Vi bodde en vuxen och fyra tonåringar i denna lilla lägenhet i ett lugnt område. 10-15 min till tunnelbanan och mataffär. Vart var en vänlig och tillgänglig värd. När vi fick problem med duschen, så löste de det direkt med att skicka dit rörmokare som löste problemet. Välutrustat kök, med kryddor, kaffe och te.

We loved our stay at Bart’s apartment. It was just right for our family needs. The location was excellent, as we were able to walk to the national history museum in about 25 minutes. The neighbourhood felt safe and the surroundings were lovely. The nearby Waitrose was also very handy.

Excellent well equipped and cosy apartment in a secure building. Very good quick contact with the management team. Location suited our needs well and the price value was reasonable.

A small detail being the shower could use a small corner shelf to place shampoo etc in order to alleviate bending down.

The apartment was very clean, with all the items needed for a comfortable stay, extra linens and towels, a washer and hang dry rack. The area is beautiful and safe. All around highly recommend this home.

easy to reach, quiet, nice neighbourhood, very central, good quality for price, less spacious than pictures show, but good to stay with two adults and two kids. I missed a soft topper on the bed.

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona muy accesible, desde el metro, con acceso a bus y caminando, la zona es muy tranquila, el apartamento es bastante justo para 4 personas y por ahí hay algunas cosas que se deben renovar como la alfombra o las persianas, para nuestra visita cubrió con lo que necesitábamos.

Perfectly located, very easy to walk around, nice Cafe down stairs and very good ice cream shop! Nearby also is available a supermarket. The only minus could be the busy street which during the night could be unpleasant but anyway you are in central London. And the scaffoldings are still around the building, hopefully the works will finish soon. In general it’s a great small apartment very well located! Thanks! 😊

Everything was alright and fair, and somethings went south.
such as, the check-in process for us was horrible !
and it happened while we recently arrived from wales to london 5 hours train, the automated front door didn’t open it has failed so we had to wait for maybe 25 minutes to check-in because we had to drive somewhere to get the keys the host did pay for the uber drives tho.
I found one other thing annoying that (as a guest) I had to fill some kind of survey to authenticate myself literally taking picture of me with my Government ID, and they didn’t mention such a survey clearly in the listing of the apartment. I did ask them after the check-out to delete all personal data and they said they did. and this is after the authentication process in the app Airbnb? it’s annoying because personal data is important you can’t share it with anyone even if they’re a host somewhere, but I had to do it because I knew about this survey after I paid so just an FYI.
I am deleting this app

Шикарное расположение, рядом несколько станций метро, в том числе и вокзал до аэропорта Gatwick. Квартира небольшая, но уютная чистая, есть шкафы для хранения одежды. В городе было жарко и владелец подготовил два вентилятора заранее, за что отдельное спасибо.

Overall, this was a very practical place to stay in a very nice, quiet and upscale location - and a good value. That said, there were a couple of issues:
1. The entire building is under scaffolding, and there were scaffold platforms and ladders directly outside every window in the flat. Although they didn't work right outside the apartment, for all I knew they start could at any time, so I ended up mostly keeping the shades shut during the day. The work they did elsewhere was loud (yelling, banging) and began around 8:30am. The scaffolding also obstructed what otherwise would have been a very nice view out of the living room. This should have been disclosed in the listing (it was not).
2. I followed the instructions to contact to be buzzed in to the outer door when I first arrived, but it took over an hour to receive a reply. Luckily the outer door happened to be unlocked so I could walk in, but this might have been a serious problem.

Terrific neighborhood, nice flat. Bart was incredible with his super-responsive communication. We traveled with a 13-month-old, and Bart kindly provided a pack-n-play and high chair-immensely helpful! He also provided the crib details so that we were able to buy sheets in advance.
Lovely to have a lift, dishwasher and washing machine in central London, even if one definitely pays for the conveniences and location. Plenty of washing liquid, detergent, TP, etc provided. All of the basics were more than covered.
Bathroom shower is rather cramped (coming from a 5’4”, 115 lb woman), but the towel warmer keeps the room toasty and helps dry out towels quickly. Plenty of hot water, too!

The place was ideal place for our family during the stay.
I felt safe walking around the area and location was great as it was close to main tourist attractions, public transportation and grocery store (very important for a family trip as always) which was within 5 minutes walk.
Also there is an elevator in the building which helped us to move our luggages and bring exhausted kids back home. :)
And on the top of everything, many thanks to Bart on helping my family to stay comfortable at the place. All the information from Bart was really helpful and he was very responsive and easy to communicate.
I would strongly recommend the place to family :)

I had a great experience of hospitality by staying at Bart's place. The location was perfect. The flat was comfortably furnished and ther was vast amount of appliances faciltating the pleasure and convenience of the stay. Bart and the team were very friendly ,prompt and helpful in responding the questions and requests. Highly recommended

Le propriétaire nous a proposé ce logement en remplacement de celui initialement réservé, qui présentait un souci. Nous sommes très satisfaites de cette proposition, car l’appartement semble plus spacieux pour 4 personnes. Il est propre, bien entretenu, et il a une belle luminosité. Le canapé convertible et le lit double sont confortables ! Le propriétaire s’est montré réactif, serviable et compréhensif tout au long de notre séjour. L’arrêt de bus est plus proche que le métro et un excellent café se trouve juste à côté.

The location is excellent in the beautiful and respectable Belgravia, downstairs there is a good cafe, a supermarket around the corner. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. When we had trouble with the TV, Bart was quick to respond via text, came over within a couple of hours, and fixed the problem immediately. We would 100% stay here again! For any future renters, please note that there is only a washing machine, so don’t wash your clothes right before you leave, as they will need time to air dry. Just a tip! Otherwise, you should have a great stay!
