Villa Viva Panwa is a luxury 4 bedroom villa in the south of Phuket. The villa boasts 3 beautiful master en-suites, the fourth bedroom a perfect children’s room with 4 single beds. Accommodating a large family or group of up to 10 the villa has a swimming pool with children pool attached and relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces. The sitting, dining and lounge areas are surrounded by the tree canopy outside, ﬂowing directly out to the swimming pool.

I would love to give this villa 5 stars for its charm and potential, but there were several unexpected issues during our stay. Though advertised as being between Kamala Beach and Patong Beach, the actual location was on Cape Panwa, a 45-minute to 1-hour drive away without traffic, not as stated in the listing. Maintenance issues such as cracked pool tiles, a malfunctioning air conditioner in one room, and insufficient lighting making the inside areas dark at night were concerning. The lack of outdoor seating was also a disappointment. However, it's important to mention that the grounds were absolutely beautiful and the service we received was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, which partially made up for the other challenges. Due to these mixed experiences, I've decided to rate it only 3 stars. Future guests might find this place to be a delightful choice if the location discrepancy, maintenance problems, and lack of outdoor seating are resolved.
