Had a great stay in this property. the highlight for us is the balcony/terrace with beautiful views. A perfect location for anyone that is wanting to spend a bit more time in their accommodation. The rooms were clean and essential products left for us which was helpful. Would stay again.

The house is spacious and bright, with a really lovely view: surely one of its strengths. We found the presence of three bathrooms very comfortable, a practical solution for a stay in more people. However, there are a few things that deserve attention: in the master bathroom a shower door was broken, and in another bathroom it had been replaced with a curtain, a less hygienic solution. The kitchen, although functional, was not fully equipped – for example, the coffee mugs were missing. The bedrooms are cozy but with limited space to handle suitcases, also because some closets were closed and unusable. The location of the house is quite isolated: it is far from the center and there are no amenities nearby, which makes the use of the car essential for any trip. Overall, the stay was discreet, but considering some disruptions and location, we think the value for money was not satisfactory.

Really nice place! Look to the water, lots of sun on the large balcony, easy to get in and out of the gate by car, parking really well, well-equipped kitchen, lovely beds and duvets.

There were five of us and there was plenty of space in the apartment, the balcony is beautiful with a great view of the sea. The key handover took place at the airport - fast and uncomplicated 👍🏼 Our rental car always had a free parking space in the yard. In the area it is pleasantly quiet to relax and the beach promenade as well as beautiful beaches are within easy walking distance. We had a lovely time in Benalmadena and were very happy with the place.

We walked into the accommodation and could see out across the beautiful terrace to the most stunning view.the accommodation was very spacious with everything you could need eg washing machine, air con, fully equipped kitchen.The outside space was amazing and the large communal pool was a real plus, and it was not busy at all. You can walk down to the sea where there were many bars and cafe's comfortably in 20 minutes but just to warn it is steep coming back up .

Disappointing experience The house was so disagree with the photos that I requested a full refund. I found a dirty house, dilapidated and uncleaned furniture. In short, this apartment deserves a good renovation. In the meantime, run away!

The aprtment is in a perfect neighbourhood, the view is magnificiant. After a few maintenance steps the apartment will be in a perfect condition. We were unlucky with renovations noises all day all week, and the owner was not very helpful. I guess the next guest will not have this kinf of problem anymore.

Frank was a great host, the location is beautiful, and you really do get spectacular views. The place was clean with good amenities, and travelling by Uber was cheap to get into the town. We effectively had the pool to ourselves this time of year, and it was large. All in all, we had a great time!

house is fantastic. Everything we needed as a family of 5. check in and out was simple. location is up a hill which can get tiresome with a buggy, although the bus service is cheap and frequent getting back to the house from the bus stop was tough! we did hire a car for a few days and was fantastic to have use of the private parking facilities.

I stayed with my wife and two children at the property which is spacious, comfortable and has stunning views and an amazing pool. Its location is excellent, so peaceful and residential. There is a beach, supermarket, golf course and multiple restaurants all well within walking distance so no car is necessary. The air con works well and the property has good facilities.

The apartment is wonderful and is in a amazing location. It is peaceful and spacious and there are all the basic equipments for your stay. Air conditioning in every room, a swimming pool and great views from the balcony make the apartment really nice. A grocery store and a few good restaurants are nearby. Benalmadena and Fuengirola are a short drive away. The staff was really nice. Communication went well and messages were answered very quickly. There would be minor complaints about the cleanliness of the apartment. The floor was quite dirty and should have been mopped. Some of the dishes were also a little stained. Two of the beds were missing pieces in the middle of the frame, which caused severe back pain for one of our guests. There were also cockroaches in the apartment, which is certainly normal in Spain, but they are not nice and you dont want them at home either. However, the staff provided poison for the cockroaches. All in all, we had agood time in the apartment.

2 adults and 4 children 12-17 from the UK. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Pretty everything you will need, enough space - the large terrace was lovely. Great AC - which was needed! Clean and as described in the listing. Best feature was the access to the great pool. No sunbeds but grass all round. You can hire pool towels - 4 euros each for the week. Parking was secure which is good to have with a hire car. You can manage without one however as their are places to eat within walking distance and a great bus service along the coast. Train to Malaga is also a short taxi ride away. Mercadona supermarket is about 8-10 minutes walk away. (and relatively flat). Observations - the area is hilly and in a quiet neighborhood - the 103 bus does come up the hill from the coast road. Apartment has good sound insulation and isn't noisy. Terrace has a sun shade which really helped. Small terrace isn't usable due to air-con units - but does dry towels well! Neighbours friendly.

