Stayed for 2 months and have nothing but good things to say about the flat. Location is excellent, flat is very nice and is exactly as described. I really did not have any issues that required the host to fix, but I got the feeling that if there was an issue, the host would have been on top of it. 10/10 experience for me.

The location of the flat is great. It is as described. Felt very secure. It had all the amenities and things you would need to feel at home.
The host is very friendly, responsive and proactive to solve any issues that might come up.
The only thing that could be better was the bed and the bed mattress. It could have been less noisy and more comfortable.
I would definitely stay at this place.

In this location it is difficult to find a good and affordable spot. Value for money this is a very good flat, the location is lovely - you can have breakfast at Boxcar every day. If you are slightly larger than average (especially width) you will have difficulty navigating the bathroom. But it's in a good shape, clean and quiet with the bedroom to the back. Would stay here again, although maybe not more than a week.

The apartment is very well located, nearby transports , stores, restaurants. Right in front there’s a great Thai restaurant. The apartment is very nice, as described, the room and bathroom are small but the living room/ kitchen area is really nice, comfortable and the kitchen has all the equipments needed. The heat works perfectly well as the shower/hot water in the bathroom.
The instructions for the check in are very clear but, honestly, I found the amount of keys and locks a little bit confusing and impractical specially when arriving late (our case) and is dark.
The mattress/bed is the less good thing of the house and the reason of my 4-star evaluation: the bed squeaks and the mattress is not comfortable. Fix this and you’ll have a 5-star place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in Marylebone. The location is fantastic — very central, safe, and close to everything you might need. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and fully equipped with all the essentials, which made it feel like a true home away from home.
The host was exceptionally cooperative and attentive, always quick to respond and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly recommend staying here.
For future improvement:
Adding AC would make the stay perfect. The host did provide two fans, which was thoughtful, but personally they weren’t enough for me.
The mattress could be improved, as it made some noise when moving. For most guests it may not be an issue, but as a light sleeper it was noticeable for me.
Overall, I’d say this is a wonderful place to stay in London, and with a couple of small upgrades it could be absolutely perfect.

We loved our stay in this Marylebone gem! The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and perfectly located with restaurants, shops, and transportation just steps away. A sweet little place, ideally located on the edge of Marylebone and close to many amenities and that was the perfect accommodation for our needs during our short stay.
I would say if you are not comfortable with stairs or have lots of bags, be prepared for a couple of narrow-ish flights of stairs to get into the flat and given the location and it being summertime, there is a popular place down the road that was a bit noisy with lots of people socialising midweek and meant with windows needing to be open for air circulation, it wasn’t such peaceful evenings inside the flat.
But it was clean, simply and stylishly decorated, safe and had everything we needed, so the above was well balanced.
Jan and team were great hosts, thoughtfully and proactively communicating throughout.

This wonderful apartment was the perfect location for our stay in London. We have rented in several different areas, but Marylebone is our favorite. So close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. We will definitely staying here again.

Jan was a great host--she provided helpful instructions, always communicated quickly and was very kind.
The place was great for us, we stayed here with our one year old son. The location was honestly much more quiet than other places we stayed in London and it was in an extremely safe neighborhood with a small convenient store/grocery store across the street. We did have a lot of luggage so moving in and moving out was a bit of work, but that is London for you. Few if any have elevators. I would stay here again.

Apartment is on the second floor and the building stairs were very hard to take our luggage upstairs. Bathroom was also very tiny. But overall, the apartment was clean and location is good.

For the price charged for this property it wasn’t in the best condition. The upstairs neighbour complained to me about sheets and towels left in her way which wasn’t my problem. If you have large suitcases be are there are four sets of stairs to scale which can be hard in any Victorian terrace but this should be in the property description. I was disappointed when I have stayed in equivalent properties at a lesser price.

Great little place to stay for a couple of days to be able to see the neighborhood AND travel to other locations (close to the Underground, Regent's Park, restaurants, shopping, etc.). Kitchen was pretty well equipped for making a meal if needed. It really was a lovely stay!

The location was great between Oxford street, Baker street and Edgware road. less than 10 min walking to Marylebone Railway Station.
The flat was clean very easy to do the check inn process. The flat sizaI was fine for me as I am staying single (alone) and the flat is max for two guests as mentioned.
The host was friendly and ready to help at any time.
A minor issue for me that you can hear the street sounds (people and cars) very clear while setting inside the apartment. I guess windows are not sealed perfectly.

We loved our 8 day stay here! The location is perfect with cafes and transportation nearby. The bathroom and bedroom are a bit tight and it’s slightly awkward that the entire kitchen is behind cabinets, but the flat really has everything you might need during your stay. Excellent host, very responsive. Clean apartment, great location. Only downside would be the fairly dark entrance building lobby, and lack of real kitchen. Compared to other places we have stayed in London, the apartment is probably over priced given it's size.

I was very pleased with the place simple and clean - perfect for one person visiting London. The location was ideal for me - quiet and easy to access different parts of the city, buses and the tube. There is a small grocer across the street, nearby coffee and bakeries, and the main strip of Marylebone with all the popular shops and destinations is a 12 minute walk away. I loved being near things but not smack in the middle of crowds.

Recommend for everyone, great neighborhood close to lots of things, very warm in winter, we checked in late but process was smooth and easy, regenerated right back the next morning in a very quiet but lots of brunch places neighborhood.
Definitely come back next time to Jan’s.

the flat is close to baker street tube station, and was perfect for a midweek stay in london. the bedroom was quiet, some noise from the street was audible from the lounger but its not a very busy street. the area felt very safe, even walking around late in the evening.

I truly loved staying here. It was the perfect quiet home base for my London experience. This location is perfect for a solo traveler—“cozy” is the best word to describe it!—and is close to many tube stations to get into the city. My first few nights in London were unseasonably hot, but a cross-breeze from open windows at night took care of that, and the hosts brought me a portable tower fan first thing the morning of my first full day. They were super responsive and helpful! A grocery store is right across the street, and several coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Baker Street is just a few blocks down the road and offers a Tesco Express as well as other food and drink options on your way to the tube. Many of my mornings were spent having breakfast in the kitchen and simply listening to the morning outside before starting my day. It was a picture-perfect experience and I was genuinely sad to leave. If I come back to London I hope I can stay here again.

Couldn’t be happier to call Jan’s apartment my home away from home, especially as a solo traveler. Communication was excellent, the apartment was lovely and had all the amenities one could need. The location is spot on. Close to both Marylebone and Baker Street tube stations, an easy walk to a multitude of bustling areas and attractions as well as both Hyde Park and Regents Park. A great plus is Greenfield’s grocery store right across the road. A huge thank you to Jan and her team for providing a most pleasant experience.

Bart, Jan and the team are quick in responding and took care of whatever was needed in the flat. Very generous with supplies and amenities. It’s a small space but literally has everything one needs for a short stay. Climbing 2 floors was not an issue. Superb location, best mix of central london. Thank you ! We will be back.

The hair dryer is broken. Please, change it. It works 2-3 minutes and stop.
