The apartment was great. Has everything you need if you want to cook for yourself but also really close to bars, restaurants and the buzzy night-life. The rooftop balcony has a great view, BBQ and is relatively private. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider again if we visit in the future.

The apartment is spacious with large terrace in a quiet street. The apartment is equiped with everything you need. We were 2 adults and 2 children (six and three). Shops, restaurants and beach are very close.

Nice apartment, walking distance to Miramar shopping center and fuengirola center. The only downside was the balcony's direction, in October the sun doesn't hit the balcony.

From a positive point of view, good space, well located, easy communication in the hiring process and very flexible check-in. Negative point of view, Air conditioning of one of the fourth broken quarters having the owner sent someone to try to repair it, until now fabulous, the problem is that not having repaired the same and given the identification (on our part) that the problem persisted the owner has failed to respond at all. The space was reasonably clean inside but on the outside we couldn't even figure out how to use the outer sofa given the size of the dirt. In the WC the shower base is high compared to the rest of the ground and if we open a little more half the shower water the runoff is not enough and the bathroom is flooded. Outside there is a grill but no gas. We requested check-out 4 hours later and having spent a sleepless week due to the absence of Air Conditioning, they had the desplantation of asking us €49 for an additional 4 hours.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It is very cozy, has everything you need for a summer vacation, and the terrace is really awesome! Check-in and check-out without any problems, the host always kept us updated. The location is perfect, close to the nice beach and plenty of restaurants and shopping facilities available. Unfortunately, this also means that almost no parking options for our rental car were available on the streets (maybe also due to summer vacation in Spain). But all in all, I would recommend this apartment.

It was a pleasure to stay in one of Frank's apartments. There is a beautiful terrace with mountains and sea views. (it's amazing after dusk when you can see stars and all the surroundings :). During the day don't forget about flipflops as it's very sunny and tiles are hot :). The kitchen was fully equipped and there is definitely more stuff than you'll need (for all travellers who like wines, don't worry there is more than one corkscrew:P ). The whole place was very clean on our arrival and there was nothing to complain about. Two things you need to keep in mind, this apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator, and there is no freezer which in our opinion could be beneficial if you like your Sangria ice cold (fridge works well but ice is ice :)), however we were aware about those and definitely not regretted staying there! We will definitely have a look at Frank options in our future Spanish stays. Highly professional and recommend. Can't wait to see you again:)

Very central. Walking distance to both beach, supermarket and restaurants. Large terrace with sun all day. Very noisy neighborhood at night. Little sleep. Built and the apartment is old and worn but functional. All that there is equipment. The coffee maker was clogged and spent almost an hour making coffee. The refrigerator must be pushed hard again or it will be open. Nb! Lots and big mosquitoes at night. We were completely eaten. Remember mosquito repellent.

We stayed in the apartment for a week at the end of February/March. We really enjoyed ourselves in the apartment. It was homey and we felt quickly at home. There was little/rare sun on the patio, but it was probably due to the season and the sun being lower in the sky. However, the beach is less than 1 minute to walk to and in addition there is a nice park that is nice to play in for children also within 1 min walk. The apartment is very central (can walk to everything) but at the same time in a quiet street and there is no noise 😊 We would love to come back 😊

Great accommodation in a very quiet but central area. Beautiful rooftop facility...very well equipped kitchen. Only draw back is the 4 flights of stairs to negotiate with golf clubs on your back!

Great location. A minute to the beach. Large apartment with good balcony! The electricity goes sometimes but it's not a big deal. The biggest problem was that we didn't have a freezer.

We had a wonderful stay! Frank’s place is perfectly located. We were very happy that each room came with its air conditioning unit, since it was incredibly hot. The terrace was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and to close out the day with an ice cold beer. The only thing that was a nuisance: the lack of an elevator in the building. Carrying up the stroller and baby 2/3 time a day in the heat was not fun! Besides that we can only recommend Frank’s place!

This is a clean, bright and modern apartment located on a quiet street in the old town of Fuengirola. It is close to the beach and to all the restaurants, bars and shops in the town centre. It has a large balcony where you can chill out, a well equipped kitchen and fast wifi. The only drawback I would mention is that you have to climb up 4 flights of quite steep and narrow stairs to get to the apartment. It's a nice workout, but people with fitness or mobility issues could find it challenging. Other than that, it is a comfortable and convenient place to stay in when visiting Fuengirola and we would certainly be delighted to return.

For us, this apartment and its location fit perfectly. It was beautiful, cozy, functional and especially the roof balcony was just awesome. The kitchen had all necessary and the whole interior of the apartment, with its colors was beautiful and harmonious. The apartment is a lovely penthouse, with a nice big balcony, but no elevator, so you get quite a daily stair training ... We will definitely come again.
