Everything was easy, nice and very very respectful. Very nice area and the apartment was perfect for our stay! Easy communication with the host and other parts - flexibility was very good as well. All in all, a very good stay. Would recommend and will try to come back again.

We had an awful experience at Club Sierra. Having asked about what pools we would have access to 3 months prior to arrival we were not told that the pool was closed. On arrival for a special occasion we were so upset. When I tried to contact the host I was met with silence or disparaging comments about how I hadn’t asked about the pool and it was out of season (late June) . The host was argumentative and obstructive on the few occasions she did reply. So we were stuck in stifling heat with no access to the main pool- the primary reason we had chosen the property in the first place. On top of this the apartment was tired with multiple power outlets broken, shower screens and toilets broken. Not even enough pillows for the guests- leaving one guest having to sleep on a rolled up towel. We were met with dozens of cockroaches entering in a gap under the front door. The place was tired and too small for the 8 people it committed to accommodate. We left early and feel robbed.
