La disponibilité et la grande réactivité de l’hôte qui a résolu le problème de clés à notre arrivée au téléphone et qui a apporté les équipements manquants le lendemain.
Le jardin d’où on apercevait les écureuils
L’espace disponible et les nombreux rangements de l’appartement.

Le manque d’insonorisation même en étant tout en haut, nous étions très gênés par les locataires du dessous.
Le sofa qui grince et n’est plus de première jeunesse.

The sofa bed is uncomfortable. The flat is generally in a state of disrepair. The toilet seat is loose, and the shower cubicle needs renovating. The dishwasher is filthy and doesn’t work, even after cleaning. There are few pots and pans in the kitchen. Only one hob on the cooker is working.

We were on the bottom floor. A lot of noise from upstairs Apartment, could hear every move. They were dragging cases around and had washing machine on late at night (could hear it vibrate on every spin). Not the properties fault, would book top floor next time.

El lugar es tal cual se anuncia y tiene de todo para que la estancia sea cómoda. Está super limpio y cuidado y es perfecto para pasar unos días en Londres y conocer la ciudad. Está muy bien comunicado pues la estación de metro es linea Picadilly con lo cual tienes acceso fácil a cualquier punto de la ciudad. El apartamento esta a unos siete minutos andando de la estación de metro y unos 4 de una parada de bus. Es una zona tranquila y además tiene una calle cerca con servicios de todo tipo.
El anfitrión es amable y responde a las dudas en segundos.
Es un placer viajar así.

La casa está muy bien situada, cerca de la línea Picadily que te conecta con todo el centro y zonas turísticas. La casa es muy adecuada para 2 o tres personas. El principal problema fueron las camas, el colchón de la cama es muy blando y se hace difícil dormir, el del sofá, horrible. La cocina algo sucia, sobre todo los cazos y sartenes, estaban llenos de grasa.

Excellent apartment, comfortable, clean and well equipped.
The location is very convenient: in Zone 2 but very close to Tube Station. From the apartment, you can easily reach central London by Picadilly line in 20-30 mins, and Heathrow airport in less than 1 hour.
Instructions for arrival are extremely well organized: all information is detailed on a personal website that you can read even before travelling. Communication with owner is very easy, he responds very quickly to queries.
Highly recomendable to visit London!!

Franchement l'accueil top! À 22:00, malgré une réservation pour 19:00, l'hôte nous a encore dépanné. Merci à lui encore! On a trouvé assez exceptionnel.
Des espaces de rangements bien pensés pour 4 personnes.
Génial d'avoir un coin de terrasse après une journée de visite dans les pattes.
Tranquille parce que la route est en cul de sac. Grand supermarché à 300 mètres.

Un tout petit peu loin de la bouche du métro, mais on savait en réservant.

Although the apartment seemed adequate in terms of facilities, it contained many negative aspects. First of all, the bed was very small and uncomfortable. The kitchenware was old and worn out. Especially the pans were very old and were spreading cancer. Also, the apartment cleaning was inadequate. Unfortunately, the duvet covers and pillows were full of hair.

The experience in collecting the key was difficult, as we were expected to pay additional finds to access a link that would require us to acess the password to the key safe. Upon leaving it was even more difficult to access the code again so as to ensure the jey could be put back in the safe. We had to call the property owner/manager directly to get a code.

The unit we stayed in was nothing like the picture above. In fact the only thing similiar was the bedding. The unit was not clean as there was hair all over the apartment i.e. on the couch, on the towels, on the floor etc... The ironing board had stains on it and the shower was very difficult to operate in terms of getting the correct temperature for a warm shower.

La terrasse était chouette et le wifi c’était super connexion rapide là tu fonctionnais bien la salle de douche correcte l’hôte est présent et répond vite en cas de problème

Par rapport au photo on avait pas compris que c’était plusieurs appartements même dans le titre et quand on dit l’adresse. La taille de l’appartement ne correspond pas du tout pour 4 personnes on est vraiment collé la vaisselle n’était pas propre et le lave-vaisselle avait une odeur horrible, y’avait pas voir quasiment rien comme ustensiles . 900€ pour quatre c’est vraiment pas rentable car on dormait dans un lit double ou on manquait de chuter et un canapé lit à deux dur comme de la pierre enfin on est déçu on a l’impression de s’être fait arnaquer

Shower had black mold in it. Floor is warped and old. Cabinet door to washer is trashed. Stovetop is scratched and greasy. Countertops were smeared with grease and unclean. Entire flat was really dirty and smelled funky. Our socks got filthy from walking on the floor without shoes on. The sofa is worn out and broken, you sink into holes. The bed is very small and not fit for 2 adults. Power strips to plug in phone chargers etc are worn out and didnt work unless you jiggled the plug just right. Potential fire hazard. We could hear people talking and walking around upstairs and the ceiling creaking. No bathroom window. The kitchen window opened a tiny bit to a view of a brick wall 10 inches away. This ground floor flat needs major work if they want to charge as much money as they do. Very very poor value for the money ... we would definately not stay here again. Gross!