We had such a lovely stay! The flat was really nicely designed, the air con was definitely a bonus, and it was a 10 minute walk away from the beach. The keys were a little confusing to use at first, and the tv remote batteries were dead.

The apartment :its excellent location, with an incredible view,with nearby shops, beach , garage . The unfortunate thing: you can't rent a place by having a construction site under construction and that the noises disturb the much desired rest, that does not seem to me to act well. 2) a toaster was asked for because the one that was producing power outages , a message was sent with the intention of coordinating the meeting and they never communicated, when retiring they call me saying that they were in the apartment , if I could open to leave it, we did not find it acceptable , especially when Sofia was asked to coordinate . Too bad they have hurt our vacation for so little.

Great and spacious accomodation with beautiful terrace and great views! The pool of the complex was spacious and very quiet. The area is also quiet, unfortunately not many restaurants/bars within walking distance & unfortunately the neighboring house was renovated during our stay, so we had construction noise from 8 a.m. Communication was easy, as was online check-in and check-out. The equipment of the house was great, just a slightly more generous offer of the basics such as cleaning and dish soap, toilet paper, etc., we would have liked, as well as a note about garbage disposal. We really enjoyed our time with Frank and had a great stay!

Overall a lovely apartment, very big and spacious, all amenities included, nice views over the complex and sea view But on a negative there was a strong and pungent smell from the downstairs toilet and washroom, lingered for a couple of days when the toilet was used and the bedding needs updating, pillows stained, mattresses worn, just needed a little tidy up in areas Location is quite far out of Benalmadena in Torrequebrada district and there is very little around for eating and drinking out, we took taxis to benalmadena most days, the area is also hilly, very hilly, would not suit anyone with walking or climbing steep roads and paths at all. Overall enjoyed our week but would not stay again and perhaps it needs more detail on how far from the main benalmadena area it actually is

Frank was a great host. Everything worked perfectly and was exactly as described; check-in was easy, and the house was clean and secure. The only negative was that the pool was closed (off-season time), would have loved to dive into cold water some mornings. Would stay again.

Lovely huge apartment with a terrace to match. Walkable to several restaurants and bars. Ate at Yucas Mare on a couple of occasions including Christmas Day and couldn’t fault it. Lots of space in the accommodation, although there was only 4 of us, it would easily accommodate 6 and still have plenty of room. Definitely need a car if you want to get about, we went to Marbella, Mijas and Malaga, and it would have been difficult without the hire car. Also managed to get a ‘bolt’ taxi quire easily into Benalmadena for €7. from the address. Communication with the host was brilliant, Frank or Sofia answered all queries quickly and with detail, would definitely recommend this as a brilliant place to stay on the Costa Del Sol.

A very nice house in a self-contained, quiet residential complex with a great roof terrace with sea views! Enough space for a family with children, especially the pool we liked very much, as it was hardly visited. The location is great for trips to the neighbouring towns or to the beaches in the area, but a rental car is recommended, especially with children, as the area is quite hilly. A supermarket is within walking distance. Communication with the hosts was very quick and easy. We had a very nice stay!

Photos very accurate and lived up to expectations. Pool was clean and never busy so we used it a bit but found the terrace was ample for our needs. Would advise you have a car or sign up to Uber as not much activity nearby, although we found a lovely little tapas bar down the hill. Cheap taxi rides take you to beach bars and restaurants and to the Benalmadena Harbour. A lovely place.

Stunning home in a superb location. Very nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Magnificent view to the sea. The pool is ideal and was never busy so it seemed like a private pool. Large supermarket close by. The bus stop is not far away either. Car recommended to view the area, at least we thought it was ideal. Very nice tapas restaurant at 100 meters (is a bit hidden) where you can eat very well for very little money. Nice neighborhood to stay in. And the contact with the host is perfect! Always very quick to respond and very friendly! Highly recommended this home!

Lovely apartment, clean and neat, but a bit worn on certain points. Really lovely and large pool for our kids to enjoy during the day and where there were virtually no other bathers. The area itself with the city of Benalmádena is not so interesting, but luckily we had a car and were able to ride up into the mountains and to other more secluded beaches.

