L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité du métro et stations bus. Il est parfait pour une famille.
La.literie est confortable. Tout est prévu quelques ustensiles supplémentaires de cuisine peut être a ajouter Machine à laver et lave vaisselle sont des plus. L'hôte est très disponible en cas de souci.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja blisko metra i targu Camden Town, bezproblemowe zameldowanie, świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Świetna, kolorowa i bezpieczna dzielnica, doskonale skomunikowana z centrum Londynu. Dobra baza do zwiedzania miasta.

Wczesna godzina wymeldowania (10.00) i proponowana dość wysoka dopłata, w przypadku chęci przesunięcia godziny wymeldowania.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το σταθμό μετρό του Camden και πολλά μαγαζιά για φαγητό ή ποτό και 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από σούπερ μάρκετ. Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Άνετο για 4 άτομα όπως είμασταν εμείς. Διαθέτει όλες τις συσκευές για να μαγειρέψεις, και γενικά οτιδήποτε χρειάζεται να έχει ένα σπίτι. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικός και μας έλυσε κατευθείαν οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα ή απορία είχαμε.

Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν ότι επειδή τα παράθυρα ήταν παλιά και ξύλινα δεν είχαν πολύ καλή θερμομόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει λίγο κρύο στο σπίτι. Ωστόσο τα καλοριφέρ δούλευαν μια χαρά οπότε το σπίτι ήταν εντάξει από άποψη κρύου.

Everything, it is perfectly located, there’s a supermarkt in less than 2 min walk, it’s camden but it isn’t noisy at all. Communication was always easy and they’re really nice.

Très bon emplacement de l'appartement dans Camden Town, à seulement 3 minutes du supermarché et 10 minutes d'un food court à Camden. Nous sommes arrivées à la gare de King Cross donc l'emplacement du logement était assez pratique. L'appartement était agréable pour 3 personnes.

La pression de la douche est beaucoup trop faible..
Le lave-vaisselle ne peut pas s'ouvrir complètement à cause d'un clou sous la porte.
Les voisins du dessus sont bruyant, surtout dans la nuit. D'autres commentaires l'ont déjà mentionné mais on entend tous les pas et il semble apprécier bouger des meubles au milieu de la nuit.

Me gustó el apartamento por ser acogedor y bien decorado y con mucha ventilación y luz natural. En estar en una casa clásica inglesa también me gustó. Supermercado cerca así como restaurantes y buena conexión de autobuses y metro.

La estación de Camden se cierra para entrar los domingos debido a la alta afluencia de personas visitando el mercadillo de Camden.

We stayed at the apartment for a week to visit London with our teenaged son. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for our group of 3. The location was also ideal as a home base for our visit - only a couple of blocks from the Camden Town tube station, Regent Canal and the Camden market. It was a fun neighbourhood to explore. The host was easy to communicate with before and during our visit and was quick to respond to our questions. We definitely recommend staying here if you’re in town for a visit!

We loved our stay here. Great neighborhood, excellent food around. Host was very responsive and fixed a problem we were having very quickly.
Wonderful kitchen with good stove, fully stocked with oil, salt etc. Was a breeze cooking here.

Great location for transport and cool things to do in London. Perfect for a solo or couple - probably wouldn’t recommend for a family due to size. Had everything we needed in terms of ammenities (could have more cooking utensils though) and Bart was a great host.

To me this flat embodies the "AirBnB effect"—meeting basic requirements without thought for livability. Furniture is old and poorly arranged, storage is minimal, and windows offer little soundproofing. Noise from above was noticeable, and the windows were dirty, adding to a sense of neglect.
Several things were frustratingly impractical. The TV is at an odd angle, the microwave’s short cord forces awkward use, and the washing machine vibrates excessively. The shower, repeatedly flagged in reviews, is still not fixed. Water unpredictably switches from handheld to tropical, temperature control is poor, and the bathroom remains cold with a non-working towel heater.
The agency seems well-intentioned, but these spaces need real improvements beyond just checking the boxes.

It was a last-minute booking due to being let down by another place. I liked that it was warm afterwards, but it wasn’t for the first two hours as we froze due to the heating not working. But at least it was better than the other place we booked before this

Where do I start? The property isn’t ready. The host has not fixed the problems that costumers have stated, cracked tiles, the unfit flooring, the over messy garden used as a dumping site, the shower, The hard sofa bed and the noise of the neighbours. Walls are thin, every creek and thud heard from upstairs was horrible. The music they were playing at night too. I did tell the host about this, but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I wouldn’t stay here again, sorry. The heating should be always checked as we froze for the first 2 hours, but have us till 1pm to check out. I didn’t notice taking your time is a common issue, so that’s why we had to wait so long for central heating… TV was not in English and we couldn’t change the Netflix settings to watch whatever we wanted to watch on our Netflix. He did say that he could come change it but didn’t want to stay in the property all day waiting for him. We couldn’t turn the temperature up or down on the shower. We were told to change the temperature on the boiler. This place is very small so the pictures try to make it bigger. I personally can’t stay here again.

