The host is very helpful and the location is convenient. unfortunately the place is quite far from our expectation. It doesn't look like part of the main structure of the building , it rather seems like a storage shed converted into a tiny living space. We booked for two weeks and left the next day. we informed the host we are checking out and we got a 20% refund.

Leiligheten ligger i et veldig fint område nær Little Venice, med mange koselige kafeer, restauranter og småbutikker i nærheten. Det var også superpraktisk med Warwick Avenue og Paddington undergrunnsstasjon bare noen få minutters gange unna – perfekt for å komme seg rundt i byen. Kort vei inn til sentrum med undergrunnen.
Verten var hyggelig og lett å kommunisere med, og innsjekkingen gikk knirkefritt. Det kunne være litt støy fra gaten, spesielt om kvelden. Når det er sagt, var sengen overraskende god å sove i – jeg sov faktisk veldig godt!
Alt i alt et greit opphold for noen få netter i et veldig bra område.

Sweet space to have as a home base in London. Very comfortable and cosy. There are narrow winding steps down to the somewhat hidden location, which makes it challenging to carry luggage up and down. Great neighborhood and easy walk to Paddington, Baker Street, and Notting Hill.

All great, place exactly as described and easy to find and get in. Location great to get around and lots on the doorstep in Little Venice.

**Good points:**
Communication was handled via Whatapp, and any questions were answered very quickly. With the costumerportal, it was easy to book extras.
The location is great, close to Paddington Station, and the riverside area is generally very beautiful.
**Bad points:**
Unfortunately, the stairs leading to the entrance are very narrow with tight steps, which made it difficult to carry down the stroller and luggage, especially with the baby.
The pillows had a bit of a musty smell.
The space was a bit too cramped, and it felt a little tight with a baby.
Additionally, the room is quite noisy, and you can hear every little sound.
Overall, it was okay for a short stay.

This property is in such a great location - a short walk from Paddington or Royal Oak stations & with the canal ride to Camden from the end of the street. It had everything I needed for eating in, or a great local pub for eating out, and the most comfy bed.

Have stayed in rentals for the last 5 weeks and only given 5 star reviews, but felt pretty cheated by this stay. I hurt myself quite badly on a hidden stone ledge that was not marked or mentioned in the listing. Look out for this. Management had also left only three coffee pods for two people for three days, and the toilet paper was soaked through with a mystery dirty substance and we couldn’t use it. There wasn’t another one. A very nice man named Eric addressed all of these concerns immediately. Thanks go out to him. The smallness of the space was expected and no problem, but it’s a bit shabbier than the images, and the longer we were there, the more we realized that it simply doesn’t contain basic things that adults need, and that come standard in other rentals. Brought home a very nice bottle of wine to find wine glasses but no corkscrew? Also no dish drain or anywhere to put cleaned dishes. Reached out to management about these missing items and nobody ever responded to us. There are some other small things, like the TV screen is damaged, and this warps the screen somewhat when watching. Just not what you expect for the price, really. Renters should also know that this is a corporation with dozens of properties in London, and that was clear in the experience. The closeness to the canal is really great, washer and dryer are fab, bed is comfy, and I think if you are only sleeping there, it would be great—but it’s quite expensive for that IMO.

The Little Venice flat has everything you need for an extended visit to London including a washer and dryer and a few nice touches like the heated floor tiles and motion lights for returning in the evening. Little Venice is an interesting and often undiscovered part of London and it is close to Kensington Park, various Underground connections and Paddington Station.
The flat does not pretend to be spacious and it is not. From the one steep flight of stairs down to the front door to the layout of the flat, there isn't any wasted or extra space.
Bart's flat is a great location for seeing London and the UK. It is efficiently designed at the right price but it is not a big place. It was perfect for us.

Perfect flat for two people in a great location! Easy access from Paddington station, everything we needed! We had a little mishap leaving something behind after locking up- could have been stressful, but within minutes we were able to resolve the problem!

The place is very cozy and clean, in the cute and pretty area of Little Venice and very close to Royal Oak and Paddington Station, so it was more than easy to move around from there. The only tiny thing i might criticize is that it got a bit chilly in the main room (kitchen and bathroom have cozy underfloor heating), when it was cold and windy outside. But the apartment provided extra blankets and an extra electrical heater that did a nice job (plus I'm just a sissy concerning getting cold, so most people won't have any problem I guess 😉 ).
All in all I can really recommend this place and will gladly come back here on my next London trip!

El peor lugar de mi vida. Sábanas con muchos pelos púbicos, usadas claramente, suelo sucio, moco con sangre en la pared, hervidor asqueroso, ducha en pésimo estado, que chorreaba agua desde la pared, agua fría, solo 1 papel higiénico, el otro estaba usado y sucio. La ducha en mal estado me solicitó que yo la arreglara, en lugar de ir a solucionar. Es un lugar minúsculo, en un subterráneo, muy helado, húmedo.
Dirá que trataron de arreglar la situación, una cosa es decir y la otra es hacer, no hizo nada por solucionar realmente, solo después de tanto insistir, me pide que cancele la estadía.
Nunca volvería a este lugar, ni gratis!

