The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £300 OR you can opt to pay £30 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £300 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

Hosts were very responsive, helpful and quick to answer our needs. Location was great for access to beach, pier, bars and The Lanes. Accommodation was just a little more ‘used’ than images showed, could be set up better with mirrors and table near plug sockets etc for getting ready, and there was an additional ‘non-refundable deposit’ of £30 we had to pay in order to receive our check in details on the day of our arrival!

Amazing place, clean and warm, lovely big garden, the flat is comfortable and make you feel like home , I would recommend this place ! Are many restaurants (Little Jack Fullers best fish and chips in brighton ) and pubs on st James street close to the house , and is 2 min walk to the beach. Thank you !

The apartment is well located and the beds are okay. Unfortunately the bathroom had a stained ceiling and floor, which seems to come from water (out of the toilet on the floor?). We told the company and they replied very quick and wanted to send someone to check. Due to us being on a business trip with no time to wait for personal we told them it would be okay to check on this after our check out as the leaking didn’t seem to be happening constantly. Still, the bathroom was more or less dirty (shower mostly). The rest of the apartment seemed to be okay clean, bedsheets /linen had been clean. The only very concerning thing was the shower as it got boiling hot within seconds after one would get in there with no chance to regulate it in any way. This is very dangerous and needs to be fixed! Due to the fact our days were super long working, there was no time to deal with it and we used the sink to wash ourselves. The sofabed was very hard to sleep on, too. Other beds were okay.

If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group. Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Pets This property is not pet-friendly Check-Out Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please: Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts. Age Policy Bookings are only accepted where the lead guest meets our minimum age requirements and where the majority of the group is of an appropriate age.
