The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £300 OR you can opt to pay £30 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £300 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

Perfect location. Clean apartment. Easy to access. Very responsive. Parking space = a plus. Too bad we have to release her at the start of the day. Could improve the brightness. We were satisfied overall.

I stayed at this property for my birthday with a couple of my friends over the weekend. The place was extremely clean and matched the description perfectly. The communication was very quick and helpful whenever we had a question about anything, the response time was amazing. Check in was a little confusing at first but we managed to figure it out with the help of our host/customer service. The only tricky part of our stay was the parking as the reserved parking space was a 6 minute drive away from the Airbnb and there aren’t many spaces to park temporarily outside of the Airbnb to drop off our things and you do have to collect the fob for the parking from the Airbnb first however we were very happy that the property did come with a complimentary parking space which ended up saving us some money as parking in Brighton can be very pricey. Overall me and my friends were very happy with our stay and would recommend this Airbnb

I am beyond furious after the absolute nightmare we experienced in this apartment last night. This place is a health hazard. The entire apartment reeks of moisture – the floors are damp, the air is musty, and the stench is unbearable. But the real shock came at 2 a.m. when I turned on the kitchen lights – the place was crawling with silverfish insects! Do you realize how horrifying that is, especially when we’re staying here with kids. This is absolutely disgusting and far below any acceptable hygiene standard. On top of that, the bathroom sink barely drains, the dustbin’s pedal doesn’t even work, and the lift cannot be called to the LG floor. How exactly am I supposed to carry a buggy and an infant up and down the stairs? This is not just inconvenient – it’s unsafe. And despite paying cleaning fees, we’re expected to take out the trash ourselves? What kind of “service” is this? On top of everything, we had to waste time picking up and dropping off keys at a different location, addi

This was a disappointment stay for us. The lock box is at a different address plus the keys have an electronic fob to open the main doors. Therefore one key between 4 people does not work. Unfortunately the main doors did not lock, the lifts were broken and there were homeless people sleeping just next to the entrance. This gave us significant security issues. The property itself is in the basement and is very very dark. Nothing like the photos. We have used my getaways before and had a very good experience but this was pretty poor. I explained the issues re keys and was repeatedly asked to pay an additional fee for a second set of keys. I cannot recommend this property, avoid.

If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