Very nice vacation house. But it goes very steeply up to the house, so for people who are not athletic or not able to move well, not recommended. But otherwise good location and not far from town of Benalmadena. 👍🏽

very nice place. all in accordance with the photos. three bedrooms. two bathrooms with shower. additionally one separate toilet. a big plus is the beautiful terrace and a separate common area. it is possible to use the swimming pool between 10 am and 10 pm. swimming pool very clean. cleaned by service every day. 600 m away there is a supermarket shop open Monday-Saturday. the bus stop is also about 500m away from which you can travel to, among others, Malaga.

This is our second time to stay at the house. As before it was brilliant. Superb terrace with sea views, and swimming pool a 1 minute walk away. The house is flawless and would highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and well decorated. The ocean view and the scenery were lovely. The terrace and upstairs balcony were good, and the apartment had three toilets, which was a positive surprise. A wonderfully peaceful place. There are not many services nearby, so it's a good idea to have a car. The neighborhood is very hilly, suitable for people in good condition. The pool area was suitable for a family with children. There were no common sun loungers in the pool. Positive experience and I recommend accommodations to anyone in need of a peaceful location.

Beautiful place and Big value for money! Be aware that it can be difficult to drive into the parkinglot because of the steep hills - we were lucky that we had a SUV. Otherwise I think we might have damaged the front of the car

This apartment is absolutely perfect for everyone who wants to have a nice view with a small path to the beach. The area is beautiful and the furnishing has everything you need for a nice vacation. Only thing I recommend is to get a car because the height difference is big and you get tired really quick.

Hello I try to explain the facts here and let out my emotions. Unfortunately, the arrival was not so great, as we did not find the key where it should be. Therefore, we had to check with the host at midnight where the key might be. The apartment corresponds to the inaccuracy of the pictures. Everything is clean and tidy, but there are some shortcomings on site such as hair in the shower, spiders in the bathrooms or non-functional air conditioning. Unfortunately, the latter could not be conclusively clarified either. Fortunately, radiators were on site, which could now provide some warmth in December. Unfortunately, it was not optimal and always a bit cool all day and night. Furthermore, a letter to the balcony was torn (not open) and had to be repaired during the stay. It didn't take long, but it's still stupid why it can't be done on other days when there isn't one. In general, it can be said that the owner has renovated a lot of the apartment and that it looks very appealing at first glance. Great big TV and everything well prepared in the bathrooms and bedrooms. But if you look a little closer, you quickly realise that there is no love in it. Unclean painting work, quality defects in the fittings in the amateurs such as shower, toilet ceiling, kitchen, etc. Now something emotional again: It is a pity that the apartment is treated so badly and it seems that it only wants to earn money. With a little more attention to detail, the apartment would be worth its money. Not like now, unfortunately. What a shame.

Such a nice place to stay. I stayed here for 9 days and am very content with everything. The house was clean, instructions and communication were very clear and there is more than enough room. The view is absolutely stunning and I felt very save since it is in a gated community. The pool was a definite plus! It’s a pretty quiet place and we had the pool all to ourselves. It was such a nice add to our stay. Would definitely come back some time.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, the views are spectacular and the fact that you can enjoy parking inside the premises is perfect so you don't have to take time to park. The apartment inside is very comfortable and the terrace and living room are magnificent. One drawback is that the cleaning could have been more thorough and the shower towels are scarce if you go many days. Otherwise, the communication was great and the days there were great. If you are travelling with children and/or family, it is highly recommended because they have a spectacular community pool and supermarkets very close by.

Perfectly located between Malaga en Marbella in a quiet neighborhood with swimming pool and sea view. Very safe neighborhood because it’s completely surrounded with a fence. Frank’s place was perfect for our holiday of 8 days in Spain. The swimming pool was almost all the time empty and only for us. Parking was really easy at the premise. With a big terras, 3 bedrooms and 2 (so not like the description says 3) bathrooms, very big living room and kitchen and a perfect big terras I would definitely recommend staying here. Communication with Frank was fast and easy, self check in was also perfect.

Listing matches photos. It is perfect for a family, well laid out. The accommodation was clean, the pool too and not too many people we were able to enjoy it quietly. The beach is a 10 min walk easy to access, there is closed parking in the residence so no problem to park the car. The residence is very well located for a lot of visits. We had an excellent vacation.
