My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings; therefore, a damage deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection; however, deliberate damage is not covered.Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00; this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days if no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damage waiver fee, OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damage deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made, we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.

We had such a lovely stay at On Water 2! It was a unique and fun experience being right on the water in Brighton Marina. Waking up to the sea on both sides was just amazing. The kids absolutely loved it, such a cool and different adventure for all of us. Brighton Marina Village also has everything you need, open till late, which made our stay super convenient. Would definitely recommend it for a fun and easy family getaway!

Not a bad place, but not what I expected. Bathroom is tiny, would compare it to a plane lavatory. Steep stairs so be careful. £30 non refundable deposit, very cheeky. Not a bad location easy to get to places. Decor could improve, and a new rug is needed in the living room area.

Booking was a little tiresome, as you needed to download an app, and they try to charge you a £30 non-refundable depositum guarantee. Read closely, to make sure you find the refundable option. Except from this, we had a great stay. Wonderful for kids. Close to bus stop to Brighton, frequent rides. There is a washing machine in the flat, which was great. Nice and clean, comfortable bed, unique surroundings.

We want you to have the best possible experience with My Getaways. Here’s a friendly Guest Guide to help your stay run smoothly Our Guest Promise We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group. Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Pets This property is not pet-friendly. Check-Out Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please: Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts. Age Policy Bookings are only accepted where the lead guest meets our minimum age requirements and where the majority of the group is of an appropriate age. If you’re unsure, please get in touch with us before booking. We’re always happy to help. Other: No outdoor shoes to be worn inside.