Overall, perfect spot for two nights in London. Quiet and private upstairs apartment. Stocked and easy to use kitchen including washing machine, dish washer, and stove top. Nicely organized and clean space. Only minor complaint was the apartment got very warm at night!

Service client hyper réactif via whatsapp ou messagerie booking (pour le check-in, le check-out, et prendre des nouvelles en cours de séjour).

Logement que certains pourraient trouver un peu petit pour 4 mais cela n'a pas posé problème pour nous car nous étions là pour repas du soir + nuit + petit déjeuner, le reste de notre temps étant consacré à l'exploration de Londres.

The studio was spacious, clean, modern, and very well-equipped! Plus it's also on the ground floor. You literally only need to bring yourself and your clothes as they generously provide toiletries, towels, dish soap, kitchen utensils, you name it. Basic pantry items (coffee, tea, oil, sugar, salt etc) are especially helpful the first few days when you're still tired to go out. There's a shortcut to the shopping arena. Sometimes you can hear people upstairs walking (during daytime), but I understand this is common in older buildings in London.

The bed and sofa(bed) were "bad" in quality meaning we couldn't get a good night's sleep..pillows and covers where also of "bad" quality..but it wasn't that big of a deal I would have chosen this location and property again. If these requirements were met it would be a 10 out of 10

Walking distance from Manor House tube station. 2 bus stops Endymion Road and Rowley gardens provide direct bus services to central London, so very very convenient. Grocery stores ALDI and SAINSBURY walking distance. SUBWAY, PIZZA HUT, KFC... all walking distance. Well equipped with Kitchenette, Washing machine, Dishwasher, wi-fi, oven, room heater. TK Maxx , POUNDLAND also close by for shopping. Spacious apartment.

As we were staying for a long period of 2 weeks in Dec-Jan with peak winter, we had a good amount of luggage. Found it difficult to climb up the narrow stairs with the same.
Also the bed was a bit narrow for a couple

Très bon séjour : l’appartement est proche du métro, propre, lumineux, silencieux, et suffisamment spacieux pour accueillir jusque 4 voyageurs (un lit et un canapé lit deux places). Les instructions afin de réaliser le self check-in étaient claires, et l’appartement fidèle aux photos. Je recommande !

The location is good it's a little further out but well connected and not too far from the tube, and with plenty of buses from the end of the road. The apartment is great much better than I expected. Kitchen could use some glasses, but apart from that had everything I needed. The balcony is nice and felt private. Communication from the lovely host was quick, responsive and helpful.

The building next door's staircase can be heard from the apartment, but there are ear plugs provided for those who may be lighter sleepers. I didn't bother me so much. Could use some glasses in the apartment, I'm guessing there might not be any to save breakages on the balcony/garden access, but plastic ones would do.

We had a 7 days stay in Bart's cozy studio. 10 min to subway station, 5 min to Sainsburry 's, 5 min to my daughter's apartment. Lovely. We will definetly come back next year.

I had a great stay here. The location was on a lovely street which provided some peace in the city; the tube station was close and I was able to get around all of a London with ease. Everything that you need is provided and any questions or concerns you have are answered promptly. I only wish I had a longer stay to explore more of the area!

The accommodation is located in a quiet part of London, but there is a bus stop and an underground station nearby and you can get to the center very easily. The accommodation was well furnished and clean. Self-service check-in and check-out is convenient and easy. :-)

A refundable deposit is required for the accommodation in advance (in case something was destroyed), but there was no problem with the return. The sunroof leaked a bit when it rained. But we were accommodated in July, it will probably be fixed by now.

Just toilets were just and wide enough to move around and the kitchen

Location seem rough and unsafe. And above all, after completing the non refundable booking , to get instructions for the key they ask for a further £250 deposit or £25 non refundable for cleaning after you left. It’s taking advantage of clients. Also to checking even 20 minutes before 3pm you have to pay via an app. When you called the phone no one will answer.

A perfect 2 days staying at BART’s flat !
Well located for us because we had an event at Finsbury park. Buses and subways near by.
The apartment is exactly as it’s described, well decorated, perfect for 4 people, one big bed really comfy and one sofa for 2 people for sleep, even if the sofa was little bit too soft, not enough hard for the back to sleep (subjectively of course because we’re all different about what we need concerning the sleeping haha).
It has hands / body towels, amenities shower gel shampoo conditioner. A table with 3 chairs.
The security system to take the key, well indicated.
A great terrace.
I didn’t ask if we could close the skylight shutter on the ceiling to sleep more in the dark.
A really good price for a really good stay ! I couldn’t recommend more this place for a cool staying, approximately 30min from the center of London.
The host was really reactive, we could ask him anything he answered directly.

