A practical, clean base in the heart of Camden—just minutes to Camden Town Tube, markets, canals and great food. Ideal for 1–2 guests, it can fit up to 4 using the sofabed in the living room. The flat is compact and well equipped: full kitchen, comfy bedroom. The shower room is snug but functional—great value in a top location.

It’s a classic London building, so you may hear some upstairs footsteps or street buzz.
The space
- Layout: Ground-floor 1-bed/1-bath with open-plan living/kitchen.
- Bedroom: Double bed, built-in wardrobe/hanging space in corridor, blackout blinds, fresh linen.
- Living/Kitchen: Sofa bed (best for one child/short stays), dining nook, hob/oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cookware/utensils, basic condiments.
- Bathroom: Compact shower, toiletries; water pressure in the area is not super strong, but it gets the job done.
- Comforts: fast Wi-Fi, TV (app log-ins), fans in summer, heating in winter.
Guest access
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire flat. Self check-in is simple and secure. Access to shared entrance hallway (typical Camden converted townhouse).

- 2 key sets are clearly labelled for ease of use.
- Size & layout: Cosy London flat of 25 sqm—best for two but sleeps up to 4 with no extra fee; sofa bed is firm.
- Sound: Classic building = occasional upstairs/urban noise.
- Shower: Compact; temperature set via mixer/boiler—runs hot if turned fully. Pressure varies due to the area, but does the job
- Strictly no smoking inside the flat
- Photos/accuracy: Photos reflect the space; décor may update over time to improve comfort. Tell us if anything needs attention during your stay so we can fix it quickly.

To help protect our community and ensure a smooth check-in experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form. Depending on your booking details, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of this secure process.

The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM).

We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking:

Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)

Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day

Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)

Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair)

In-person check-in or luggage assistance – Please request well in advance to guarantee availability:

Fire Safety - No smoking indoors (including vapes) or in the courtyard. - No open flames—this includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns. - Do not cover electric radiators—use the provided airer for drying clothes. - Keep communal areas clear—these are emergency exits. - EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed. 4. Cleanliness - Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. - Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal. 5. Pets - Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. - Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. - Pets must never be left unattended. - If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.
