I liked that there was showering gel. Shampoo and even washing powder and enough toilet paper. It was clean. The communication with the owner worked well. The apartment was very near to supermarkets and the public traffic.
It was very noisy. Even the room which was not next to the street was extremely noisy because there were lots of machines outside.

La atención amable del personal vía whatsapp (compensación de salida tarde por molestias y reposición rápida del menaje que faltaba) y la comodidad del check-in y check-out. La ubicación muy buena en relación al precio. El salón y la habitación son pequños muy bonitos, no así la cocina un el baño.
Puedes substituir el depósito por daños de 250 GPB por un seguro de 29 GPB no rembolsable (recomendable porque según las condiciones si rompes un plato o vaso, te van a tener la fianza hasta descontar él precio de los daños)
El colchón de la cama es excesivamente blando. Las dos ventanas del salón son viejas y cierran mal (entra frío y ruído de la calle). Cuando llegamos había un par de desperfectos (mampara de ducha y zapatero rotos), faltaba menaje y tenían el colchón al revés, con lo que se sentían todos los muelles y era aún más incómodo. La cocina es muy pequeña (sin puerta ni ventana) y si cocinas algo queda todo el pequeño apartamento oliendo a comida. No hay un solo enchufe en el baño. Se escucha ruído de pisadas en piso de arriba. Escaleras de acceso muy empinadas y estrechas.

Wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy były zapewnione. W apartamencie bylo czysto, dodatki i dekoracje sprawiają że jest przytulnie. Lokalizacja dobra, bardzo blisko przystanek autobusowy i metro. Blismobsa tez duze sklepy spozywcze. I jest bezpiecznie.
W salonie niestety jest duży hałas od ulicy. Jak ktos jest wrażliwy na hałas to moze miec problem z zaśnięciem. Na dodatek okna są nieszczelne i ucieka ciepło, szybko salon wychładza się.

Appartamento rumosorosissimo, Old Street è una strada dove c'è un viavai dalla mattina alla sera di persone ed automobili, mancano assolutamente finestre insonorizzate. Il letto della camera da letto è scomodo, quasi con molle a vista; il bagno era pulito ma piccolo e senza finestre; la moquette delle scale di accesso all'appartamento da una sensazione di assoluto sporco.

The team was perfect. They were always on-line, immediatelly answering the questions and solving the problems.
The appartment is well organized, all necessary things are in place. Close to metro station, 3 big supermarkets are in 2 min walk, very convenient.
You should have in mind that there is no lift in the building, stairs is narrow, really uncomfortable to go with suitcases.

Le système de clés se débloque juste à l’heure et nous avons reçu le mail avec explications et code après l’heure (15mn) du coup grosse frayeur ! Il aurait été judicieux d’envoyer ce mail un peu plus tôt !

Geräumige Wohnung, ausreichend mit Möbeln ausgestattet. In Zone 1, daher kommt man schnell und günstig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unglaublich netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

L’emplacement est vraiment bien, à côté des bus et du métro, on est à peine à 30 min de Oxford street en bus.
L’appartement est très joli et fonctionnel, avec un lave vaisselle, un lave linge et une télé connectée. Il y a même des prises fonctionnelles avec nos branchements français. Le canapé convertible était parfait pour mes enfants de 8 et 11 ans. Certes, on entend les sirènes des pompiers ou de police mais ça partout comme ça dans Londres.
Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet appart.
Pas de mitigeur dans la douche.

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Sie war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Tube Station ist wenige Minuten entfernt und es gibt einige Supermärkte in der Nähe.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war positiv und hilfsbereit. Es lagen Ohrstöpsel aus, da auf der Straße schon einiges los ist. Die Personen, die im Wohnzimmer geschlafen haben, hat es aber nicht weiter gestört.
Auf der Schlafcouch konnte man gut schlafen.
Als wir ankamen, war es warm in der Wohnung, aber es standen in beiden Räumen Standventilatoren zur Verfügung. Damit ging es gut.

Area tranquilla, poco rumore proveniente dalla strada. Vicinissimo alla metro e al comodissimo Bus Nr55. Bart è stato sempre molto reattivo a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. Cucina ben attrezzata per mangiare qualche volta in casa. Lavatrice e Lavastoviglie disponibili.

Bart was very welcoming as we arrived. The instructions to check in were very clear and the apartment was very clean. The fans in the apartment were very helpfull as it was warm during our stay. Getting into London was easy by bus or tube. Shops and tube station are 5 min. walk. Bus practically stops right in front of the apartment. Restaurants around are diverse, we enjoyed an indian curry. Thank you very much Bart!

