The flat is entirely for your use and not shared with anyone. Please respect the neighbours by keeping the shared yard area clean and the noise down, especially at night after 10 PM.

The flat is on the 4th and 5th floors and is accessible via stairs only (no lift).
Other things to note
To help protect our community and ensure a smooth check-in experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form. Depending on your booking details, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of this secure process.

The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM).

We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking:

Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)

Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day

Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)

Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair)

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment - truly unique. Obviously much considered thought & design was invested and I loved coming home to it after work (ours was a long stay of 2 weeks). It was a bit too easy to imagine living there permanently! The kitchen was wonderful & well equipped - bathrooms equally so and the water pressure excellent. A real standout for me was the upper level living room with huge skylights - a relaxing haven to watch television or work - it made a huge difference. There's a sense of a space as a result, providing all the comforts of home.
Location was unbeatable and with the station just up the road, the world is your oyster. About the only downside to mention were several flights of stairs and no lift (but the upside of course is to be on the top!) - ensure you're strong/fit and perhaps not weighed down by too much luggage. I think I left fitter as a result! Also of note - they were great hosts who couldn't do enough to ensure everything worked well.