Absolutely fabulous apartment with a well equiped kitchen.Bus stop at the end of the street and a tube station on the Piccadilly line further along the main road.Parks and wetlands close by as well as a great shopping strip.Bart was super responsive to any questions we had.
In summing up, Linda and I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again if we were to return to London.

Ha sido una estancia genial. El apartamento está a 7 minutos andando de la estación de Manor House, por la que pasa la línea Picadilly. Está en la zona 2. La línea Picadilly te deja en pleno centro de Londres. Pasa por Covent Garden y por Picadilly Circus. A Picadilly Circus tarda como 20 min. A 3 min andando tienes supermercados como Aldi o Sainsbury's. También puedes ir en la línea 29 de autobus hasta Camden Town. El barrio no da ninguna sensación de inseguridad ni siquiera por la noche. El apartamento está completamente equipado y limpio. Nosotros estuvimos en uno que tenía terraza. Es amplio, con una cama grande y un sofá cama que se hace cama también grande. Perfecto para 2 adultos y 2 niños. La cocina tiene lavadora y lavavajillas. Sin duda si volvemos a Londres ya sabemos dónde ir.

It is the second time I booked for friends or cousins who I can't put up in my house cause of not having enough room and I will book again cause its nearby my house for all who want to visit me. The first time we stayed on the first floor and now the basement. Hopely next time you'll get the second floor so that we can have the full layout of the place. I find the place very comfy and wonderful. I'm suggesting this place to everyone who want to visit . It's near Finsbury Park and a has a lot of transportation and accessible by trains and busses.Also has a lot of shops and restaurants at walking distance for all your everyday need..inside it has all the comforts you need ,washing machine and dish washer ,big bed and its very warm .it can accommodate a family and make feel they are at home.

All was perfect.There was nothing I didn't like..The only think that was messed up was that the car had broken down and was towed by the AA and we let the desk know that it would have come late at night.and the next day we will rent another car after the carage would come to tow the broken car away.the desk didn't understand and canceled the parking resulting in the car getting a ticket.we were told to send the ticket so they'll take care of it.we hope this is the case and they will.

El departamento era muy completo. Tenia todo. Estaba muy cerca de varios supermercados y un TK Maxx. La zona era muy buena con la linea Picadilly a 10 minutos andando.

Las almohadas eran incomodas y el sillon un lado muy blando y otro muy duro. Nos cobraron 30 libras por salir dos horas mas tarde cuando habiamos estado una semana alojados allí.

Και το ID μου αυτά ούτε στο Halton δεν μου τα είχαν ζητήσει. Αν θα ξανά έμενε εκεί κάποιος θα του πρότεινα να ζητήσει τον 3ο όροφο γιατί αν είσαι από ταξίδι και θες να κοιμηθείς μεσημέρι απο πάνω και που περπατάνε ακούγεται πάρα πολύ. Κατά τα άλλα υπέροχο σπίτι και πολύ καθαρό 👌

Nice apartment, well maintained! Super smooth check in/check out process! Nice balcony! Indoor heating which was great! Big bathroom, although shower cabin is very small.. There is an app with all the instructions and info, which is very handy! You have to pay a deposit in order to be able to check in, which I must have missed when booking... A short walk to the underground station and bus stops, well connected to the centre. There are shops near by that are open late. Very quite neighborhood! All in all a very good choice! Thank you!

The flat is super lovely and bright. We love the kitchen and the garden! The location is excellent! So close to the Sainsbury’s and AlDI. There are lots of foods around!

They thought of (almost) everything! Down to the coffee pods for the coffee machine & detergent pods for the washer/ dryer! I was very impressed indeed. Great for small families.

The host responded quickly and comprehensively to enquiries via the platform. The kitchen space was good - however, we did not end up using it. Included coffee machine, small fridge, cooktop, washing machine and dishwasher. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The room would suit a couple rather than a family (or any more than two people). Ground level - easy access. Great access to middle eastern restaurants in the area and close to trains and buses.

The room seemed to be a renovated garage at the bottom of an apartment block - it smelt of damp and there was black mould in the bathroom (which we expected in London). The kitchen floor was permanently wet with moisture coming up from under the floor, worse when we walked in the area. Would not want to stay inside too long. There is significant noise from the apartment upstairs from people walking and dragging furniture/suitcases across the floor - reduced sound proofing.