Loved the place. Bart was always responsive, super flexible and helpful. I had a last minute meeting on the day I was checking out but despite contacting them last minute Bart was super understanding and let me checkout at a later time. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay while in London. Great location, very accessible.

Brilliant place to stay if wanting a quiet area in Camden that's still central. Neighbours can be a little noisy but it's an old building so noisy from movements in upstairs apartments is to be expected really. Fijn appartement, wij waren met 3 volwassenen en dat was te doen. De locatie is perfect voor een city trip, het station zit om de hoek en je bent overal zo. Al met al prima verblijf. Een minpunt : wij hebben ontzettend gedoe gehad met de douche, hoe hard je ook draaide het water bleef gevaarlijk heet, daar moet even naar gekeken worden.

Barth fut a l'écoute est tres réactif. Emplacement correspondant aux déscriptifs. Toutefois, étant très allergiques et asthmatiques nous recherchions un appartement avec parquet ou carrelages. Nous pensions l'avoir trouvé. Mais nous découvrons de la moquette dans tout l'appartement (sauf salle d'eau et 2 placard) - Egalement le canapé n'est pas identique a celui de l'image. Matelat de 60 cm de large. Alors qu'il suffirait de changé quelques images....

Idéalement placé pour visiter Londres (métro, train, bus, ...), le quartier animé de Camden vous permet d'avoir accès à de nombreux pubs, restaurants et commerces de proximité. Barth est très à l'écoute de ses hôtes et répond très rapidement.

Great location very close to the Camden metro station and bus stops. The apartment is small and quaint but worked well for our family of four. The place was very clean and comfortable, it also was relatively quiet except for the hustle and bustle of the city outside. We would definitely stay here again.

La estancia en el apartamento de Bart ha sido muy buena en general. Todo estaba muy limpio y la ubicación muy buena, ya que estaba muy cerca de la estación de metro de Camden Town. El apartamento era mucho más pequeño de lo que parecía en las fotos, pero como hemos estado más tiempo fuera que dentro, es más que suficiente, aunque justo para 4 personas. Pero eso sí, teníamos de todo, así que por ese lado, nada que objetar. La única cosa negativa es que el barrio estaba bastante descuidado, y creo que es conveniente comentar que había bastante suciedad y gente tirada por la calle, algo que con niños no es lo más agradable.

This is a great place to stay in Camden for two people max. Overall the location is good and easy to get to.
It is definitely smaller than the photos make it appear. Also, the shower is VERY small and does not drain.

This is a great place to stay in Camden for two people max. Overall the location is good and easy to get to.
It is definitely smaller than the photos make it appear. Also, the shower is VERY small and does not drain.

This was a nice little place. It was tight for our family of four. We had gorgeous weather, it made the apartment stuffy as only the window in the bedroom opened. Bart helped us locate fans. The 10 am checkout was tricky with four people trying to pack up in a small space. The location couldn’t be beat — we loved being close to the tube and groceries and restaurants. It was clean, but we had to tighten screws to keep doorknobs and locks on the doors. Overall a fine stay.

The place does the job, its clean enough. The hallway and closet smell like cigarettes, sometimes weed. The carpet is old and frilling in all the edges. The bathroom is older and the shower could use a deep clean. There is too much furniture for the size of the space, it took us a while to find the cutlery. If I was going for a weekend, to go party in London, the place is fine. We went for work and with a small kid, so it didn't totally meet the expectation for the price. The location is amazing.

Overall good stay, location is very convenient, Camden Town tube station is 5 minutes of walk making access to Central London quick. The apartment is close to the very popular street of Camden High Street. The flat is faithful to the photos and description, the stuff inside is present (bath towels, dishes, etc...). Communication with Bart was perfect ! Just a detail if you sleep in the living room, the noise from the street outside can be annoying for some, but the bedroom is on the other side and it's quiet.

Overall a nice apartment, close to services, in a very lively area. We were in and I think that is the maximum number to fully enjoy the accommodation. Bart is a really attentive and kind host.

