The apartment is situated on the ground floor. In through the main communal door, your apartment is directly to the right.
Through the front door and straight into the studio space with zip and link beds which can be made as two singles or a large double.

My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damages deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb.
My Getaways is committed to our owners to ensure their holiday homes are protected during bookings. The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £300 OR you can opt to pay £30 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £300 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

The apartment was good in itself. But in and around the apartment was no cell reach. The built-in Wi-Fi in the apartment did not work and so we were not available. The TV didn't work either. Furthermore, the frames were dirty and moldy and the toilet seat was broken. The beds were small and the you were pricked by the springs. Just before entering the apartment we suddenly got a message that we had to make 30 euros deposit... very crazy

Worst experience with this apartment. Completely uninhabitable with mould on soft furnishings and in the fridge. Kitchen was poorly cleaned. Bedding and towels didn’t smell clean because the apartment was so damp which wasn’t helped by barely being able to open the windows to get some air in. Stripped the bedding to discover huge stains on the mattresses. Immediately left without even bringing our bags in. On top of that, the host has rudely refused to return our accidental damage cover fee even though we didn’t stay there.

We want you to have the best possible experience with My Getaways. Here’s a friendly Guest Guide to help your stay run smoothly Our Guest Promise We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group. Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Pets This property is not pet-friendly Check-Out Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please: Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts. Age Policy Bookings are only accepted where the lead guest meets our minimum age requirements and where the majority of the group is of an appropriate age. If you’re unsure, please get in touch with us before booking. We’re always happy to help. A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages.
