In the area around the apartment you will find some of the city's best restaurants, being one of the best ranked located just around the corner (Al-Andalus) there are also several grocery stores to choose from such as Mascom, Mercadona and smaller supermarkets.
The space
When you step into the apartment you are greeted by one of a bright and neat apartment with open floor plan where the fully equipped kitchen is directly to the right, here there is a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and much more to cook and stay.Further into the apartment there is a smart TV, comfortable sofa bed and a dining table for 4 under the window. From here you come out to the cozy balcony with cafe table.
The bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed with wardrobe storage.
The bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge and freezer and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.

Overall Franks place is located perfectly within walking distance to any side of the beach you could think of. The host was very friendly and responsive. Had some issues with the hot water. Maybe if it wasn’t cold at the time of our visit it wouldn’t have bothered us but at the time of our stay it was uncomfortable and somewhat of an inconvenience.

Very central location and a two minute walk to the nearest beach. The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, tidy and everything you need. The Balcony is shaded and cosy. The building itself is new and has great security set up. This is a quiet block and had no issues with noise. There is a irish bar across the road which has live music at weekends, this didn't bother us as we enjoyed listening to the music. The only thing which was a bit of an issue was we were only given three sheets and two pillowcases for a twenty day stay.