Located right near Camden market and close to multiple tube stations, Bart’s apartment was very convenient! It was quaint but had everything we needed. Bart was also very responsive and checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay. The apartment did have a faint smell of cigarette smoke and the ceilings were a bit thin, but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

First thing - I have never seen such a cleaner flat. Everything from the kitchen to the WC was impeccable!

There was some cigar smell on arrival - I guess the previous guest didn’t follow the rules - that took sometime to disappear.
The flat is as described and fully functional. The location is great near Camden tube station and Camden Market area. The nearest supermarket is at 200m!

Easy check-in and easy check-out. Easy house rules and guides.

The best is the Host.
Easy to reach and helpful. Will return for sure to the same place.

Io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati molto bene nell’ appartamento di Bart. L’appartamento era molto pulito e comodo, vicino a metro e stazioni del bus. Il quartiere è molto colorato e vicino al mercato di Camden. Unica pecca dalle foto l’appartamento sembrava un po’ più grande e il divano letto è un po’ scomodo, ma se si va in due è perfetto per spazio e comodità.
Peccato per i vicini del piano di sopra che se camminavano si sentivano i passi.

Sehr schoene Wohnung, nahe an Camden Town U Bahn Northern line, 10 Minuten zu Saint Pancras mit dem Bus.
Ideale Lage, practice und saubere Wohnung.
Einziger Nachteil: es ist ein sehr hellhoeriges Haus und die Holzboeden quietschen ueberall im 1. und im 2.Stock, wenn Leute darauf laufen.Das ist sehr schade.

The location was great.

It’s very central.

The walls are paper thin. The upstairs neighbours are very dodgy. They’re doing some sort of DIY during the night.There’s a lot of thumping and Banging,People coming and going at all hours. We couldn’t sleep, when I politely approached them to keep the noise down, they were extremely abusive. I did not feel safe here. Avoid this place at all costs. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Le studio était très bien agencé et équipé. Comme nous faisions de longues journées de visite, nous avons souvent dîné à l'appart et il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait.. L'appartement est dans un quartier tranquille très proche de stations de bus et de supermarchés.

Equipment functions.

1-Host not responsive and gets agitated if we called him. Worst he takes his own sweet time to respond whatsapp. Close to midnight he responded that he is at countryside and getting intermittent service. So me and my family have to struggle ourselves on his property. An inconsiderate host. Host dumps bunch of user manual for the equipment and expect us to read the documents before coming in. Worst some manual doesn't match.
2-This 1 bed room apartment is very small. The property is a bit rundown and has 1 queen bed in 1 room and sofa bed ( 2 pax) at kitchen. If the sofa bed is open, dining table cannot be used. Floor to floor is not soundproof, you can hear clearly the upstairs neighbor's conversation. Floor carpet is not properly secured with screws jutting out. Door knob not properly installed and very difficult to handle and close. Shower cubicle is small. Cannot bend to wash foot. Shower knob cannot adjust heat, its fixed. Kitchen sink very small. Hood is inefficient and noisy. Whole house is filled with smoke when we cooked some sausages and eggs. Washing machine doesn't come with dryer.
3- The entrance of the apartment is not clean and overgrown with shrubs/undergrowth. Shared entrance for 2 upper floor units.
4- Area of this apartment has a lot of drunkards, and homeless person. Saw a group fight on the way to Sainsbury (nearest supermarket). The surrounding area around is not clean.

Bart responded quickly when I messaged him but unfortunately someone could not come to fix it right away, so the first night was not an ideal experience. We eventually agreed on a partial refund and someone came to clean the next afternoon. In the end the experience was okay. I think it could be a great airbnb if the issues were resolved quicker or didn’t happen. Otherwise Bart is fairly easy to work with and offered a fair resolution in the end.

Dirty carpet. No quilt cover, cooking facilities fire hazard. Little hot water, the place was not a true representation of the picture on line,. Neighbours above us carrying out DIY, at 12pm onwards, sounded like a pneumatic drill. Place was very tired looking, broken floor tiles, broken kitchen cabinet doors, ill fitting interior doors, garden in a shocking state, looked like Jurassic Park!. I could go on but I'm so disappointed with the place.

Rooms are much smaller as expected from photos. The kitchen window doesn't open. The water of the shower was lukewarm: OK as the weather was very hot, but wondering what it is like in winter. The upstairs neighbours decided to build a wardrobe between midnight and 3a.m. between Sunday and Monday morning. We couldn't sleep! This is obviously not the fault of the owner, but you really hear every single noise from the floor above!

Winery is a weird typo… didn’t want to give a bad rating. This was a great find. Fun area, easy access for my needs. Comfortable, simple accommodation. Perfect for just me.
