The flat is entirely for your use and not shared with anyone. Please respect the neighbours by keeping the shared yard area clean and the noise down, especially at night after 10 PM.

The flat is on the 2nd floor, accessible via stairs only (no lift).
Other things to note
To help protect our community and ensure a smooth check-in experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form. Depending on your booking details, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of this secure process.

The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM).

We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking:

Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)

Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day

Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)

Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair)

In-person check-in or luggage assistance – Please request well in advance to guarantee availability:

La disponibilité et la grande réactivité de l’hôte qui a résolu le problème de clés à notre arrivée au téléphone et qui a apporté les équipements manquants le lendemain.
Le jardin d’où on apercevait les écureuils
L’espace disponible et les nombreux rangements de l’appartement.

Le manque d’insonorisation même en étant tout en haut, nous étions très gênés par les locataires du dessous.
Le sofa qui grince et n’est plus de première jeunesse.

An ideal base for a city break in London.

The sofa bed is uncomfortable. The flat is generally in a state of disrepair. The toilet seat is loose, and the shower cubicle needs renovating. The dishwasher is filthy and doesn’t work, even after cleaning. There are few pots and pans in the kitchen. Only one hob on the cooker is working.

Great apartment, really clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Really quiet street.

We were on the bottom floor. A lot of noise from upstairs Apartment, could hear every move. They were dragging cases around and had washing machine on late at night (could hear it vibrate on every spin). Not the properties fault, would book top floor next time.
