Apartment exactly as described, clean, and very bright. The host responds to us immediately when we have any comments or questions. The proximity to the underground, which is just a few minutes away, is a plus. The only downside is the noise. Despite the double-glazed windows, the noise from the street is persistent. From 5 a.m. onwards, there is noise from construction work and traffic, which is beyond the owner's control, of course, but it is worth mentioning nonetheless. Despite everything, we enjoyed our stay.

Bart was an exceptional host in the flat was exactly as described. We even had to extend our stay and Bart was very amenable and reachable. The flat is well equipped for a short or long stay and a great location for getting around town.

I have lived in London in the past and always look for a place around this area and that was a fantastic find! Close to tube and overground stations, shops and Kentish Town generally is a good place to stay. I‘ll definitely safe this place for another time!

Great location of the flat, great shops and restaurants near (bakeries and thrift shops also which our friend appreciated). A bit noisy since it is next to the street, still it worked out for us. Heating was on, which was great. The host checked in with us asking for feedback after first day which was good and also helped with the questions that we've had. Overall, we would stay here again.

I would highly recommend, super easy to get around, the tube is super close. There’s lots of shops around. The place was clean and very comfortable and the host was very responsive when I was struggling to use the key in the door. I have no issues with a busy street but those that don’t sleep with ear plugs may find it a little noisy.

There were three of us staying at this flat and it was a comfortable stay. The team were available on the phone to answer questions. We had a small issue with the blinds and they sent someone to help us out on the same day. The location is very convenient as the bus stop is right opposite and the tube is also just a few minutes walk away.

Very nice apartment, spacious and clean with everything you might need inside. The host is very responsive. On the other hand /!\ no air conditioning and very poorly soundproofed. It is very hot in case of strong heat and the street is very busy so stuck, not possible to open the windows. After complaining about the conditions in view of the price/night, the host installed a portable air conditioning which saved the stay, so before booking in summer especially if you have children.

We had a very nice stay in Kentish Town. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and close to the Underground, and check in and access were great. As other reviews have noted, you have constant street noise and many emergency services vehicles, especially at night, which thicker windows could help alleviate. The mattress is also a bit dated, and it was quite warm so we had the fans in constantly. But for the location and size it’s a great place

I had a nice stay at Bart's place. It is centrally located on Kentish Town Road and agree with previous comments about the noise. From the AirBnb description, I assumed it was off on one of the side streets. Otherwise, all was in order with the apartment.

This place is located within walkable distance from Kentishtown station on Northern line not very far from the centre. There is Tesco eight below and decent cafes and restaurants nearby. The place is nice and cosy, kitchen well stocked with all cutlery and appliances etc. Bart is a good host. Communicative and helpful. A few things may be noted. The flat is bang on the main road and hence the place is noisy all the time. Secondly it is non first floor without lift so pack light. Will definitely recommend the place.

Barth was another extremely welcoming very responsive and available. And answered all my questions, advised me. Ensuring my comfort throughout my stay with my family, I would highly recommend. In addition, the apartment is conveniently located near a central metro station and train station . Everything was as described. The only problem is window insulation… Good insulation of the windows would have made it possible to have less heating losses but especially less noise at night and around 6am when trucks from shops unload their goods. Other than that everything would have been perfect.

The flat was very nice and clean, and Kentish Town is a lovely area. Being above shops meant some early morning deliveries, which woke me up...not great, but I guess that's the price to pay for being based in a lively area.

The flat was so clean and well organised, so I was pleasant when i walked in. Also there is Tesco Express right next to the building and some bakeries in 2min walk. But it is on the main road which is quite noisy with cars. I know it is not a fault of host, but if you are sensitive to noise or have baby, you need to think about it. If you want to enjoy london's city life I would recommend!
