This luxury chalet with the most cozy look is the result of the renovation of an old farm with typical Savoyard architecture undertaken in 2018. A renovation that left behind the discovery of a correspondence of more than 2000 letters, the story of 4 brothers from La Clusaz, all of whom went to the front during the "Great War". Its ideal location, both off-center while remaining relatively close to the shops of the village, offers an unparalleled view of the Aravis chain and the Balme massif. The south-facing exposure of this atypical property naturally invites you to contemplate its surrounding nature.

Located halfway between the village of La Clusaz and the Confins Valley (3 km from the slopes and the village), this chalet, resulting from a subtle mixture of tradition and modernism, is a true haven of peace, ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends.

The chalet is composed of two separate apartments that can be rented together or each independently.

Le Cocon des Confins is composed as follows:

*Lower apartment: 6 people*

- Kitchen, living room fireplace, openings to the outside with terrace and garden level
- 1 double bedroom (about 17 m2) with double bed (160 x 200) + a walk-in shower area with toilet included (adapted to PMR standards)
- 1 double bedroom (about 12 m2) with twinable double bed (160 x 200)
- 1 double bedroom (about 16 m2) with twinable double bed (180 x 200) + desk area + separate bathroom and separate toilet

- 4 underground parking spaces (2 if lower apartment rented)
- Ski room with shoe dryer
- Staircase to access the accommodation

Level 0 (Laundry room shared with lower part)
- Washing machine/Dryer/Sink
