We stayed at this flat for a couple of months while getting settled in London and it was such a wonderful place to call home. Muswell Hill is a beautiful area with lots of parkland nearby (Highgate Wood, Queens Wood, Alexandra Park) and heaps of restaurants and shops to explore. The nearest tube station is ~15 minute walk away - but you have so many bus options at your disposal. Bart’s flat also has the best view of London. Being atop a main road there is occasional traffic noise, but it really isn’t much of a bother. Being a middle floor flat, you may also experience some thumping if your upstairs neighbours are particularly heavy footed. The flat was spotless and decked out with everything we needed. Great kitchen appliances, also, for when we wanted to cook at home. Bart was super responsive whenever we made contact and was always a delight to communicate with, always being happy to help. I could not recommend this flat more highly. It’s a real gem!

Thank you for a great stay 😊 Pros: - On a lovely high street with great coffee shops/ brunch venues - Comfy beds, light airy rooms - Beautiful view from living area over London - Close to Alexandra Palace and Muswell Hill station Cons: - Walls between adjacent flat are thin - we could hear them and they could hear us - unfortunately despite keeping chatter and music to a minimum during a birthday event, the neighbours were very sensitive to noise - I appreciate the hosts aren’t able to do anything about this, but something to be aware of when booking

This is an exceptional AirBNB and was perfect for my family stay! Clean, easy to use, beautiful views! Right on the high street but not too noisy. Great service! If you want to be in North London area this a great great spot!

The house was fairly clean and well equipped, overall comfortable. The only downside is that it is located on a dark inner street, and access is via a staircase that is not convenient, especially with children and a stroller. Bart was always available and helpful for any need.

Wonderful location with easy access to restaurants and shops. The view from the breakfast table was the best in all of London! Due to location being downtown and among other flats there is noise until late at night. Even though we were with kids it was worth the noises of city living to be in an area of such convenience. Great hosts, great communication and easy to access venue. Would stay here again!

We loved that little flat. We live locally (!) but are undergoing some works so we had to seek alternative accommodation for a week. Couldnt have been any better. The place is central, we had the most beautiful light in the early morning and we got to see the London fireworks from the living room windows. Absolute gem! Would rebook in an instant! Thanks ever so much.

Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Bart was responsive and helpful throughout. Also, a great view of London from the lounge made it even more special. Highly recommend!

Amazing View of the City! So great that every 10th person walking by stops to take a picture. Large market only a few steps away. Host was very responsive. Laminate flooring is very damaged. The main floor bedroom window couldn’t be opened or it would fill the room with exhaust from the outdoor vent of what we assumed was the water heater. Down stairs bedroom would also fill with the exhaust smell and end up all the way up to the main room on multiple occasions. The host has no control over this but the entrance is sketchy. It’s down the end of a long alley that’s full of trash and everyone taking their cigarette breaks. Many times people were hiding between buildings, and we had to squeeze past people to get up the entrance steps.

Stayed here a couple of nights while our boxers attended the Harringay Box Cup , excellent location as Alexandria Palace is a short walk away. Apartment was perfect and situated central close to shops/restaurants. Bus stop located right outside big plus for traveling to city 👍🏻

Great place, beautiful views, communicative host. Worth mentioning access through a garbage bin lined and litter strewn alley. Which is beyond host’s control. But everything else was completely lovely!

The house is located in one of London's most beautiful neighborhoods, Muswell Hill, with a lot of history and picturesque houses. The transport system in the area is excellent and has many shops and supermarkets, some of the best sushi in London, bakeries and top-class restaurants, huge parks very close by, just a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended for families as it is very safe, clean, and very well maintained.

The apartment is fairly basic but it has everything you might need. The location is great - right in the centre of Muswell Hill, with an impressive view from the living room. The instructions were very clear so we had no problem finding it. Can definitely recommend!

Beautiful place with beautiful city views from the living room windows. Clean and tidy, with two bedrooms and a large sofa bed. Very clean pillows and bed linen. There were 6 of us and we were still comfortable. The bathroom is not very large but it can be arranged. The kitchen is functional with stovetops, coffee maker and kettle. I would just suggest integrating with a few larger pots and pans so you can cook better. There are also iron, iron, and a hairdryer. The neighborhood is well served. There's a supermarket, great fish and chips, two pharmacies, and many other useful shops. Just below the house is the bus stop that takes you in less than ten minutes to the subway station. In less than half anhouryou are comfortably in the city center. Bart responds to every request in real time and at every hour. Great experience. We hope to be back.

This is a great stop for a few days. Location is awesome, very near to fantastic shopping and dining. It's also a great location to hop on London transport or walks to parks etc. Bart was a very responsive host, we had some issues finding the flat, the lock box codes listed were wrong and also the internet passwords were wrong but he found a solution for us right away. There's a ton of stairs to get to the flat which was tricky with all our luggage and also, there's nowhere to park; we got 2 tickets because we unloaded/loaded our luggage in the alley which is the only access point, so account for that upon arrival! The blinds in the bedrooms don't block out the light at all, so if you find it hard to sleep with the sun shining in, you will need an eye mask. It's also fairly noisy with dumpsters on one side in the alley and a busy road on the other side. It's a super fun location overall though, just depends on your needs.
