First impression was not good, opened the taxi door to a big pile of broken furniture on the road and pavement. At the entrance a big builders skip full of rubble. Once inside all the passages and stairs were thick in dust, the lift was disgusting filthy. On the outside of our bathroom next to the window a gaping hole where the builders were replacing pipe work. Then for 4 days being woken up by a hammer drill outside our window. I could go on but this project looks like it’s ongoing they now have an empty skip, in the street as we were leaving Someone has dumped a 3 piece suite. I emailed Frank in the first few days complaining mainly why we weren’t told about the building work WE DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLY It just was not to expect when you go on holiday. the keys could be picked up at the airport, which was convenient. The apartment was easy to find with good visual instructions. Great location and tidy place.

We were a family of 4 and we had a great time. The flat is old but the balcony with the view is perfect!!! It s close to the sea, port, restaurant, park...but it s difficult to park close by! In general good stay in Benalmedena!

Really enjoyed our stay. The first finding of the building was challenging due to trying to find it ourselves. Once in, it was very impressive. Immaculately clean. Facilities were great. Many power points to accommodate modern accessories such as phone charging etc. The swimming pool and grounds were immaculate. Daily checks and mowing of lawn. Pool cleaned regularly (probably the cleanest I have ever seen). The view is amazing, both day and night. Overlooking a hotel before the sea gives a beautiful perspective and enhances the sunrise and sunset. From the outside you may not be too impressed but when in, welcome to a little private, very friendly wonderland.

The apartment was very good the truth everything was very clean and the terrace very wide, the pool a 10 the truth was that everything was great and next to the beach and some supers, very good experience I recommend it.

A great apartment, perfect location, impeccable cleanliness, super comfortable mattresses, excellent pool, you have everything close , the beach ,the port, leisure areas and restaurants nearby, the views of the sea great. The air conditioning works perfectly and the full kitchen with a welcome touch that is appreciated . The only thing that I could understand could be improved is the fridge, since it is small, type mini bar, and for a family of four it stays a little fair, but it does not tarnish the pleasant stay we have enjoyed, thank you very much for everything to the owners.

The stay was good, the location is good, it is surrounded by shops, Paseo maritimo with restaurants and bars and supermarkets, although the parking is quite limited in the area.

Amazing apartment with great view and very close to restaurants and the beach. All you need is very close and open to late hours. Very clean and spacious apartment for family. Very much recommended.

Very nice apartment with a great location! Overall fresh and clean, but the shower was not so fresh, mould and broken floor tiles. Many other things were good, nice view, well-equipped with washing machine and dishwasher etc. We had problems at check-in with not being able to get in but it was easy to get in touch with the host and they came and helped us as soon as they could. A small minus for not informing us that the pool was closed, the reason cannot be said (lack of water) but could still have been stated in the advertisement or communication before, as the apartment is marketed with a pool. Overall, we are satisfied and had a pleasant stay!

Perfect spot to stay with a few friends if you're in Benalmadena, would recommend to anybody.
