It was good, the house was well located next to the beach and the center. Comfortable house and comfortable beds. The showers work more or less well. Small kitchen and the dining table was a bit small for 15 people. Enough living room. Good communication and when we mentioned something during the stay, their responses were quick. Some details. The wine fridge was broken (we wouldn't have missed it if it wasn't there) and the fridge was missing part of the fridge shelf.

Does what it says on the tin. Could be clearer instructions on how to get in. Great location and great for big groups which makes it very good value for money if you can fill it. We had no issue with noise monitors etc despite us being a loud group who got back late from nights out! Would recommend

The place was quite well cleaned when we arrived, and had a lot of amenities in the kitchen. Plenty of bed space for us as a group and the location close to the pier was great.

Its a nice place to enjoy the beach from a short distance. Just beside the beach. Some refurbishment needed. Specifically the bunk beds(feels shaky/ legs are not fixed), hair dryer(two not working),lights(make troubles) . Overall i think its a good option but some sort of things need to be fixed.

I would have given it higher scores. but did not realise there was an additional fee via my getaways. I had to pay that before I receive the entry code. and even that took a few attempts to get a valid code. so getting into the property took a while. but everything else was accurate to the description. Great location and good amount of beds. the price was also reasonable compared to other places. well recommended but be warned about the additional fee after booking

Can't really complain, the house was everything described we were all very comfortable there was 13 of us and it accommodated us all very well. Facilities were all clean and tidy, the house looked exactly as shown and described, the location was perfect could walk everywhere. Only compliant was that parking is hard, had to pay to park about a 10 minute walk from the house, also getting into the house was the most difficult part, the code we were given kept not working, was on the phone for a while trying to get someone to come out and sort it, and in fairness the host was able to get help to use really quickly and we was in. Overall, we were all really satisfied and really enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Really lovely house and great for 16 people. Be aware of noise after 10 due to neighbours, we unfortunately didn’t see our warnings and had to pay an £120 fine. The area is amazing being only a 2 minute walk to the pier and is surrounded by good places to eat and drink. Had an overall lovely stay and would definitely recommend this for big groups.

Unfortunately the kitchen/dining smelled so bad it was almost unusable. The smell was coming from the fridge and the bins which were empty but had obviously left a a horrid smell from previous bookers. It meant we couldn’t really eat communally because of the rancid smell. Some of the doors around the house had really stiff door handles which one snapped off from simply turning it. Location wise it’s good as it’s nearby to everything you would need, and the house is fine if you’re not looking to spend too much time in. Overall it was fine for what it was, everyone had a comfortable sleep and it’s very close to the beach, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, and it’s better if you know you’ll be out most of the time.

Great location near the heart of Brighton. Plenty of space for our extended family to sleep and meet in common spaces. All amenities were in good working order. All in all I would stay there again and the family thoroughly enjoyed.

Positives - Location was great - just a stones throw from the pier , beach and restaurants. Beds clean and comfortable . Good selection crockery and cooking utensils . Negatives- Oven very damaged and difficult to cook . Door to oven didn’t close properly so fire alarm went off numerous times. Condensation a problem in bathrooms. Kitchen cold as radiator did not work.

No Parking provided as it is in CityCenter , furniture and beds are not so good. Parking fee is too high and hard to find near the accommodation . Very responsive host. Good Location , just beside beach and pier

Location was great. House was a little run down & not as well kept as expected. The noise sensor was extremely sensitive. We had been watching a film & it had gone past 10pm and received a text messages threatening eviction and fees due to triggering a noise alert. Good number of bedrooms & bathrooms, though would benefit from a double bed or two. Price was good.

Very sensitive noise sensor spoiled our stay. We are a group of friends in 40s / 50s. On the Saturday evening we were sitting in the lounge talking at a normal volume level. We received several SMS alerts from the property advising us that we had triggered noise alerts and would be liable for costs if security came out or even face eviction! This spoiled our stay. We were literally talking at normal volume level and playing music from a tiny speaker. Honestly I appreciate noise may be an issue for AirBnB but this was just well over the top and unnecessary. This was at about 23:00 Saturday night. Whilst the listing did mention the noise sensor, it has been set to an unrealistically low trigger threshold. We would not stay here again or with any property managed by this group for this reason. Made it really stressful.

Great location and has lots of space, it can sleep 15 or so. Ideal for a party group. The key code for entry is nice as you don't have to share keys. The kitchen is decent. It is a bit stuffy with poor ventilation throughout, and some of the beds are worn down and need fixing or replacing. Pricey but you pay for the location.

Modern decor but jaded. Not family friendly, it is clearly intended for large groups such as hen or stag. There are steep stairs & no kids crockery or cups. You receive a bill 48 hours prior to check in to pay the damage deposit. The 1st option is £50 non refundable or 2nd option is £500 hold on your credit card which is refunded following inspection. I opted for the 1st as there appears to be no process to identify existing damage and you could be held liable for damage you didn’t cause. There’s a lot of chipped crockery & cracks in glasses. The blinds in 1 bedroom were also broken & subsequently let in the light from 5am. The carpet on the stairwell had come away & nails were exposed. Radiators were clogged with dust. The biggest disappointment was no working WiFi. I reported this along with the faulty front door key pad but had no response. The biggest positive is location, very central but I’d look at other options next time as the company are not customer friendly.

