This property offers one complimentary parking space, measuring 4.70 meters in length (to the curb) and 2.24 meters in width. The parking area is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the property at Portland Street Car Park in Central Brighton.

Vans are not permitted in the on-site car park. However, several parking options are available just a short walk away, each with varying rates. For convenience and security, we recommend the nearby Trafalgar Street Car Park, which is the closest and most secure option.

Gorgeous apartment right in the thick of it. Lovely & spacious and perfect for our family trip. The location was slightly too loud for my parents, although we didn’t mind a bit of noise at all as were in town center. Really good value for money, clean, great selection of sundries & equipment.

Honestly this place treated us well! We were a large group of 9 people and we always struggle to find places to accommodate us. We all had a bed to ourselves and even still had space for more! Modern, spacious and comfortable interior, the most absolutely amazing central location, and all basic amenities such as bedding, towels, toilet paper, tea and coffee were provided. There’s only one toilet but that wasn’t a problem for us and two showers. Wifi was a bit poor but we weren’t there to be on our phones anyway. Very comfy beds! Overall a 10/10 stay🥰

If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
