Terrible! The pictures must have been taken when the apartment was first rented. The kitchen is disgusting, most of the items were either outdated and dirty and the shelves had layers of dirt. The bathroom was NEVER SCRABBED and honestly it was a pity. Bedroom lights none of them were working, which we had to enquire to get it fixed. The carpet never seen a vacuum cleaner since it was produced. The shelf had a very shady smell and the only cleaning equipment was a broken brush and a dirty mop left outside. We had sooo many compliments and we wanted to leave earlier but most of the nearby places were either 3x more expensive or booked. The management company uses only ChatGPT and they don’t even bother to personalise the messages as it still comes [Your Name] in brackets 😂honestly the place requires a massive deep cleaning and some maintenance to get close to what they ask money wise and how it looks. SAD SAD SAD

The location was good and the view matched the description with a nice green outlook. Staff were polite and responsive. However, there were some issues during my stay. The AC was not working throughout my two weeks and was never fixed. Basic amenities were not provided, and when I asked, I was told to order through a delivery app. After my complaints, they brought them on the next day. Some appliances, like the toaster, were in poor condition and very outdated. There was also a mistake with my checkout date, and I was checked out without notice. Overall, while the staff tried to help, these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.

The location and area are great, offering convenience, accessibility, and a quiet atmosphere. However, there were a few issues that need attention. Upon entering, there was an unpleasant smell, which I resolved by purchasing a diffuser. There was debris from the ceiling that I requested to be cleaned, but despite being assured it would be done, it never happened. I was later informed that cleaning was not their responsibility. Additionally, the kitchen drawers were falling apart, and the toilet roll holder came off. While the positives include the excellent location and peaceful environment, these maintenance concerns detract from the overall experience.

The Studio apartment was comfortable and spacious as per the advert. It had a minimum of kitchen conveniences ie. toaster and tea towel but besides that it was good. As I had a longer stay of 14 nights, I needed to be more convenient for making breakfast.

Had a nice stay here. David was very responsive and was always available for calls when I needed help. Wilson was very pleasant during checkout and made the process quick and easy. Highly recommended!

A decent flat all in all. Unfortunately some issues with check in. The reception staff had a different name down for check in. It was then discovered our information was only sent a day before our check in having booked a long time in advance. However David did resolve this issue. There wasn’t clear information on where to park but the staff at reception helped explain this. Clean and spacious studio apartment with a very comfortable bed. Pool and gym were decent and there is a supermarket ideally located on the ground floor outside of the building. Our WiFi went down for a few hours one day but apart from that no issues with the apartment. I would suggest having a vehicle during your stay with the apartment being located a little further out of central Dubai. Good value for money.

Good appartement, clean , almost all what I need for 10 days staying, the supermarket and the pharmacy available in the building, the communication with the agents was good, Mr David and Mr Waseem responded as soon as possible to my messages when I needed something, the only negative thing that happened is the arrival was a bit difficult because the adress was wrong in the app, and the agent Mr Ramil wasn’t 100% cooperating and makes me in a hurry even I was lost with the adress, otherwise everything was perfect and I really enjoyed the stay.
