Please be aware that the host only provided amenities for one day of use. Additionally, the spa was not functioning properly—the water temperature would not heat at all. We also experienced serious electrical issues with the main power. The breaker kept tripping even with only one heater in use. The host sent a technician, but the following day there was smoke and a burning smell coming from the main power switch. This was extremely frightening. Fortunately, my husband has electrical knowledge, and due to safety concerns we immediately turned off the main switch and checked out the same day. This was a serious safety issue and made the property unsafe to stay in.

everything was very good. the house is very clean and very well situated. Just one recommendation: to put some garbage containers in the bathroom.

Very spacious apartment perfectly matching the photos and description. Easy parking. Fluid and easy communication with the host. A small technical issue was resolved within 2 hours, very responsive!

Very nice apartment, spacious and pleasant. However, we were disappointed by the agency that manages the property. We had booked a baby high chair several weeks before our arrival (additional cost) but it was not in the apartment when we arrived. After several requests, we were informed two days after our arrival that she was no longer available.

Overall we had a great stay. The apartment was clean, matched the description and the communication was good (call & instant messenger/ WA). Unfortunately we had some trouble getting in and had to wait for the cleaning crew to come back and let us in. Apart from that my only negative point is the hot tub which can be pretty loud occasionally. Especially in the bedrooms below (a technician is supposedly going to look at it). Restaurants and supermarkets are technically within walking distance, but you will have to get up a fairly high hill. If you are okay with that you will also be able to walk all the way to estepona center along a nice pedestrian road along the sea and if you do not feel like walking back you can take an e-scooter/bike. Luckily you also get 2 parking spaces in the underground garage.

Well equipped apartment with lovely balcony and great bathrooms. Everything worked well and the beds comfortable Lots of cupboard space and queries answered promptly Particularly pleased with secure underground parking

Very much as per previous reviews this upper apartment/duplex has wonderful views and is tastefully appointed, with plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment to enjoy. The building site close by was not too noisy & it certainly did not spoil our very relaxing time there. Plenty of stairs as mentioned by others - so it may not be suitable for all but it is in a great location if you are happy to walk to places and has easy car parking outside at the apartment. We did not have to use the underground garage parking. Host agency was friendly & best reached by phone. Hot tub was not available for our use during our stay so we cannot comment on that facility.

This is an apartment above a duplex, so you have to climb two floors of stairs to get to the apartment door. The apartment consists of three floors, in the first living room with terrace, kitchen and toilet, in the second three bedrooms and two bathrooms, in the third a small dining room with a terrace and a small room. The development is about 600 m from the port, where there are supermarkets and bars, that is all uphill. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, has internet tv (no tdt channels) and a great BBQ on the terrace.

Lovely newly refurbished apartment with really stunning picture-postcard views of the sea. Be warned there are lots of stairs to climb though - both to access the apartment (entrance is on 2nd floor) and within the apartment (it's a triplex). Also unfortunately there was a major construction project going on in the flat immediately below when we stayed, so it was noisy during the day (which was an issue for one of our party who had to work from there a few days). It's actually in a peaceful residential neighbourhood though, so once the works are over (or if you know you'll definitely be out and about during the day) we would definitely recommend it.

The appartment is stunning! Beautiful views and because you have 2 balconies, you always have sun! Plenty of space, nice bathrooms! Unfortunately, upon arrival, the hot water did not work... have to look for the water heater and connect it yourself. In addition, the internet did not work during our entire stay. The host tried to take care of something remotely and did his best, but it didn't work. A mechanic would come by but he never went. Too bad if you advertise with fast internet... But all in all had a good stay, it is not due to the apartment!
