The accommodation is very well located to get to the beach on foot. For the other (!) houses and apartments located higher up on the hill, you have to walk up a very, very steep road on the way back from the beach. That would not be nice, especially with children. So the location is great. The accommodation has everything you need, it is also very clean. The pool located in the apartment complex is of course great and a big plus. We enjoyed our stay in Frank's apartment.

We would recommend them right away!! The location was perfect, the beach was totally quick to reach, there was a small supermarket and the train station was also a 3-minute walk away, from which you could also get to Malaga super well. The residential complex with pool was super nicely prepared and the view from our apartment was a dream. I've never seen such a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was also very spacious and nicely decorated.

At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on vacation rental. Check-in is free of charge from 4 pm. Please note for long-term reservations (over 29 nights) it is necessary, at the check-in, to sign rental and a service agreement and to have an Italian tax number (codice fiscale). Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. In case of violation a penalty of 200 € will be charged. Pets are not allowed. We have travel cots and baby chairs available, please inquire about our rates. - No groups under 25y (except families) - no smoking inside, no parties - excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks - One set of linen a bath towel and a hand towel per person is included, pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price.