Lo malo: Las escaleras muy incomodas, cargar maletas al tercer piso fue un verdadero desafio, estan alfrombradas asi que habia un olor en el pasillo tolerable, pero desagradable.
Eso no fue lo malo, lo malo fue que habia termitas ó acaros en el sillón, que al instante tuvimos comezon y ronchas en el cuerpo, lo comunique a Bart y al dia siguiente mando a limpiar, la molestia no desaparecio, pero fue tolerable, el ofrecio su ayuda, pero toda la ropa estaba contaminada y al dia siguiente nos ibamos, la experiencia fue terrible.
Lo bueno: Super ubicado, a media cuadra del Underground, farmacia, tiendas y restaurantes a unos pasos.

The flat was perfect for my needs for a 3 week stay. It was clean, in a safe neighborhood, and easily accessible to the rest of the city. Although a busy strip, it was great to have restaurants and coffee shops right outside the door. BART was always extremely responsive.

We were in London for 9 days, and this was the perfect home base for us. It was close to a Northern line station, but we also just walked back sometimes because it was so close to where we were exploring. There were three different little grocery stores between the station and the flat, so it was easy to grab essentials and the kitchen was fully outfitted with what we needed. The communications from the host were always excellent and timely for the check in and departure, and we had no issues to report to them. The flat was clean, comfortable, and so convenient that all 3 of us raved about how lucky we were to find it for this price point. I would highly recommend it to anyone I know going to London, and would happily stay there again next time.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Bart. Tout a été très bien expliqué. Le logement est bien situé : le quatier est calme et on se sent en sécurité. Il est proche de la sation de métro Old Street. Très bien situé pour ceux qui arrivent avec le Stansted Express à LIverpool Street Station (20 minutes à pied). Les commerces dans la rue sont pratiques et ferment tard. On peut facielement rejoindre la City et Tower Bridge avec le bus ou le métro. Même chose pour rejoindre le quartier de Soho avec par exemple la ligne 55. L'appartement est très fonctionnel. Les couchages sont bons. On a très bien dormi. Pas de bruit. Je recommande. Bart est aux petits soins.

I can recommend it as an affordable place to stay near the center. But for those who are looking for more comfort, design and coziness, it is better to consider other options.

I was pleased with the presence of a dishwasher, all the equipment works well.

Our stay in the apartment went smoothly. We found everything we needed and Bart was in touch.
I can recommend it as an affordable place to stay near the center. But for those who are looking for more comfort, design and coziness, it is better to consider other options.

Junto do alojamento podemos encontrar alguns supermercados e restaurantes.
A nível de rede de transportes, temos a poucos minutos a pé estação de metro e de autocarros.
A nível de conforto, a casa tem um pouco de tudo o que se precisa! Estávamos com receio quando ao barulho exterior, no entanto, não achamos que fosse nada incomodativo ao contrário do que tínhamos lido em alguns comentários! Uma ambulância ou algum carro mais barulhento mas nada de extraordinário.
O sofá cama é bastante confortável.
O anfitrião é extremamente prestável e preocupado, respondeu rapidamente as nossas questões.
Será com certeza um apartamento que iremos recomendar a amigos e família!

Para além disso, tivemos azar com os vizinhos do apartamento de baixo que fizeram uma festa com musica alta até à meia-noite. No quarto nao se ouvia ruído. O bairro é calmo com muitos supermercados e restaurantes e o metro fica a 5 min a pé di apartamento. A zona de Spitalfields a 20 min a pé. De um modo geral foi uma boa escolha e recomendamos o apartamento a outros hospedes que procurem um sitio pratico e mais económico onde ficar em Londres.

The bathroom needs some repairs which the host identified after sending pictures.
Cleaning needs improvement, the bathroom was dirty on arrival. Around the edges of the floor and the door frame in the bathroom were very dirty.

Location was excellent - close to bus and underground. The apartment was very comfortable for the four of us for a week and had everything we needed. Bart was very good to communicate with. The only downside was the strong mould smell in the stairway that also unfortunately seeped into the apartment.

