It is a very suitable place to relax. Good atmosphere, quiet, comfortable beds, sleep well every night. Good location, easy to travel, good care team, quick to reply to chat. I feel it is very worth the price paid.

I would have liked to have attached photos but there’s no option to, as two families we were very disappointed with our stay. The property photos did not match reality. The pool area was dirty, filled with leaves and debris, and the top veranda, table, and chairs were also unclean. The gazebo was broken, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Dirty toothbrushes were left behind down the side of cabinets and showers were dirty, mouldy and full of hair and left behind hair bands. The floors, mirrors, doors and walls had not been cleaned and in general the property was tired looking, despite claims of renovations in August 2025. Additionally, we found no tea towels, only one teaspoon, and no knives. The kitchen splashback was dirty and greasy, and the hob was dirty, making cooking impossible. This experience did not meet our expectations and was not a great start to our holiday. I would not recommend this property for families.

It was great place to stay with family for vacation, the view of the jungle and mountains was spectacular. You can see the beach also from the second and third floor. Very peaceful place and away from road noise. You can reach the villa by vehicles and you can climb the stairs if you like to do some walking and workouts. Some furnitures needs to replaced as it old. Thanks.

First of all, I would like to thank Leo for the great hospitality and friendly support during my stay. Leo and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. However, what I didn’t like was that the villa was not as described. The photos on Airbnb were likely taken when the villa was newly opened, but in reality, it is now old and in need of a lot of maintenance. That said, I recommend booking the villa after our stay, as Leo mentioned she will be doing full maintenance on the entire property once we check out. The reason I still recommend this villa is because it has a great location—close to everything—it’s spacious, has a private pool, and both the staff and the owner are very friendly. Thanks!

The owner of the house is very cooperative and easy to communicate with and access. The location of the house is close to most events in the area However, the residence is old and needs to be sprayed with pesticides continuously due to its location at the top of the mountain and the green area in which it is located

The most their team concerned was Deposed , deposit and deposit...if someone is going ti stay with you , definately they will pay you deposit whatsoever. You dont have to chase so much for it. Even though checkout was smooth , Their follow-up pre stay was terrible. And most thing which irritated was not doing basic cleaning in entire stay , even though its mentioned in rule , basic cleaning once a day is expected to be done. Do you expect guests to clean their rooms for their stay , and every omextra charges where terribly high , if someone has paid 500 usd , he doesn't expect so much followups for deposit.And to end the trip , we did not get our watch back which we forgot at the place.

Great views on the roof. If you want to be in Patong, then this is a great location, but keep in mind that the villa is on top of a hill so not all cars can make it to the entrance. Just be wary of the spiral stairs as well. I would totally recommend the place !

Great stay! It is up the hill so you gotta get ur flip flops strapped up and have a good walk, but once your down the hill there’s going to be a lot of restaurants and things to do in out there. The house was great! Great views. Great rooms and a lot of space! Living room is where the family would hang out at and there’s two AC unit there which is amazing. Pool is very clean! They also have washer! Overall place is great also the people that host it, thank you Leo!

It was very uphill, so it was a little difficult to walk. The sewer in the bathroom was clogged, so it was uncomfortable every time I took a shower, and there was mold on the blanket, so I slept with towels on the first day and changed the blanket the next day, but it was a little steamy. The gas fire didn't come on, so I couldn't use the ingredients I tried to cook, and the daily electricity fee was too low, so I had to pay an additional fee for granted. Other than that, it was friendly, the surroundings were quiet, and the location was okay.

Great villa in a prime location! Just a 20-30 minute walk to Bangla Road, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to the action. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of both relaxation and nightlife in Phuket!

Beautiful view from the top of the building, especially looking over patong at night. Only slight problem with the venue was the steep hill to get to the property. Everything else was amazing, clean and spacious and really friendly team on hand to assist

The place is only suitable for 8 people, the rooms on the ground floor had one bathroom which was smelling and was virtually unusable with dim lighting, that left only two bathrooms upstairs to be used by all 10 of us. The living room is nice, pool nice as well, beautiful view from the roof. The house has a steep upslope approach which could make it a headache to go out for a walk to buy groceries and things. They need to work on the smaller things in the house to make it a better bnb, location is close to Bangla road which is a bonus but I’d rather stay 10 minutes further away at a better place next time. No cleaning staff, dustbin wasn’t cleaned for 4 days, they don’t text you to ask if you need anything, washroom on the ground floor stinky which is an absolute dealbreaker for all of us. The location is what you can take this place for and a nice living room, ends there.

The host's service is very good and responsive, and there is also a housekeeper.The location is also convenient, you can walk to the beach and night market (night market is still a little far).The biggest inconvenience is the slope of the villa, the biggest slope I have been on in my life (three slopes at least 45 degrees in a row), I am afraid of driving and I am tired of walking and doubting life😂 (I will still try to pick the big flat floor in the future).But the mountain view is beautiful, and this one is unnecessary.Anyway, it's a very characteristic villa, the shared area is cozy, and we also had a wonderful two days.🙏🙏🙏

This house has many positives. It very easily holds 10 people, it is in a prime walking location to the heart of Patong, the rooftop and pool are excellent and the team at Inspiring Villas (especially Rose) are very helpful and responsive. The house however has a few issues too, we had part of the decking collapse (which has since been replaced), the fridge hardly got cold, a few electrical issues that were sorted by the team and a few leaks inside the house. All in all this stay is great value for money but the hill should not be underestimated as it is insanely steep. Also watch out for the electricity fee at the end as it cost us about $14 USD a day. I would recommend this stay to future travellers if the team can work to ensure the house is 100% safe and reliable for guests.

This place was great for a group stay!There was 5 of us and we all got our own room. The place is on a VERY steep hill though. A lot of our tour drivers couldn’t locate the house so we sometimes had to walk down the hill to meet them. The kitchen is well stocked and it even had wine glasses. The only weird thing was that they meet you to take a cash deposit and that you have to pay for electricity at the end. We paid about $10/day even with us being gone most of the day. It’s stated in the description but it’s still something to be mindful of when booking. We loved the rooftop area and got to watch the fireworks there on NYE. We had many great nights at the dining table playing games as well. Overall, had a wonderful time there!

Our stay at Leo's Airbnb villa in Phuket was a mixed experience. The property's location was fantastic, offering stunning views of the sea and sunset from the balcony. It was also impeccably clean, and Leo, the host, was highly responsive. However, our disappointment came when Leo updated us about house rules after our booking period for a refund had passed. We were asked to cover the electric bill and provide a deposit, which was unexpected and a bit of a shock. We wish these rules had been made clear upfront during the booking process to avoid any surprises. In summary, while the property itself and its location were great, we recommend future guests to thoroughly check all the terms and conditions before booking to avoid unexpected charges and ensure a more enjoyable stay.