The property was neat and had all the basics! We used the washing machine which worked perfectly and were able to cook dinner using the facilities in the kitchen. Our stay at Little Venice was pleasant. We would recommend this spot for short trips and if you need to be close to transport.

We enjoyed our stay at Bart's place. The flat is nicely laid out, so even though it is small (this is London) it is comfortable for two people to share. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen and bath are clean and well equipped. The location is close to Paddington but feels removed from it. The neighborhood is interesting and near restaurants and transportation. We will definitely stay there again.

The apartment is nicely furnished and well-equipped though, we had everything we needed! Just keep in mind that it is in the basement with some narrow steps to manage, and it is on the small side - was perfect for us, as we love the general area, which is very residential and quiet.
Couple of nice pubs in the vicinity, and also a small corner shop just minutes away.

We had a great stay here. It was nice and quiet, a close walk along the canal to pubs and restaurants, and a short walk to three different tube stations (Paddington, Royal Oak, and Warwick).

It is small, but perfect for a couple looking to explore London.

Everything is great about Bart's place except the cooking facilities. Photos of Bart's place show a stove and oven on the airbnb website. These photos are not correct. There is no oven. The provided cooktop was difficult to use and did not heat evenly or consistently.
We found Bart's place easy to find, walkable from Paddington Station, and in a very nice neighborhood in Little Venice. We had some difficulty with the key box but were able to open it eventually. We recommend Bart's place enthusiastically except for the cooking facilities.

Everything is great about Bart's place except the cooking facilities. Photos of Bart's place show a stove and oven on the airbnb website. These photos are not correct. There is no oven. The provided cooktop was difficult to use and did not heat evenly or consistently.
We found Bart's place easy to find, walkable from Paddington Station, and in a very nice neighborhood in Little Venice. We had some difficulty with the key box but were able to open it eventually. We recommend Bart's place enthusiastically except for the cooking facilities.

Gostamos muito de nos hospedar na casa do Bart e com certeza nos hospedaremos novamente quando voltarmos a Londres . Poucos minutos de caminhada até 3 estações de metrô: Estação Paddington, Warwick Avenue e Royal Oak. O loft é bem como mostram as fotos e também equipado com tudo o que precisamos e até muito mais, como por exemplo uma secadora de roupas que nos ajudou muito, conseguimos ir para Paris com todas as nossas roupas lavadas, secas e passadas. A cama é bastante confortável, e são disponibilizados lençóis, toalhas de banho e rosto, pano de prato e cobertores extras, tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. A comunicação com Bart é fácil e eficiente. Esta hospedagem é altamente recomendável.

I loved my stay here. Apartment had everything I needed. Including washer and dryer which worked great. Bed was very comfy and the apartment came with all necessities. perfect budget place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Had a great stay here. Location is super convenient to Paddington Station, so if you’re coming in there (or from Heathrow on the Heathrow Express) it’s very easy. The washer and dryer were super handy to have, if a bit inscrutable in terms of how to operate them.
Word of warning that the shower can turn on HOT! It finds an equilibrium after a few seconds, but beware of sticking your hand under the water without waiting for a bit.
Finally, the place is small (cozy!). It was big enough for me, a fairly petite single traveler, but if you are larger you might have a tougher time, especially in the bathroom/shower.

The apartment was well located only a moderate walk along a picturesque section of Regents Canal to Paddington station. We did work out a shorter but less scenic walk to the station. The apartment was quiet and very well equipped with everything you could need and appeared to have been recently repainted and was fitted out with all new or near new furnishings.
We did get off to a slightly bumpy start when we weren’t supplied with the access code until late morning on our arrival day, after requesting it several times. The code was eventually sent to us with the explanation that they were using a new system which had a glitch. We arrived at the apartment to find that the code wouldn’t work. After some panicked messages and a wait of 20 minutes with no reply, we realised that we had been supplied with 2 codes. The alternative code worked. Communications with Bart eventually improved dramatically. Assuming the glitches have been resolved we would thoroughly recommend Bart’s place.

We had a great stay here. It was nice and quiet, a close walk along the canal to pubs and restaurants, and a short walk to three different tube stations (Paddington, Royal Oak, and Warwick). It is small, but perfect for a couple looking to explore London.

Despite we mostly didn't like our stay, the location of this property is really good. It was quiet in the night (less so in the morning). Communications with the hosts before the arrival was also good, but virtually non-existent after the arrival.

This is a tiny basement (below ground floor) flat in a typical London house. Black mould everywhere (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen), humid smells, strong sewer smells. Small electric heater is not enough to keep warm. Upon arrival there was no hot water, and during our 5-day stay it was not fixed, and the hosts didn't answer our messages. Overall bad experience, avoid.
