A really clean and well-equipped place. A location close to two underground stations, allowing you to reach all of London's main sites very quickly, and finally a responsive and charming host. Anyway, I totally recommend it.

Bart is a wonderful host and a genuinely warm and friendly person. He was always ready to help, responded to messages promptly, and consistently made sure that we were comfortable. He kept in touch throughout our stay and would often take the initiative to check in and ask whether there was anything we needed. He provided everything we asked for and was always very understanding and helpful. As for the apartment, it is comfortable, well-equipped, and very conveniently located for getting into the city centre. It is also situated in a pleasant and good neighbourhood. There is a bus stop directly in front of the building, with buses taking you to the city centre in around 20–35 minutes, depending on your destination. The Tube is also very close, only about a four-minute walk away. For elderly guests or anyone with health concerns, it is worth noting that there are stairs and no lift. That said, the apartment is only on the second floor, so it is not too far up. Overall, WONDERFUL ❤️

The place was decent for a quick weekend in London! Close to transit and nearby shops and restaurants. Plenty of linen provided, as well as coffee among other things needed for convenience.

Great stay in Bart's apartment. It is very convenient and easy to visit London from this location. Two bus lines stop right in front of the apartment and allow you to get to the city center in 15-20 minutes. Several other bus lines and a metro station nearby as well. We spent 4 nights for 5 people and the apartment is very nice. I highly recommend this listing!:) Thank you again for your responsiveness and hospitality!

Accommodation valid for 2 or 3 nights. Good location and easy access. Very noisy, common areas in poor condition and very small, especially the kitchen. There was no space to open the fridge... Otherwise, it was good, good cleaning and services.

Bart's place is great! As pictured and in a prime location. He was very responsive and accommodating; we actually booked the morning of our stay and Bart quickly got the flat ready for our arrival. Perfect for two people (the front room where the pull out beds are is very loud from street noise). Would stay again if in the area!

Great location, close to transportation and nice neighborhoods. Clean and functional accommodation. No double glazing in the living room but quiescent loops are available. Responsive host. We will be back!

Great location and everything very clean. Big enough for 6 people to stay overnight, as we were only on the road anyway. Bart was always reachable and helped us immediately 👌

The location is perfect. There is bus stop just downstairs of the airbnb. Surrounded with lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Recommended!!!

Very well located apartment, the photos are as described. We had a pleasant stay there. On the bedroom side, there is noise related to the heating or air conditioning system of the restaurant which is next to the building (earplugs, are necessary to cover noise and sleep). Bart promised us double glazing (we'll be back with or without traffic jams😀) Thanks Bart.

Bart helped us out after our original air bnb (not Bart’s) was disgusting and unsanitary. By stark contrast, Bart’s place was well situated, clean and cozy. It’s exactly what my family and I needed. Bart was extremely helpful, always responsive and so very helpful when a family member got sick. Would stay with him again! 5 star Host!

We had a great stay at Bart's apartment: it is ideally located 5 minutes walk from the metros, very well equipped, quite spacious and clean. We will come back without hesitation! Plus, Bart was responsive and accommodating!

It's been a great stay, Bart very friendly and the area already knew her and she's great. The only downside was that other tenants in the apartment above were drinking and running around the house drunk in the early morning two nights of our stay. Although I understand that wasn't Bart's fault. The rest of a pristine stay
