Andre’s flat is in a great location, walking distance to Soho, Oxford and Regent Streets, and Marylebone. Tesco express is a few minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop right downstairs, Kasa Cafe. The ladies who work there are very friendly. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. I would highly recommend this flat to future guests.

The location is excellent. Andre responded very quickly and helpfully to a request we made. Some people have noted that the apartment is small. It is, but no smaller than I expected based on the photos and we managed quite well for our 17 night stay. The kitchen is basic but functional. We cooked most days we were there. Andre’s place was fantastic. Tidy, beatufiul, super well located. We loved the entire experience up to checkout. We paid for late checkout. Got an automatic message confirming checkout at 3pm but that was a software error, when it was supposed to say 1pm. We didn’t know it was an error until 1pm when the cleaners arrived, we were made to rush with packing and were told to leave as another guest was arriving. Mistakes happen, and by no means did it ruin the experience which was otherwise marvelous. Just request that the software be fixed to avoid this from happening again and suggest that other guests confirm the checkout time instead of relying on the automatic message and info on the website.

Andre's place was very nice - it had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the location with lots of good pubs nearby and about a 10-15min walk to various tube stations. It was a small space (the photos were maybe a little generous) but they made very efficient and thoughtful use of the space.
We only had a couple small complaints. One of the old windows in the living room/kitchen had terrible insulation - we kept thinking it was left open because you could hear the noise from the street just as clearly with it open or shut - and it made the temperature in that room fluctuate a bit. The other quirk was the glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom that made it difficult for one person to sleep in because the light from the bathroom also filled the bedroom.

We had a great stay in Bloomsbury. Convenient location, walkable to several Underground stops, as well as restaurants, the British Museum, and local grocery. Coming from the US, the washer/dryer were a huge plus so we didn’t have to pack as much. Nice little space for a couple to spend a week in the London.

We loved this flat! The location is perfect - easy access to multiple tube & bus stops that can take you anywhere. The area is central, with tons of shops, restaurants & pubs around. The flat was cozy/comfortable & Andre was super responsive/helpful when there was a minor maintenance issue with a bathroom light. Check in/out was straightforward and easy too. I highly recommend this flat and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay here. Great location, responsive host, clean flat, and strong WiFi. I’d recommend for a single or couple only as the bedroom and bathroom share a frosted glass wall. Nice airy with lots of windows and fans which helped a lot without an AC unit. Great stay!

Andre was a great Host. Great communication. His place was super clean and well kept. In an amazing part of London with easy access to rail, the tube, and most of the major attractions in London. Not one but two coffee shops below on the same block as well as a pizza shop and boba spot. Restaurants of every cuisine were everywhere around a 2-3 block radius. Safe spot to come back to at any hour of the night. When I come back to London, I am definitely staying here again!

The neighborhood is great. There are lots of bar and restaurants around there, but at the same time, it was very quiet. The apartment was compact, but very well planned. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. If it is available, I will book it the next time I m in London.
PS: ScandiKitchen is just around the corner. It is great.

Great central location in a calm neighbourhood. Very well-equipped and suitable for a longer stay. However, the apartment is very small.
Communication was poor. I requested to receive instructions via the Airbnb app, but the company managing the apartment kept sending me invitations to use their own app/website instead.
I asked for the check-in code to be sent through the Airbnb app, but this was not done.
We traveled with an infant and requested a travel cot a week before our arrival, but it was not prepared. Additionally, there was no extra linen available for the cot, which made our check-in very stressful.
We also requested and paid for a late checkout, yet the cleaning staff arrived at 10 AM.
There is no space for a travel cot in the bedroom, and the bed is very small (140 cm). Furthermore, the bathroom cannot be used if someone is sleeping in the bedroom, as the wall between the two rooms is made of glass.
Would not recommend.

Great flat in a good area, very central and walkable! Unit was smaller than we expected from the pictures but I guess that’s be expected for the location. Bathroom is pretty cramped and against the bedroom if you have a little one sleeping it’s not ideal. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Andre’s apartment was a wonderful place to stay for several days in London. It was the perfect size for one person, and had great space to work remotely. It’s very compact, so be sure you really like your traveling companion! Having said that, it’s very thoughtfully designed and my daughter and I had a great trip to London and enjoyed staying here.

We had a lovely stay at Andre's place in London. The flat is bright and welcoming, with lots of natural light. The kitchen is small but well-equipped for making meals, with a surprising number of pots and pans compared to other Airbnbs we've stayed in. The location is fantastic - just a short walk from the tube station and restaurants. We highly recommend this place!

