The place is very spacious, which is great for accommodating the three of us! Pool and gym is available for the guests - there are two treadmills and set of dumbbells for the workout. There is a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals; and a parking lot in garage - which is great! No garbage recycling containers available (and the only container is located outside the territory - you should walk a bit to get there). The area is expanding and there are construction works during the weekdays. Front gate lock is a little stiff - something to bear in mind when checking in.

We had a lovely stay at Frank's place. The apartment is as described, very spacious and there is everything that is needed. Particularly noteworthy are the barbecue and terrace, which can be closed if necessary. There are two pools and a small gym on the premises, the indoor facilities were currently out of service. The apartment is a little remote, a lot is being built nearby. So you need a short walk to get to shopping or restaurants. All in all, we felt very comfortable, the communication with Frank and the staff was always very fast and good. Thank you!

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available, please inquire about our rates. - Pool opening dates vary a lot so please ask us to be sure the pool is open. - No groups under 25y (except families) - no smoking inside, no parties - excessive poweruse could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks - One set of linen and towels per person is included, pool towels costs 4€/towel - Possible that you need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival, however day before arrival you will get all information as its depends. - we can order you transfer, ask us about the price. - early check in/late check out may be possible, we do take a fee for that, fee depends on the time, few days before arrival/ check out you will get a message if that is an option. Arrivals before 4pm and departure after 10am can be requested to our customer service and are subjected to availability.