Ottimo appartamento, facile da raggiungere dalla stazione principale di Liverpool Street, se arrivate da Stansted è perfetto. A pochi minuti dall’appartamento è situata la stazione della metro di Old Street e molti supermercati che permettono anche di preparare delle cene sfiziose direttamente a casa se vi siete stancati durante la giornata e volete una sera di relax. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione ed è fornita di moltissimi comfort tra i quali una lavastoviglie, perfetta per quando non si ha voglia di lavare tutti i piatti a mano

There is some sort of a pump in the bedroom which makes constant (and pretty loud) humming sound so if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend. We were provided earplugs but that’s not a comfortable option. Shower doors were also broken so showering was a bit annoying.

Gros problème au niveau du bruit Mes filles ont très mal dormi dans le salon elles avaient l’impression de dormir dehors
Attention également car les 2 canapés sont des lits une place or nous avions réservé pour 5 (finalement nous étions 4, je ne sais pas comment nous aurions fait si nous avions été au complet)

El apartamento está bastante limpio. No tiene moqueta.
Juegos de sábanas y toallas para todos.
La habitación donde está la cama de matrimonio tiene una ventana a un patio interior lleno de máquinas que hacen mucho ruido de forma constante por el día y por la noche. Es completamente imposible dormir sin tapones ni abrir las ventanas.
La cocina es diminuta, calculo unos 3-4 metros cuadrados, imposible comer y muy incómodo cocinar.
Las almohadas no eran nada cómodas (aunq esto va por gustos).

La zona del apartamento esta muy bien, con supermercados, restaurantes, pubs y andando un poco mas hay una zona de muelle con mucho ambiente.
El apartamento tiene hasta plancha y secador e incluso teniamos chocolate en polvo para el desayuno, azucar y un poco de aceite.

Great location, had everything it needed. Checking in and out was super easy and the staff was super helpful and quick about solving any dillema we had.
The refunding process for the deposit was stresful but in the end worked out fine. Also, the pipes in the kitchen weren't the best, so when we turned the washing machine on it flooded the sink.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral, man hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kann in der Gegend auch Essen gehen. Alles erschien uns zunächst etwas klein und schmal (z.B. das Treppenhaus), aber man gewöhnt sich daran und in der Wohnung hat man alles, was man braucht. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn (Station Old Street) und es gib mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. So kommt man leicht zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in allen Richtungen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief freundlich und prompt. Man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben. So hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in London.

Location was very nice! Appartment had a bedroom + 1 living room very far from each other, permitting idenpendence for every group (very convenient to sleep 30 min more in the morning) Area was pretty quiet

Convenient location, 5 min from the metro, walking distance to the City. 35 min walk to the British museum and about 40 min by metro from Trafalgar square. All the necessary facilities, except dishwasher. They provided us some earplugs, bottle of wine and Easter chocolate. They require 3rd party app registration which is very privacy invasive, but you can avoid it by calling them. The hosts were very responsive to all the needs though we never saw them.
Was less attractive than on the photos and the main issue was constant humming noise and vibration from the ventilation of the Kebab-shop in the bedroom (the shop owner told us that it turns off around 1:00 am till 12:00am). Street noise, especially on weekends. We could also hear all the steps made in the apartment above. They do provide earplugs. Overall somewhat overpriced for the quality you get, but maybe it is London.

Solo la scala un po’ stretta e senza un appoggio. Ma nel complesso è andato benissimo

The place is very comfortable for a family holiday. All the amenities necessary are found inside the apartment and close to shops and restaurants. The host is very responsive and helpful. I recommend it for a short visit to central London - close to the underground and bus stops.

The apartment from Bart was really very nice with everything what we needed for our trip in London. The location is absolutly perfect with walking distance from Liverpool street and (with better condition) also for walking around the city center and all the top famous turist places in London. La comodidad del apartamento (camas y sofas camas) y la distribución. La calefacción, el agua caliente. La cocina estaba bien equipada. El vecindario era tranquilo con bastantes supers y cafeterías cerca.

El trato con el personal es directo y cordial. Podéis preguntarle cualquier tipo de dudas, y como llegábamos bastante tarde por la noche nos dejaron preparados los sofás camas y la calefacción.
Había un problema de atasco en las tuberías.
Pusimos la lavadora y casi de inunda el piso.
Pero nos lo solucionaron relativamente rápido.
Faltan espejos, lo decimos como sugerencia sobre todo si vais más de dos personas.

La habitación no tenía armario estaba en el salón.
La ventana de la habitación daba a un patio lleno de máquinas y además la parte que se podía abrir era muy pequeña.
El baño no tenía ni un enchufe para poder conectar el secador.
La cocina muy pequeña y tenía poco menaje, por no haber ni un mantel para la mesa del salón.
Tampoco entiendo que no hubiera escoba y recogedor ni fregona.

