The studio is in a lively area of north London but quiet enough to sleep well. It is equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. The link via Piccadilly Line to central London is quick. The communication with the manager of the studio was easy and helpful.

There were no major problems. The studio has no air conditioning but a tower fan was sufficient to cope with the hot weather during the vacation.

Had a lovely stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, the room was full of light with big windows and in a good location. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free :)

Communication with vendor, good location and value for money. Well equipped.

A little small, but not a big issue. Was urged to throw rubbish away in the refuse facility which was a regrettable experience. Had to walk through discarded, rotting food on floor and bin wreaked.

The host was great, and communication was excellent, keeping us updated. The room was easy to find, and we appreciated the well-equipped space. Though we only stayed one night, longer stays would be comfortable with ample space, cutlery, pans, cleaning products, and extra towels.

The ground floor flat was very hot. One of the two windows was stuck, so we could only open one, but we didn't feel safe with that one open either, as it faced an alley where anyone could pass. It had a vertical fan, but it couldn't cope with the heat inside (keep in mind, it was 27°C in London that day). The place wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived — there were lots of spider webs and hair in the bathroom, and when we walked barefoot, we could see a lot of dirt on our soles. The place looks similar to the photos, but the quality is much lower than it appears. We paid £300 for one night, and they also require a deposit — £150 refundable or £19 non-refundable, so bear that in mind. Additionally, the other guests were loud; we heard doors opening and closing until 01:30 in the night, which is when I finally managed to fall asleep. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have no better options.

We've loved staying at this studio! It has high standards for London and there's everything you need for a stay. The staff is super supportive and responds quickly, we've asked for staying longer while looking for a flat to rent and they they've been very accommodating. We really appreciated it and definitely recommend this place.

This whole experience made me sad, tired, and a bit poorer.

This is the first negative review I’ve left on booking, and I’ve travelled a lot. I wasn’t trying to be difficult, I just wanted a safe bed for the night and to avoid travelling late through London when there were 2 protests and a football match on.

I worried it was a scam when I was bombarded with messages and links on whatsapp and text - all asking for pre check and offering extra services for extra money on a third party site. I asked and was told I could manually check in by in the Booking chat, which I did. Then on the day of travel I received more of the same messages (booking, text, etc) and was told the only way to get the code to access the lockbox was to pay the large deposit off the Booking platform. It still feels so dodgy. Booking customer service didn’t help other than to tell me they contacted the vendor who assured them the links were perfectly legitimate …

When I booked, I didn’t see anything about having to put my personal and financial information on a third party site to pay the deposit and get the keys (advertised as in a lockbox on site). If I had, I wouldn’t have booked. The deposit was fine, the other site - no.

I was travelling alone and this situation made me feel so horrible that I would rather spend 3 hours on a midnight train with random football fans (who lost), and lose the money I already paid Booking for the night, then to share my bank details on a dodgy website and risk losing more.

Excelente ubicación muy cerca de diferentes paradas de autobús y estaciones de metro, puedes llegar directo desde el apto y caminar unos 11 minutos, la regadera si es pequeña, pero para nosotras no fue un problema, esta muy limpio y cumple con lo que ofrece, volvería a hospedarme

Toilet is small especially the shower. And, there are unpleasant smell, seems from the sewage or drainage tube. Bed sheet has stains . But, location of the property is good, and traffic to city is convenient.

Great location, well equipped kitchen. No noise from neighbours or street. Good communication. Good wifi connection. Bus stop, shops and restaurants very close by.

The damage waiver was a surprise and a bit annoying. Either pay an unrefundable fee or pay hundreds of pounds in deposit. Sorry but when traveling, most people dont budget to lock away that much money for a deposit. Also on this site you expect hotel rules, which never asks for deposits like this. Wish there were sunblinds as the sun hits directly on your face early in the morning.

The studio is very well equipped and it was very clean. Comfortable/clean bed linen and toils. It has everything you need for cooking.
In my opinion the studio is good for one person. The bed is a sofa bed in my opinion small/ tight for a couple. The shower worked for me but a big person would may not fit.
If the guest is coming to London and expect to be visiting touristic places and central London I would say that the studio is far; it takes about an hour to move to those areas (each way).
When I arrived the window was not closing. Although he sent a person to close it I was asked to not open as it would need some oil.
No much privacy as the window is to the area where people park bikes. So you need to have the window and curtain closed.
There are 2 keys for the apartment one of which is not properly opening the door. I could almost not open the door once I used such copy. Someone may have the same issue.

Amazing place to stay. The location is a prominent one, with plenty of nice restaurants around. Bus stop is just outside the place, train station not too far away either. The host was helpful and responsive, which made things very easy.

I think this place would be good for a single person. if you are tall, over 6ft, I would say you wont have a very pleasant shower experience.
Bart was communicative and easy to get a hold of. however, I feel that the place looks bigger in pictures than it actually was.

It’s not close to central London though, so expect a long commute (45-60 minutes). Value for money could be better given far location and small space (I’ve stayed at other locations closer and larger for same price, just as nice). Thank you for a great place!

I had a great stay at this studio in London. It was clean and tidy, with easy access to public transport. Bart was very responsive, and the place being pet-friendly was a huge plus. It was a relaxing stay overall. The only suggestion would be to add a fan or air conditioning. We don't usually get warm days, but during the heatwave, some fresh air would have been appreciated!

Die Codes für den Schlüsselkasten und der Müllentsorgung wurden in der App nicht aktualisiert.
Es gab eine Pfanne, die nicht genutzt werden konnte, da diese für einen Induktionsherd geeignet ist.
Vermutung: teilweise wurden die komplett neuen Handtücher vor dem ersten Gebrauch nichtmal gewaschen, da diese komplett geflust haben.
Die Küche war komplett verzogen.

Ponadto, okazało się, że w studio są myszy i przyszedł Pan, który miał się zająć tym problemem. Na ścianie w toalecie byla czarna pleśń. Nie było szans w ogóle przewietrzyć mieszkania i ciągle cuchnęło zaduchem. Zdecydowanie niewarte 7 tysięcy złotych.

Great place to spend a week in London. Perfectly furnished, didn’t have any trouble cooking with plenty of food stores nearby and even a dishwasher with detergent. Had a small trouble on breaker issue on arrival, but Bart replied me immediately with clear instructions. Strongly recommend this place to enjoy ur days in London.

This fully equipped property, located in a nice and lively area provided convenient access to the bus stop and tube stations. The location offered a variety of good eateries and stores and was friendly and walkable. The building has been very well maintained, with thoughtful security precautions put into place. The unit was neat, clean, inviting and fully equipped with all desired amenities including towels/linens, pots/pans, silverware, dishes/glasses, iron, kettle, toaster, etc. Also, handy was having an in-unit laundry and dishwasher. The staff here was exceptional in their response to questions and provided easy-to -understand instructions. Maintenance was prompt and courtesy. Being from the states, we were looking for an extended stay for our 23 year old daughter completing her degree in London and was nervous about choosing a place, “sight unseen” and being unfamiliar with the neighborhood. We feel fortunate to have found this rental and couldn’t have been more pleased with this finding and experience. We would highly recommend this property.