The space was tidy, clutter free, and was in a pretty good location. I was able to walk to most of the things I wanted to do during my stay. I did have an issue with inaccurate WiFi information when I arrived, but we were able to get it resolved, the host quickly corrected the site with the correct information, and the host was kind enough to refund me the fees I paid for early check-in given the issue. The downside is that the space is small with a very tight entryway that leads the bedroom, bathroom and living space, so it feels quite cramped.

I loved staying in this little flat! The location is very walkable to everything. I think I only ended up taking public transportation 2-3 times. Very near Marylebone high street for great shopping, eating, and viewing. Perfect amount of space for singles or couples. Apartment exactly as advertised. Easy contact with owners.

Shower (apparently) leaked in to the flats below. Spent the morning going to and fro about it and wasn't able to use the shower before leaving. Guys I was dealing with seemed super helpful at the time. I asked about a partial refund/credit for future and was ignored (and again after follow up) which was really disappointing given how flexible I'd been trying to help. Would not have posted this if I'd heard back - it's about how you deal with your customers. Things can happen. That's understandable but you should give compensation if things weren't right.

Sie war etwas kleiner als erwartet und leider hat das Licht im Bad nicht funktioniert, aber es war alles sehr sauber und die Lage war für uns wirklich ideal, da wir fast alles fußläufig machen konnten und viele schöne Ecken immer nur 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt lagen.

A small flat but it fits everything you need. Great location in fitzrovia. Bart and team were very responsive to a couple questions I had. Those who are quite tall , maybe 6’4 and above, might not fit in the shower given the elevated platform, but otherwise the place was fine and well equipped.

Excellent location - our favourite area of London. Small, but well laid out unit that has been designed thoughtfully - lots of hangers, good storage space, lots of essentials, and some nice-to-haves (yoga mat, bluetooth sound system).
Very clean and well maintained. Good responsiveness from the host.

Good location, but with some street noise. Other peoples Aircon units outside the bedroom window were intrusive with the windows open.
Flat was beuatifully clean and well equipped, but many things were tired and worn, the bathroom especially so.
Not great value for money.
Communication with the owner was very good and prompt.

Bart’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect for out stay in London. I would most definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a flat that is central.
The only thing to take into consideration is that the flat is located in soho, an active area in London - so there can be some noise outside during the evening, which is to be expected. The noise levels did not get in the way of us enjoying our stay. It was a wonderful stay and expect all in all. Thank you Bart! :)

The apartment was extremely comfortable and pleasantly decorated. It was super helpful to have necessary staples-tea, oil, plastic wrap etc. available when we arrived. Although the street was somewhat noisy sleeping was not a problem as the bedroom opened onto an interior courtyard. The location was wonderful - easy walking access to everything- great restaurants (the best Italian pizza just a few doors away) with the charm and bustle of Fitzrovia apparent everywhere. We loved London and recommend this apartment highly.

The space is exquisitely clean and well maintained. Wonderful light and breezes even on hot summer days. A kitchen you can cook in but steps away from excellent, affordable restaurants. The neighborhood is close to everything but much quieter than, say, SoHo. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was as described, central only 15 min walk from Shaftesburry avenue where I had to be every day and an extra 10 min from Covent Garden. Really clean and easy to access. The communication was fast and good. I stayed for work so it was all I needed. Lots of restaurant and places to go out.

This is a small but well-designed and welcoming 1-bedroom in Fitzrovia. I stayed here 6 nights for work and enjoyed it very much. I’d definitely stay here again.
The apartment has some narrow doorways (like many places you might find in New York), but it’s great for a solo traveler or couple who get along well. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and cooking tools. The furniture is well-chosen for the space. The bed is comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. The bedroom is quiet.
There is a washing machine AND separate dryer––a real rarity.
The location is unbeatable. Fitzrovia is really happening right now, and adjoining neighborhoods like Soho and Marylebone are a short walk away. Tube is an easy walk as well. Especially good location if you work in media.

My stay at Andre's place was fantastic. I loved the location - Fitzrovia - my new favorite neighborhood in London. I was there for a bunch of meetings, and if you're in the entertainment industry, BFI, BBC, production companies - almost everything is a 15-20 min walk. The apartment was very clean, and the bedroom was in the back and very quiet with comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to London.

The apartment was as described and very clean. It was in a mostly quiet neighborhood that was very close to transit and restaurants/shops. The host was quick to respond to my questions and even accommodated us for additional nights when our flight changed due to Hurricane Irma.
