Our stay in Phuket was marked by outstanding service and breathtaking views. The staff's professionalism and warmth added immensely to our experience. Waking up to the serene beauty of Phuket each day was a highlight, and the house's ambiance perfectly complemented its picturesque setting. Minor maintenance issues, like clogged shower heads and some cabinet wear, were noted. These are small areas that, if improved, could elevate the experience further. The location atop a hill provides privacy and splendid views but can be a challenge for some local transport services, especially for those with heavy luggage. Overall, this Airbnb offers a tranquil, beautiful setting with exceptional service. It's ideal for those who value scenic beauty and a peaceful environment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at David's Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The villa was comfortable and impeccably clean. David and his team [Khun Oi] provided us with exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we requested. Communication with [Khun Oi] was seamless. She was prompt in responding to any questions or requests, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.

Such an amazing place. Very spacious and very clean. Khun Oi - the villa manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all requests and questions. Staff were amazing, kind and professional. Photos don’t do it justice. Me and my friends had the best time.

David’s Airbnb was great for our groups size. Everyone had their own space and was comfortable. The house sitting on the top of a hill allowed for a beautiful view overlooking the area. The staff was efficient, friendly and extremely accommodating. We would 10/10 recommend this Airbnb for a huge group.

We stayed at this property for a team retreat with people from the US, Europe and India and we had a great time! David, the listing host, was very accessible and accommodating with changes in our group composition prior to our arrival. He was not onsite during our stay but has a very helpful and competent local crew running villa day-to-day. Local crew was led by Mimi who is an exceptional on-site host and responsive coordinator. One of the perks we enjoyed was great home cooking by the local crew, made to order to our dietary restrictions. Part of our group is vegan (Jain diet), part pescaterian, part meat eaters. I wouldn't know what to cook to make everyone happy but the kitchen crew did not have any problems making delicious affordable Thai meals every night that everyone enjoyed (tom ka soup, FTW!) At our request Mimi arranged daily yoga sessions for our group. The terrace is a great setting for morning yoga and Green, the instructor is a fantastic practitioner. The only annoyance was the construction noise from an unrelated villa being built across the street which will hopefully finish later this year (we stayed in July 2022). We worked during our stay, Wifi is fast and covers most of the grounds. Electric plugs in Thailand are designed smartly to accomodate US and European plugs without adaptors. We appreciated there are plugs placed everywhere throughout the indors and outdoors (villa is thoughtfully designed). Villa is on a hillside at the end of a steep road so if you get picked up by tour/event operators tell them because some local vans can't climb the whole way up easily. We had a rental car so it was easy to do quick runs into Surin town to go to pharmacy for ex. If you were to walk it would take 30 min. I'll leave you with this piece of (acquired) wisdom: if you haven't had Thai massage before, do try it and start with soft or medium. Like their spicy food, just know if you ask for hard, masseuses take it seriously and mean it :) Enjoy!

One word: AMAZING!! David’s villa was literally a experience. Please don’t even think twice, book here. His staff are amazing Sukanya i helped us coordinate everything before we arrived. When we got there we were greeted by Mimi and she took care of everything else. The food cooked by his staff was so good and they were very nice. Throughout the week we did breakfast, lunch, and dinner with them, we enjoyed every meal. The villa was as pictured everything was clean and the furniture was nice. His staff cleaned the rooms daily. There was transportation available at a affordable fee. Mimi helped my bf surprise the day of my birthday and she decorated with balloons and a cake. As a whole Mimi was always available to assist at all times which was such a great touch for us being that it was our first time in Thailand Ma helped us plan our excursions which was a plus. Overall myself and all my guests rated this villa and the experience that it came with a 10/10. Thank you so much Sukanya and Mimi. ❤️

The was place fantastic! Only one minor isssue/confusion up front around booking (different prices based on 4 or 7 rooms - the remainder of the rooms are locked). That was quickly resolved with David before we arrived and he opened up an additional room to accommodate our group size.

The team lead by Jum Jum were so kind and could not do enough to make Our trip the best while giving us privacy at exactly the right times The food was the best we had in Thailand - wonderful bar b q and Thai curries All in all an extraordinary experience we won’t forget

Best place to stay in, in Phuket! From the moment we checked in, Jum Jum made us all feel very welcome. No problem was too big for her. She organised our transport, massages etc and even organised for a doctor to come to the villa late one night.. The house chef was amazing. The best thai we had in Thailand. Highly recommend you utlise his cooking skills. There is nothing to fault with this property and service. All the staff were amazing and the house is stunning!

The host David was fantastic, extremely friendly and quick to reply to any query. Villa staff as well were extremely helpful and cater to all your needs during your stay. The dinner cooked by the in house chef was mouth watering, delicious and above expectations! I highly recommend this place.

If I could give 10 STARS I would! LITERALLY the best stay I've had ever! The home was absolutely gorgeous, (exactly as advertised) clean, and with a staff that was outstanding! Our Host JumJum was Heaven Sent! it was 16 of us staying and She was so accommodating to everyone. She arranged all of the airport pickups and taxi drives to our many excursions. She arranged the daily breakfast/dinners, massage therapist, and even went out of her way to translate and get our money back for excursions we needed to cancel. She was a total sweetheart and I only have positive things to say about her and the entire staff. HIGHLY recommend this booking. You will not be disappointed!

We are a party of 21 adults. We are all stunned by this amazing villa. It's spacious and the environment around is really good. We got warm welcome by the villa manager JumJum. She is really helpful to fulfill all of our requirements and provide good arrangement for our schedule. The staff in the villa are very kind too, and they made great and delicious barbecue for us too. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. Will definitely choose Villa Beyond of our next visit to Phuket .

