The location was amazing, 15 minutes walk to the Dubai mall . Nice 24 hours coffee shop and restaurant. The view from the balcony outlooking Burj Khalifa and Dubai skyline. Also nice pool. We loved the place.

The place is perfectly described as in the description and is a great area to live at for a couple days. The view was great, the host was responsive. However few things.. the floor was sticky and not that clean when we checked in. There was a noticeable smell in the outside bathroom area and it was there everyday even after we sprayed room freshener. All in all could have been cleaner, but it was a great apartment. Given that it's clean the next time, I would love to book this again!

Bathrooms nice, bedrooms fairly nice, terrace nice but unnecessary big compared with kitchen and living room. Kitchen was poorly equipped and not really planned for cooking. View was nice.

What you see in the pictures and how it’s described is exactly what you get. Dubai as a city is amazing with lots to do. But with a reasonably priced accommodation with an incredible view, it made it even better. Great host too who was very responsive. Accommodation had everything needed including shops and prime Dubai locations within half an hour to an hours drive. Highly recommend the place and won’t be disappointed.

==> Location: + Excellent location for downtime Dubai - 15 mins. walk to Dubai Mall + Can walk across the road to canal - it has a nice walking/jogging trek + One grocery store is outside the building + One has to take a bus (to business bay or Dubai mall metro station- say 15 mins drive) or walk to Dubai Mall Station (around 25 mins. walk) to catch a metro. + Cabs - get from outside the building ==> House + Best part of the house is a big balcony - you can have a direct view of Burj Khalifa and all swanky business bay buildings. We spent most of our time while at house in the balcony. + Master bedroom is relatively big, other bedroom is not that big + Rooms are as shown in pictures + Ideal for 4 guests + Only flip side is that they don't provide basic toiletries, no help in case of any issues (like first day we didn't have hot water due to some issue in apartment), host didn't put efforts to accommodate early check-in request. Overall - Great place to stay in downtown Dubai.
