Blue Buzzard Property presents this stunning 3-bedroom semi-detached bungalow (all on ground level) with ample off-street parking on private driveway. It’s also walking distance to Bexleyheath with its numerous shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The station, (10 mins walk) provides fast links directly into central London (less than 20 mins) and offers the perfect balance of comfort and style for your getaway.
In the large Kitchen you will find fully equipped new appliances and kitchenware, there is an electric oven, 4 gas hobs, integrated microwave as well as an American-style double fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also a good supply of pots, pans, plates and other kitchenware so you can hit the ground running right away.
The kitchen has a door leading out into the large conservatory/ utility space with double doors leading to a private garden.

There is a toilet on ground level with sink.
Master Bedroom
A calming and soothing space created with light and natural colours, complete with a King sized bed and a top of the range mattress. This large bedroom has been designed intricately, with its own large wardrobe with full length mirrors with office space and chair.
Double Bedroom Two
This bright and uplifting, large double room also has large built-in wardrobes and drawers under the beds. It has a lot of storage!
Main Bathroom
This spacious bathroom has a bath/ shower and is equipped with the soaps and shampoos - Incidentally all towels and linen are provided (as in all our Blue Buzzard properties).
Outside
The house benefits from a private garden- laid out as a patio to enjoy in the summer.

The property has a very large driveway out front with parking for several vehicles.
