a solarium above the attic where you can relax and sunbathe, WiFi, Netflix, very equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning. Elevator and portal easily accessible, close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, coffee shops and leisure venues. Public transportation (Nearby) 2 minutes and a 5 minute walk from the beach. We were happy.

Both correspondence before and after was excellent. Check in was so easy, Nikki was there waiting o let us in. All amenities were more than I expected. I had done a lot of research prior to booking and the apartment was exactly what I had expected. I had always wanted to stay in this type of apartment, with the terrace in the roof. The supermarket which was just across the road, was used more by locals, therefore was much cheaper. Also had more authentic produce. The apartment size is perfect or two. The only criticism would be the bathroom which was very small, however the picture did show this therefore I was prepared for this, the other plus’s by far outweighed this. I would definitely recommend this apartment. I was a little concerned with a couple of previous negative reviews, but can assure from my experience these were unfounded. Thank you very much

Frank met us at the entrance to the property and showed us around. It's a lovely little penthouse flat and we enjoyed spending a few hours during the day on the loungers on the roof terrace and sitting out on the small balcony watching over the football pitch in the evenings with a glass of wine. All mod cons provided in the kitchen and the sofa beds in the lounge area were perfect to lie on whilst watching TV on days that the weather wasn't playing ball. Talking of the TV, it's a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc incorporated, so although there are only the basic Spanish TV channels, you can always find something to watch in your preferred language. Wifi was fast too. The double bed is medium-firm and was perfect for us. There's plenty of wardrobe space for a couple, and the bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment to the street so we always got a peaceful nights sleep. Favourite things were the 3 minute walk from Los Boliches station, 5 minutes to the beach, a Mercadona supermarket right across the road and a roof terrace with a BBQ. What more could you ask for?

We had a lovely stay here. The balcony and roof terrace are fantastic! The location is great too. Unfortunately a few things let it down. Leaky taps, ants, broken sofa, broken lamps left laying around the place, shower curtain just jammed between the walls and fell down twice, no hand soap, late host for check in... Had a few problems with communication with other members of the agency (we presume) but when Frank was available to respond he was very nice and very helpful.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need, the views are great from the balcony especially if you like football and the roof terrace is fantastic for barbecuing, relaxing and taking in the Spanish lifestyle. The apartment is just off the sea front not even ten minutes to the beach with a lovely panaderia (bakery) on the way. The place is more spacious than the pictures show and Frank the host is always available should you need him. We had an amazing time.

Very convenient location: beach is walking distance away, and everything else round the corner: good gym, supermarket, local restaurants, ... The apartment itself is nice and clean with all stuffs a family may need in a holiday ... Niki, Sara and Frank are always reactive to your questions ... So, we just wait to be back in 1 or 2 years :)

Frank is a perfect host cause is always available before and during your stay. The apartment it’s better Than in the photo, great position (5 minutes from train station and supermarkets and 10 minutes from the beach) and great terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner and take sun!
