We had a nice stay at this apartment , unfortunately we were locked out due to the fob not working resulting in us spending the night outside , we used the mobile number given to us but got no response until later that day when we were asked why we didnt use the key unfortunately we were not supplied with this key . For us there was no personal touch as a result we would use this agency again.
