The location is situated in a nice and quiet area close by car to so many restaurants and beautiful places. The villa is spacious and well equiped, but they could improve on cleanliness.

We paid just over £2,500 for a one-week stay and unfortunately felt that the property was not maintained or presented to the standard we expected for the price. The outdoor area did not reflect the photographs, with dead grass, constant pine needles and large trees leaving the garden in shade. Both air-conditioning units were leaking and appeared very dirty, and my son unfortunately slipped on the wet area and banged his head. There was also a loose electrical socket in the lounge, positioned low down and easily accessible to children. Inside, there were signs of damp on the walls, and the bathroom drains constantly smelled unpleasant despite us putting bleach down them daily. On our first night, the kitchen worktops were covered in ants and we also found a cockroach on the floor. We were also disappointed to discover that the communal children’s pool and social bar were closed due to a leak, which we had not been informed about before our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was not good during our stay. The house is very, very old, with no upgrades and clearly insufficient maintenance. The bathrooms are in very poor condition and there are too many things that don't work properly (lights, ceiling fans, locks, toilets, air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, wardrobe doors, etc.). What's more, the photos are not up to date and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. For example, the garden shown in the photos as a green space currently doesn't have a shred of grass: it's just barren soil. Up to this point, despite everything, we could have accepted it and continued with our stay. The real problem came with the pests. We fully understand that this is an old house and that it is in an environment where small animals may appear, but the number and variety of pests that we found do not seem compatible with minimum standards of hygiene and habitability.

We had a great stay, was clean and air conditioned and very pretty. Beware if you’re under 25, it is a very quiet area and might have to pay a deposit.

Great location, private apartment. 10 minutes walk to nearby shop and 5 minutes drive into Peurto Banus. Host is responsive and friendly. Overall a great place to stay.

There was a rat out the back however we only saw him a few times and it isn’t a reflection on the venue at all! Lovely place 10/10 would recommend for someone to stay! Very quick responses too

We were made to feel very welcome by the co-host, Audrey, who showed us all the private and social areas. There were 4 of us golfers, and the location is excellent, close to great golf courses like Los Naranjos. Also very close to shopping centres, restaurants, bars and the beach. In short, it was a great stay. Thank you, Audrey. You are very considerate.

Everything was easy, nice and very very respectful. Very nice area and the apartment was perfect for our stay! Easy communication with the host and other parts - flexibility was very good as well. All in all, a very good stay. Would recommend and will try to come back again.

We had an awful experience at Club Sierra. Having asked about what pools we would have access to 3 months prior to arrival we were not told that the pool was closed. On arrival for a special occasion we were so upset. When I tried to contact the host I was met with silence or disparaging comments about how I hadn’t asked about the pool and it was out of season (late June) . The host was argumentative and obstructive on the few occasions she did reply. So we were stuck in stifling heat with no access to the main pool- the primary reason we had chosen the property in the first place. On top of this the apartment was tired with multiple power outlets broken, shower screens and toilets broken. Not even enough pillows for the guests- leaving one guest having to sleep on a rolled up towel. We were met with dozens of cockroaches entering in a gap under the front door. The place was tired and too small for the 8 people it committed to accommodate. We left early and feel robbed.

The place is incredible and the hosts make you feel right at home, we did often have problems with the Wi-Fi but it got resolved a few days into the trip, I would 100% recommend
