The flat is on the 3rd floor, accessible via lift—there are a couple of steps from the street level to the lift.
Other things to note
To help protect our community and ensure a smooth check-in experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form. Depending on your booking details, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of this secure process.

The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM).

We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking:

Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)

Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day

Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)

Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair)

In-person check-in or luggage assistance – Please request well in advance to guarantee availability:

£120 from 5 PM to 10:30 PM

Vi bodde en vuxen och fyra tonåringar i denna lilla lägenhet i ett lugnt område. 10-15 min till tunnelbanan och mataffär. Vart var en vänlig och tillgänglig värd. När vi fick problem med duschen, så löste de det direkt med att skicka dit rörmokare som löste problemet. Välutrustat kök, med kryddor, kaffe och te.

We loved our stay at Bart’s apartment. It was just right for our family needs. The location was excellent, as we were able to walk to the national history museum in about 25 minutes. The neighbourhood felt safe and the surroundings were lovely. The nearby Waitrose was also very handy.

The location was very nice, it was within walking distance to most places and the house was clean, it deserved the price

Cleanliness - Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. - Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal. 5. Pets - Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. - Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. - Pets must never be left unattended. - If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.