Gostei muito do apartamento, da limpeza, do atendimento do sr. Bart, apesar de ser longe dos pontos turísticos, tem metro a uns 600 m que atende muito bem. Super recomendado.

Tivemos 2 noites difíceis com vizinhos de cima muito barulhentos, mas assim que conversamos com sr Bart ele resolveu o problema rapidamente.

Lokalizacja w przyjemnej okolicy, blisko sklepy, centrum handlowe, restauracje, parki. Naprawdę blisko stacja metra i liczne przystanki autobusowe. Apartament nowy, przestronny, doskonale wyposażony i czysty. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem.

Morda bi lahko bila bližje kakšna Tresco trgovina. V samem apartmaju pa morda večja izbira čajev (kakšen sadni ali zeliščni), posoda za kuhanje mleka. Manjka večja izbira manjših brisač.

Nagyon jól felszerelt konyha (edények, mosogatógép, mosógép,kávéfőző, pirítós sütő és fűszerek, tea kávé is), tiszta fürdőszoba.

Easy to get to, a short walk (or 2 bus stops) from Manor House station, near shops and supermarkets. There's a cute garden at the back, very lush green in the summer and cool shade against the heat. Check-in and communication was very easy and Bart was very helpful with all my queries and concerns.

It was very hot (but I have to disclaim that it was The hottest week in history in London and the host made efforts to put a big aircon)

Bart, our LondonFineStay contact, kept us well informed and was easily available by text, WhatsApp and email. He also was a great help in organising the necessary parking vouchers.
Comfortable bed with soft pillows.
Large TV had Virgin TiVo box and all channels were available including Sky Movies and Sport.
WiFi was good.

The apartment was looking very tired and paintwork was grubby and in need of redecoration. Considering the cost was well over £200 per night and there was a £75 cleaning fee standards were quite low. Your Booking Confirmation sheet states "In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property" but cleanliness was one thing we did not find:-

Well established cobwebs in most corners of the rooms and windows with a large gathering of them between the radiator and wardrobe.
Thick layer of dust and dead insects on horizontal surfaces such as on top of the long mirror by the breakfast table and on window ledges.
Cutlery, crockery and glassware needed to be cleaned before use due to heavy water staining and food residue. one of the mugs was chipped and the base of two of the cooking pans were burnt.
The bed sheet had several stains on it and the bathroom towels were well used with one of them being very tatty.
Greasy smudges on the mirror also showed lack of cleaning.
There was mould around the sealant at the base of the shower and the shower head leaked which reduced the flow.
In the bathroom basin there was no working plug but this wasn't a major problem as there was a blockage somewhere so the sink took quite a while to empty!
The only way to watch TV was from the bed as the TV was on the wall behind the sofa.

Reading the reviews before booking we were hopeful for a well presented and clean apartment but if this is a London FineStay then I'm glad we didn't slum it. The pictures on the web site are a mishmash of the 2 or 3 apartments available and the outside views quite misleading as the apartment block in question is on the extreme left with the entrance door at street level. No pictures of the terrace space either and now we know why - a pokey dark corner with very uncomfortable chairs.

Ideal size for four people who were essentially just using the room as a base to sleep.
Large shower and decent sized bathroom, kitchen had lots of room and had coffee capsules which were a nice touch.
Easy to get in with a code from the staff sent prior to arrival.

The floor of the apartment clearly hadn’t been mopped in a long time; soon ended up with black feet/socks. Otherwise was generally ok.

Location was excellent for us. Easy access to public transport and supermarkets, restaurants, parks. Clean towels, toiletries and excellent communication from the host. Plenty of on street parking. Fully fitted kitchen and well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery

It was very hot - we were on the ground floor so couldn't keep the window open for ventilation when we weren't in. In common with a lot of flats in London, you can hear people walking around upstairs and it sounds loud even though they aren't doing anything in particular.

Some initial problems. No active electrical outlets in half the unit. No wifi access. TV remote missing. No instructions to operate stovetop and no hot water from kitchen/bathroom sinks. Otherwise, unit is clean and modern I was much too quick with that review.shown above Bart did an incredible job to ensure all problems were resolved in short order. He has been an excellent host,providing everything we initially requested. We would certainly stay here again and heartily recommend the property and host

Małe rzeczy zostawione w kuchni, takie jak kawa, herbata, cukier, przyprawy sa zawsze na plus no i nespresso kapsulki. L'emplacement est idéal, nord est de Londres à proximité de la dernière station métro de la zone 2.
Le studio est très bien équipé, bcp de choses sont fournies.

L'insonorisation du logement est très tres faible.
Propreté du logement assez moyen.

Flat had everything I needed
Good location

Dishwasher didn't work and the shower needs TLC, but I let them know and they replied really promptly so I am pretty sure all that will be fixed now