The manager is very caring and responsive, and really make sure we have everything needed. We had a really good time there, the other stuff are very diligent as well, we are well served by them for breakfast/lunch/dinner during our stay. Location wise it is up on the hill so it is indeed not very easy for cars to get up there.

Amazing home with an incredible view! A few of us friends stayed at the home for a few nights during our stay in Phuket. With daily maid and chefs service we felt so stress free during our stay at this home. The pool was best part, where else can you take a swim with a view!

The room is very good service and very attentive, very welcoming, the pool is also very good. The location is also very good. The location is also about 20 minutes by car on Patong Bar Street, about 20 minutes by car. There is also a beach nearby to give you a small advice to go. If you choose to rent a car or call a car if the bar street drinks good wine for more than four people, please don't call a tuk tuk because the hill road is too steep to climb up and down the road. The😱😱 butler jumjum is a very nice person. She will do everything she can to meet your👍🏻👍🏻 absolute 5-star.

Our stay at Villa Beyond was awesome, everything was perfect. The staff was great and JumJum & Oi (the Villa Managers) were both very charming, helpful, and were there when needed. House very clean and organized. Food was delicious and amenities were great as well. Pool was amazing. Our stay at Villa Beyond fulfilled our dream vacations . We were delighted to stay at Villa Beyond and we hope to stay again soon.

I’m highly recommend this spectacular villa to all the people looking for stay in Phuket! We had total 9 people stayed in the villa for 4 days, before confirmed the villa, I had a little trouble of my booking, but David helped me sort out all the problem and responded all my queries so effectively, once we confirmed the villa, Ms. Khun Oi helped me arranged all the transportation, the lunch when we arrived, the drinks we would like......etc to make sure everything are smooth, we had arrived with super smooth and the lunch prepared by the staff in villa is so delicious, during the stated in the villa, Ms. Jum Jum took care us so well, and also Mr. Ryan and the great chef Mr. Lek and Ms. Ya, they really cooked so well and we all had a unforgettable memories with them! Once again I would like to take a chance the make a special thanks to all of you guys and looking forward to stay in the villa again!

Everything was perfect at the villa, the staff were extremely helpful and service was excellent. Communication with Jum Jum the villa manager was attentive, and she responded to our needs very quickly. The staff gave us the privacy when we needed and were on hand to provide us with the service when required. Definitely perfect place to stay. All staffs are efficient, friendly, cheerful to help us, especially Khun and Jum. We are a big family which included 18 person. However, staffs provide a perfect plan for us everyday. Everyone satisfied with the plan (transportation, meals, sightseeing place...etc.) It is not only a wonderful place for relaxation, but also a amazing place to try Thai food. Highly recommended for a big group of family or friends. The crew of David must help you to have a 100/100 trip in Phuket.

Great villa spread over 4 levels. The living area that opens into the pool with a view of the city is the highlight of the villa. Chef made amazing meals and overall the quality of food and service was very good.

The villa is exact same as photos and great view. This place is amazing, lovely and spacious. We had everything we needed. Jum Jum Villa Manager was incredibly helpful and always there to assist us with whatever we needed. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time.

David, Jum, and the other staff were simply amazing!! They made sure that all our questions and concerns were handled immediately. The ched was also amazing!! We opted to have breakfast and dinner at the villa almost everyday and we were not disappointed! Arguably the best food we had during our whole stay in Thailand! Thanks again for offering your hospitality. We will definitely stay at this villa again when we come back to Phuket!

What a place!! The service from Oi, Sue and all the staff was amazing. Anything and everything we needed was all sorted out for us. View was out of this world!! House was spotless everyday, beds made and beers were always cold!! Having the driver take us to and from Patong was very helpful. Food was very good!!!! What an amazing place. We had the best time and loved the traditional meal and breakfast spread. The pool was epic and they were very responsive in organising taxis to wherever we needed to go. A downer was that we got robbed on the last day. I think it was really just bad luck with a couple of opportunistic lady boys, but just make sure you lock up doors bcs even though you're at the top of a steep hill on a dead end road you're not safe from petty theft in Thailand!

My friends and I were a group of 11 people, in town for our friends wedding. With that in mind and knowing all the coordination that's needed to accommodate such a rowdy bunch, David and his team, especially Sue, were extremely helpful. She helped organize our meals, the cleaners were lovely and extremely tidy, and they were able to help accommodate us all throughout our 5 day stay with them. The views were amazing to wake up to every morning and the pool was divine! The chef cooked amazing Thai meals for us every evening, the rooms were big spacious and tidy. Our group had an amazing time! So much so, the bride's family booked out the villa right after we'd left! Would definitely highly recommend and would definitely consider staying at Villa Beyond again, especially if you've got a big group! Thanks Danielle

The villa looks exactly if not better than the photos. The staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is a bit small but our children still have loads of fun. Location is ok too, except for the really steep slope up to the villa.

Amazing place with amazing views. The minute we arrived we knew we chose the right place, set at the top of a hillside with fantastic panoramic views over the andaman sea in one direction and lush jungle/forrest in the other direction. Everything in the villa is exactly as per photos and every service you can imagine is available through Oi the villa manager (she is an absolute gem). This villa is not someone's home it is specifically set up as a luxury villa rental so everything is well maintained and cleaned daily. Could go on about so many great things but in short if you are looking for luxury and an exclusive place to stay in Phuket this is it.
