I had a lovely stay here and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting London. The location is fantastic! Muswell Hill is such a beautiful neighbourhood with wonderful village vibe, full of charming cafes, shops and parks. The flat itself is bright, spacious and peaceful, with incredible views across London. The bed was very comfortable and despite being so well connected, the flat was generally quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. Everything you need is within walking distance, including parks, supermarkets, restaurants and local shops. The flat is also only around a 10-minute walk from a major bus stop, with easy connections into central London in approximately 20 minutes. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base in one of London's most enjoyable neighbourhoods. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Everything was great overall, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only reason I’ve given four stars instead of five is the 10am checkout, which felt a bit early compared to most places that offer 11am. I understand that a later checkout is available for an extra fee, but personally, that didn’t sit quite right with me. From my perspective, if there’s no immediate turnaround needed (like when cleaning is scheduled later or no new guests are arriving) it would be a nice touch to offer a complimentary extra hour when possible. That small bit of flexibility would make the experience feel even more welcoming.

Why I gave this flat five stars: 1) Location. If you want to be in Muswell Hill, you could not be more centrally located than this apartment, which is in the heart of the area, close to two major streets (with windows onto one of them). Within 5 minutes are more restaurants, stores and pubs than you could visit in a week. There is a bus stop across the street. 2) The apartment. It was clean, well maintained, and a decent size, with a separate bedroom and a door for the main living room/kitchen (with a sofa/bed) for privacy, as well as a long hallway, so you are not right on top of the entry door. Very nice view of London from the main window. 3) The host. In the weeks leading up to the visit, the host sent a lot of good information. There were a couple of issues during my stay, and, in each case, the host responded quickly and addressed the problem. You can't ask for more as far as the host being responsive during the visit. I would be happy to stay here again.

This is a fantastic flat! I love the Muswell Hill area - it's like living in a village but connected to the big city. The flat looks just like the photos, and everything inside was in great condition and clean. I loved the helpful and clear instructions. I'd totally recommend this place!

Had a wonderful stay in this sweet little home! Location is magnificent - view wonderful and accessible (less than a 4 minute walk to everything)! Bart is very attentive and answered all questions quickly. Perfect size for my my mum and me. One soft bed; one hard bed - which worked well for us! One caution for anyone elderly or with limited mobility - 14 outdoor steps to navigate, without a railing (there are walls on either side to hang on to). Entrance is through a back alley way but felt quite safe throughout stay. Highly, highly recommend!!!!!

The house was clean and as described. Bart and his team responded quickly, answered our questions, and tried to meet our needs. The location was central, and the view was beautiful. The house's shortcomings were the cabinets and kitchen equipment. If these were addressed, it would be a more comfortable stay.

AMAZING location! Very responsive host; readily available if any help needed. Fun spot with incredible city view. Don’t let the humble entry fool you! Close to all shopping and pleasant park walks —even a movie theatre. Would stay again!

Our stay went well. We found the house warm and clean, from the window of the kitchen/living room area you can enjoy an incredible view, from the entrance where there is a bathroom to the sleeping area and living room there are three steps. Near the apartment you can find all the services; a well-stocked market, great places to have breakfast and eat, nearby buses that take you to the metro that leads to the center. Thank you for everything Our stay was good. Apartment as described on the listing, clean, tidy and in a great location!The only downside was the heating! Even though we had set a temperature of 21 degrees, the living room and the bedroom never exceeded 18 degrees! The bathroom, located near the door, was even the coldest room with a perennially cold heater! I expected more attention given the period of stay and the amount paid.

It was a really pleasure to stay in this home. Getting up with the views of London is such a lovely starting of the day. The street is full of coffee shops and cute delicatessen shops, and a Sainsbury just outside the house. We really going to miss this place, we feel like home!!! 💙 thanks!!! And thanks to Bart!! He did and amazing customer service job! We recommend it 100%!!!
