This cosy end of terrace home also comes fully equipped for longer term stays with lots of storage, superfast WIFI for home working.
This is a large 4 bed house, it is over three floors- two bedrooms on the top floor- ( a twin and a double room). Two double bedrooms on the first floor (one ensuite) and a family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge dining area, a separate kitchen and downstairs w.c.
GROUND FLOOR

Enjo relaxing in a large open plan living/dining room that overlooks (and with door to) a small private lawned garden and large windows flooding the room with natural light. There is a huge extendable and quite unusual American oak dining table (which we love!!) set for six chairs. There is also a brand-new smart TV with access to Netflix, streaming services, along with super-fast Wi-Fi for home working. The lounge area comes of course with couches to relax and watch films etc at the end of the day
Kitchen (Ground Floor)
Fully equipped with brand new appliances and kitchenware, there is an electric oven and set of 4 gas hobs, as well as a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster and ample cupboard space.
Utility Cupboard (Hallway)
On the ground floor you will find a large understairs cupboard for storing your things. Inside it’s equipped with ironing facilities, a vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack and other cleaning products.

Once you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation email for your booking. An interactive online guest guide will also be sent to you with all information needed from key box codes to Wi-Fi passwords etc. If you are booking on behalf of a business, we are more than happy to send a VAT receipt upon request.
