We really loved the location. It was perfect for us as we didn’t want somewhere too touristy or too central, but still wanted good transport links. There were buses and the subway nearby, and it was easy to get to the house with our luggage. Having Aldi and Sainsbury’s close by was also really handy. The house itself was great for our group of 8, with 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to eat together. We also enjoyed having the terrace, especially as we were there in summer. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and the host was amazing with communication, always quick to reply and very helpful. They even let us check in 1 hour early, which we really appreciated. Everything was also very clean and we had no issues during our stay.

Nothing really! If we had to suggest one small improvement, different coloured towels and a bit more space to hang and dry them.
It’s a very minor thing though!

- We (family of 4 and a dog) had a great time! Our sons loved the yummy Turkish restaurants round the corner, our dog the walks in Finsbury park and we liked the quiet neighborhood.
- The apartment is well located - Piccadilly Line leaves at Manor House and Victoria Line at Finsbury Park. There are furthermore plenty of buses running in all directions.
- We easily found parking on “just park”.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, qui comportait tout ce qu'il fallait (même pour cuisiner) pour notre famille avec 3 enfants. Posizione ottima, host disponibili e molto reattivi nelle risposte. Cucina fornita, bagni puliti purtroppo un po' meno il salotto (è stata prontamente proposta una pulizia intermedia ma per ragioni logistiche non ha avuto senso procedere in questo modo).

Great property, ideal for what we needed and loved that we could select a late check-out and early check-in. apartment was very hot but lots of fans provided for us and were switched on ready for our arrival. shower was a little dated and difficult to use but overall fine. everything we needed provided just wish we'd picked up some milk to go with all the tea and coffee kindly provided. towels and bedding lovely and clean and crisp. Can't fault how responsive the host has been throughout. would definitely stay again.

숙소를 정할때 소음이 적으며 화장실이 2개, 피카딜리 라인 지하철 근처에 있는것을 고려했는데 완벽히 부합하는 숙소였어요~
교통도 좋고 조용하고 깨끗해서 좋았어요~
또 숙소에서 5분 정도 거리에 밤 늦게까지 하는 대형마트가 있어서 잘 이용했고
첫날 체크인 하는데 주소를 잘못 찾아 호스트에게 연락했는데 늦은 밤에도 바로바로 친절히 응대해 주어서 감사했습니다.

L'alloggio era molto fedele alla descrizione e alle foto presenti sul sito. La posizione un pò scomoda in termini di distanza dal centro. La linea piccadilly èa 15 min di camminata. la pulizia era accettabile, ma davvero tutto molto polveroso e diversi capelli trovati nelle lenzuola che andavano messe sui divani letto. Utile la possibilità di filtrare l'acqua del rubinetto con l'apposita caraffa. Anche il bollitore e la macchina per i toast erano sporchi. Inaccettabile la caldaia in cucina che faceva molto rumore, soprattutto durante la notte, quando si accendevano i termosifoni. Inaccettabili anche le difficoltà riscontrate per ottenere l'acqua calda nelle docce: praticamente ci siamo fatti tutti e 8 docce fredde a fine novembre. Altra nota negativa è l'impossibilità di regolare la temperatura della casa: nel soggiorno era molto caldo, mentre nelle camere faceva piuttosto freddo. In linea di massima non lo consiglio.

Unfortunately, the facility looks much better in the photos and that's what tempted us. The apartment was not clean - there were cobwebs in many places and dust in the corners. The worst thing, however, is the mould in many places, which is bothersome for us due to allergies. Permanent decorative elements have certainly not been washed for a long time, e.g. curtains with numerous stains. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it.

Not equipped for family stay-in dinners. MISSING THE STREET FACING WINDOW COVERINGS. Makes for bright and uneasy nights. Checkout process was perfect.

We had a lovely stay here! The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location is fantastic — very close to transport links, shops, and restaurants, making it super convenient to get around London.
A few very small things we noticed: having a few more kitchen tea towels and cooking utensils would have been helpful, as well as laundry pegs and tongs for the toaster. The TV signal was also a bit weak at times. These were really minimal impacts on our stay, but worth mentioning.
Overall, a great place to stay and we would happily return!

It was nice and clean. Plenty of dishes and cups for us.

The only draw back was the airflow and temperature with no AC, we left the back door and front window open to get more airflow and cooling.

The apartment is clean and well equipped, the beds are comfortable.
Good public transport with both buses and the underground are easily accessible.
There are plenty of shopping and dining options in the area.
Bart is a good host, he was very helpful and supportive during our stay.

There was a group of 8 of us who really enjoyed our stay. It was really close to Finsbury Park which was great for us and a short 15 minute away there was an area with lots of restaurants and things to do.
There was enough amenities for all of us and had no trouble finding the location.
We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Le propriétaire du airbnb répondait rapidement pour chaque requête, l'endroit était propre et correspondait aux photos. L'appartement était bien équipé lors de notre arrivée, nous avons du juste racheter une fois du papier toilettes mais c'est tout, le reste correspondait à la durée du séjour. Le voisinage était calme et sympathique. On n'entendait pas les bruits venant du dessus.