Our accommodation was in the perfect location for our trip to Brighton. We were 2 minutes from the beach/pier and no more than 10 minutes from any restaurants/bars we visited. The house itself was easy to find and the check in instructions were simple to follow. We had a few issues with the access code during our stay but they were fixed promptly by the team when we messaged them. Inside, the living space was a bit smaller than we expected but we made it work for us. The house is showing signs of having hosted many guests, and isn't quite as new/polished as the photos suggest, but was perfectly comfortable and very clean everywhere. The bedrooms were a good size, the beds comfortable and the showers/hot water excellent.

After some initial troubles with the keycode/lock the maintenance man ce and sorted. He also bought us some kitcjen utensils that had been missing from the kitchen. Beds were ean and comfortable. Extractor fan did not work in kitchen and a dustpan and brush would be useful. Location was great. Good space for a group of friends/family gathering. Near beach, pier, shops and buses.

Cannot recommend My Getaways enough! They saved our trip when our original Airbnb cancelled on the day we where due to check in. The property was fantastic plenty of beds for a group of 10 people! but the sofas where definitely the comfiest! The Cleaners that where still going at check-in where wonderful and very nice and apologetic they where a little behind but it was completely fine considering we had booked literally a few hours before they allowed us to drop off our bags and I think they left by 4:30pm allowing us to come in to a lovely clean property. You can tell the property is well used with slight signs of wear and tear but other than that brilliant! I would highly recommend, it is and fantastic location close to a number of amenities and shops.

Nice place in a perfect location. Good for large groups of people getting away for a short break. So close to all the main attractions of Brighton and restaurants, pubs and clubs. Please note that Parking is difficult and costly so plan ahead and make sure you have alternatives.

The house is beautiful & it’s location is great. The road can be a little noisy at night but must say this was ok with us. However I had to lower my rating as the house obviously has a drainage problem resulting in the kitchen and the main bathroom being very unpleasantly smelly. But I would like to add we loved our time In Brighton

Was great accommodation and great location. Only bad point was it sleeps 16 (generally with this amount of people in such a small room) and their are noise monitors! We couldn’t even have a conversation without being threatened with security and charges! We wasn’t being loud at all and even the neighbours told us they were happy to have us their and enjoy ourselves (hen do).

First of all I’d like to say it was a good stay, amazing location…apart from a few things I feel the host is responsible for but did not do their job keeping on top of in time. For a house that’s supposed to host 16 people, there weren’t enough plates for 8, we did our food shopping online prior our arrival and couldn’t even fit the food in the small fridge provided, there was no kettle, no iron and the microwave was playing up. We didn’t get all this stuff looked into and brought to the house until the morning after but I must commend the host for the fast replies and the willingness to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Can’t rely on the WiFi too much unless if you’re right next to the router. Overall we enjoyed our stay and did not have any problems with the neighbours or anything like that.

Pros: location is great. Ideal for large groups Cons: The host was not flexible with check-in and check-out times, which is fine I guess considering COVID. Lack of instructions in the property. Lack of supplies in the kitchen, such as dish washer tablets. No parking included and no free parking near by, parking can be a problem if you are driving. Overall an ok experience, the house still has paint smell when you walk in.

Overall we had a great stay, the location was great as for many of us it was our first time so it was great to be close to the action. The house itself is quite cosy when you are at full capacity and there is no where all 15 of us could sit or eat and not nearly enough fridge space for such a large group. I also agree with previous reviews that the house could use some TLC.

Amazing location, amazing customer service but the house needs to TLC. On arrival a bed was broken which was offered to be fixed but there was plenty of others so not needed. Attention to minor details such as bathroom door locks, toilet flushes and toilets seats, dishwasher door etc would make the stay much easier but overall a great stay.

A nice house in a really great location. The beds were comfy and the house was kitted out with everything we needed. Very handy having a door code instead of the key with such a large group staying. The house is bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but this wasn’t really a problem and it is generally good value for money. Thank you!

Very nice place in a phenomenal location making exploring Brighton very easy. We stayed during the extremely hot weather which was uncomfortable in the top floor bedrooms (33’C!). The place is nice and as pictured but I’d a say a bit more lived in since the photos were taken which is understandable. A couple of things probably need looking at in the kitchen but otherwise I would stay again.

Great location with easy access to both the seafront and the centre. Disappointing that one of the showers was not working meaning that there were only two in action. The amenities laid out for us were good with comfortable bedding and plenty of kitchen appliances. Overall a very good stay.

We had originally booked another house but due to some maintenance being carried out we were asked to be moved here. WOW What a location. More or less in the front of Brighton just up from the pier. So easy for us a large to get around. Great house great location what's not to love.

We had a comfortable stay in Brigthton’s place. They responded quickly when I asked them to check one of the radiators. The house is stylish and the beds are enough for a lot of guests. Its an easy walk to Brighton pier and Morrison’s.
