Guest access
The flat is entirely for your use and not shared with anyone. Please respect the neighbours by keeping the shared yard area clean and the noise down, especially at night after 10 PM.

The flat is on the 2nd floor, accessible via stairs only (no lift).
Other things to note
To help protect our community and ensure a smooth check-in experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form. Depending on your booking details, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of this secure process.

The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM).

We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking:

Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)

Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day

Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)

Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair)

In-person check-in or luggage assistance – Please request well in advance to guarantee availability:

The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk from the Tube station and only 5 minutes from bus stops with easy access to Central London. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities close by, making it very convenient.

The flat has everything you need, and the host is exceptionally responsive and helpful, quickly addressing any questions or requests. I had a very comfortable stay and would happily recommend it.

The only drawback I experienced was some noises from the flat upstairs. There was regular movement from guests arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning, which occasionally made the property less quiet than expected.

Everything was clean and organised. Staff was responsive to our needs.

We chose the apartment on the highest floor. It turned terribly hot during our stay, and unfortunately, there was no air-conditioning in the apartment. We had to request for addiorional stand fans.

There is a deposit that was requested only a week before the actual stay. One could choose between a non refundable deposit or a refundable deposit. The refundable deposit was £ 1000!!!!, which was almost double the amount I paid for 4 night 5 day stay. I wish they were more transparent about this when I did the booking,which was about a month before my stay.

This is a lovely apartment and I enjoyed my stay. Booked quite last minute and everything was very smooth and straight forward.
Lovely little place to stay and would definitely stay again in future.