Bart was very responsive and even let us check in an hour earlier than the early check in we previously paid for. We used uber a lot but there’s really no need to. There’s so much public transportation nearby. Plan on visiting London again very soon and are hoping he has other properties as well.

El apartamento está muy bien y es muy amplio. Eramos 2 familias, en total 8 personas y estuvimos muy a gusto. Es una zona muy tranquila y, aunque no es céntrica, tiene paradas de bus a menos de 10 min y de metro a unos 15 min que te conectan con el centro de Londres en unos 40 min.

Tiene dos habitaciones con 1 cama de matrimonio cada una, por lo que solo 4 personas pueden dormir en una cama. Las otras 2 camas son sofá-cama grandes que pueden dormir hasta 2 personas por cada una, que aunque son muy cómodas tienen la desventaja que están en el salón-cocina.

El apartamento está muy bien y es muy amplio. Eramos 2 familias, en total 8 personas y estuvimos muy a gusto. Es una zona muy tranquila y, aunque no es céntrica, tiene paradas de bus a menos de 10 min y de metro a unos 15 min que te conectan con el centro de Londres en unos 40 min.

Tiene dos habitaciones con 1 cama de matrimonio cada una, por lo que solo 4 personas pueden dormir en una cama. Las otras 2 camas son sofá-cama grandes que pueden dormir hasta 2 personas por cada una, que aunque son muy cómodas tienen la desventaja que están en el salón-cocina.

We had a lovely stay! The underground is about a 10 minute walk from the house, which was perfect for us! Lots of shops and restaurants/cafes near by! Would stay again :)

La ubicación es correcta, justo al final de la zona 2.
La casa es muy cómoda por ponerle una pega, diría que faltan perchas en los dos baños para dejar las toallas… el resto fenomenal.

We liked the location as it is close to metro and bus going to the centre. Also the flat is modern and comfortable.

We would have prefered seperate blankets for each of us as we were not couples.

The apartment is very clean, well equipped with all the necessities you need. The location is great, just around 12 mins walk to Manor House station which is on Piccadilly Line enabling you to get access to London centre direct and fast. Bart is very responsive and polite. The communication and the check in / check out are very smooth. Highly recommended it.

The apartment was extremely clean and well organized. Useful amenities were provided. The neighborhood was quiet. Easy access to public transportation ( overground & underground). Surrounded by restaurants and shops till late night.

It was lovely staying at Bart’s place. The apartment was really spacious for a London home! I was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was. My two daughters and husband had enough room to move around. The two bathrooms were a good thing to have. Bart was very responsive, always answering my questions within minutes. When I needed to extend and asked for a late checkout, he obliged me. The kitchen was well equipped, I only wished I had bigger pots as I am used to cooking large meals. Neighborhood was lovely with shops all around for groceries. The back garden was a plus and we had a visiting cat😊. We would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again. It was very accessible and easy to get round with two underground stations and lines, national Rail Services and Overground nearby. Thank you Bart.

Bart is a fantastic host and the apartment was extremely lovely, airy and spacious.
I would most certainly recommend this accommodation. I had just one issue with trying to obtain the keys from the lock as it’s a bit techie, but Bart was extremely helpful in assisting me to resolve the issue quickly.

La casa esta bien ubicada, a 40 mins del centro, con varios supermercados a 5 mins (Sainsbury y Aldi). Fue muy cómoda para dormir los 6 (aunque podrían haber dormido 8). Toda la casa funciona perfectamente, ningún problema de temperatura, ni de cocina ni de baño. A mi parecer lo que ves en las fotos es lo que hay y a nosotros nos pareció perfecto.

Todo estuvo muy bien, no tengo nada malo que añadir.

Especially liked the big bedroom with ensuite, so nice to have a bit of space. It is really clean and very well equipped - with plugs and sockets in every place you might need. The kitchen was great too and both bathrooms , great. It was also very quiet at night, which is not always possible in London. Bart was really easy to get in touch with and answered everything very quickly and efficiently either by email or on the app. We were so pleased to have a place so close to where we were working this week. Super easy instructions to get into the apartment and the apartment was super clean and cozy with all the gadgets and amenities a person would need, from body washes, ironing boards, power strips, cleaning supplies, and cooking utensils. The location was also super close to many quaint restaurants, and grocers. The apartment was also in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Buses and trains were close by, with buses going to most parts of central London directly making it super convenient.

This is a great ground floor apartment in North London, with a lovely kitchen diner and two very good sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite and another bathroom. There is a back courtyard with double doors leading onto a patio, perfect for alfresco drinks or dining! We had a really nice time at Bart's place and would recommend it to others.
