A great location close to a nice square, some nice bars and restaurants as well as a lovely beach However there was a definite mustiness and damp smell when we arrived, we had to open as many windows as possible on the first few days. The photos on the website were correct however it is fair to say that they must have been taken with all lights on as we found the accommodation to be very dark and gloomy without lights being on. Finally I was disappointed with the owners approach to extending the timing for departures, in fairness it did state 10.00,however this is very early, our previous Airbnb was a more reasonable 12 noon. Our flight was not until 6pm so asked if we could extend departure until 12 noon which after a number of requests was offered but only if we paid an additional 29€. A more reasonable response would have been welcomed and perhaps 12 noon departure time as standard. This would still leave 4 hrs to clean and prepare the property as we were given entry from 4pm

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available, please inquire about our rates. - Pool opening dates vary a lot so please ask us to be sure the pool is open. - No groups under 25y (except families) - no smoking inside, no parties - excessive poweruse could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks - One set of linen and towels per person is included, pool towels costs 3€/towel - Possible that you need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival, however day before arrival you will get all information as its depends. - we can order you transfer, ask us about the price. - early check in/late check out may be possible, we do take a fee for that, fee depends on the time, few days before arrival/ check out you will get a message if that is an option. Arrivals before 4pm and departure after 10am can be requested to our customer service and are subjected to availability.
