Kentish Town is a colourful and arty neighbourhood with a quiet charm of its own. It is located between the more famous and loud Camden and upscale Highgate. It is a perfect location for those who want to be away from the hustle but still enjoy the energy and diversity of 'proper' North London. Kentish Town is well-known for Victorian terraced townhouses with brightly painted exteriors.
The space
Some of the most sought-after streets in Kentish Town are Lady Margaret Road, and those branching off it, Bartholomew Villas, Bartholomew Road, Patshull, and Lawford Roads.

The flat is on the 1st floor, accessible via stairs only (no lift).
Other things to note
To help protect our community and ensure a smooth check-in experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form. Depending on your booking details, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of this secure process.

The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM).

We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking:

Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)

Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day

Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)

Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair)

In-person check-in or luggage assistance – Please request well in advance to guarantee availability:

£120 from 5 PM to 10:30 PM
£200 after 10:30 PM (due to extra taxi cost)

Apartment exactly as described, clean, and very bright. The host responds to us immediately when we have any comments or questions. The proximity to the underground, which is just a few minutes away, is a plus. The only downside is the noise. Despite the double-glazed windows, the noise from the street is persistent. From 5 a.m. onwards, there is noise from construction work and traffic, which is beyond the owner's control, of course, but it is worth mentioning nonetheless. Despite everything, we enjoyed our stay.

Bart was an exceptional host in the flat was exactly as described. We even had to extend our stay and Bart was very amenable and reachable. The flat is well equipped for a short or long stay and a great location for getting around town.

Fire Safety - No smoking indoors (including vapes) or in the courtyard. - No open flames—this includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns. - Do not cover electric radiators—use the provided airer for drying clothes. - Keep communal areas clear—these are emergency exits. - EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed. 4. Cleanliness - Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. - Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal. 5. Pets - Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. - Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. - Pets must never be left unattended. - If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.