The location of the apartment is very good, there is a train station 5 minutes away and bus stops right outside the apartment.
The apartment is very clean and the owners are attentive to guests
There is noise from the device next to the wall of the parents' bedroom and must sleep with the window closed to greatly reduce the noise.
A lot of light enters through the curtains, so those who are not used to sleeping with light wake up early.
There is no air conditioner

The stairs to the flat is quite narrow, difficult to maneuver if you have large backpack or suitcase, going down with the bag are even more precarious.

The apartment was clean and tidy and in a very convenient location for us. He even managed to accommodate us for an extra night at late notice. Thank you. Excellent place to stay if your teenager is on a summer intensive course locally. We would be happy to stay again.
It is on a main road but in the late evening the traffic noise was minimal so did not disturb us.

Good sized space with all the facilities and equipment needed in a great location. It was really convenient for public transport, shops and restaurants. Communication from the host was excellent.
Not the property’s fault, but it was so loud from the street and the kebab shop’s refrigeration unit. It definitely requires ear plug use.

Near the modern, brutalist Barbican Centre and the ancient City of London. Immaculately clean. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine in the top flat (C), clothes airer. Clean and well lit bathroom. Lovely touches such as cosy lighting and reed diffusers to fragrance each room, plenty of hanging space for clothes, umbrellas to borrow, even a yoga mat - thank you! Clear instructions provided for using the key safe to check in.
3rd floor, lots of stairs and no handrail on the first flight of steps...tricky with a heavy suitcase. City noise doesn't bother me but might disturb some.

Leider war die Ausstattung an einigen Stellen defekt (und Kleiderschrank), es ließen sich nur zwei Fenster öffnen und es war doch Recht hellhörig.

It was very noisy (first floor apartment). On the street side noise from traffic was loud, on the back ventilation/airco units made a lot of noise. Earplugs had to be used by most of us.

Appartamento molto carino. Con una piccola camera matrimoniale, un grande bagno e un soggiorno spazioso. Situato in una zona strategica nel centro di Londra a 5 minuti dalla metro e con la fermata del bus davanti. Noi eravamo in quatto e siamo rimasti una settimana e l'ho trovato l'ideale per visitare più parti della città. Ho trovato l'appartamento molto pulito e dotato di tutto l'occorrente, stoviglie, ascuigamani, lenzuola, phon, detersivi, saponi e persino gli ombrelli in caso di pioggia. Inoltre ha sia lavastoviglie che lavatrice nuove e silenzione. Tutto molto funzionale e curato.
In quattro occorre utilizzare il divano letto del soggiorno perchè c'è solo una camera da letto matrimoniale come indicato nella descrizione al momento della prenotazione. Benchè io fossi nell'appartamento C all'ultimo piano ugualmente chi ha dormito nel soggiorno che è sul lato della strada ha sentito inevitabilmente del rumore perchè è una strada molto frequentata.

locatie is perfect. metro is 5 minuten lopen. bushalte voor de deur. met allebei snel naar het centrum. veilige omgeving. Heel veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt.
appartement is erg fijn en knus. zelfs de kinderen voelden zich op het gemak. Alles was schoon. De eigenaar is superaardig en hielp ons met al onze vragen. hij is erg goed bereikbaar en reageert direct.
de wegzijde was een beetje geluid horig. dit was niet perse hinderlijk.

Lo que más me gustó es lo fácil que es ir al centro desde allí. Tienes las paradas de Old Street y Barbican muy cerca si quieres ir en metro, pero también recomiendo usar los autobuses para poder disfrutar de las vistas durante el recorrido. El sofá cama es muy cómodo y todo estaba muy limpio.
No hubo nada que no me gustara, pero sí avisaría de que para llegar al piso hay que subir tres tramos de escalera. No es mucho, pero quizás para una persona mayor es algo a tener en cuenta.

We were in London for 9 days, and this was the perfect home base for us. It was close to a Northern line station, but we also just walked back sometimes because it was so close to where we were exploring. There were three different little grocery stores between the station and the flat, so it was easy to grab essentials and the kitchen was fully outfitted with what we needed. The communications from the host were always excellent and timely for the check in and departure, and we had no issues to report to them. The flat was clean, comfortable, and so convenient that all 3 of us raved about how lucky we were to find it for this price point. I would highly recommend it to anyone I know going to London, and would happily stay there again next time.
