Welcome to this spacious 4 bed semi-detached family home that’s located just 12 walk* to Gravesend railway station. This house also comes with private off-street parking. Those looking for a peaceful stay, you will be located the end of a private no-through road with a small park almost next door.
This cosy end of terrace home also comes fully equipped for longer term stays with lots of storage, superfast WIFI for home working.

The space

Your Space
This is a large 4 bed house, it is over three floors- two bedrooms on the top floor- ( a twin and a double room). Two double bedrooms on the first floor (one ensuite) and a family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge dining area, a separate kitchen and downstairs w.c.

GROUND FLOOR

Dining Area/ Lounge Area
Enjo relaxing in a large open plan living/dining room that overlooks (and with door to) a small private lawned garden and large windows flooding the room with natural light. There is a huge extendable and quite unusual American oak dining table (which we love!!) set for six chairs. There is also a brand-new smart TV with access to Netflix, streaming services, along with super-fast Wi-Fi for home working. The lounge area comes of course with couches to relax and watch films etc at the end of the day

Kitchen (Ground Floor)
Fully equipped with brand new appliances and kitchenware, there is an electric oven and set of 4 gas hobs, as well as a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster and ample cupboard space.

Utility Cupboard (Hallway)
On the ground floor you will find a large understairs cupboard for storing your things. Inside it’s equipped with ironing facilities, a vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack and other cleaning products.

Master Double Bedroom (Ensuite)
Beautifully furnished with a double sized bed, bedside tables and lamps. This room also has its own en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. There is also a spacious integrated wardrobe and clothes rack providing guests with plenty of storage for clothes and belongings.

Please return this permit in the kitchen drawer at the end of your stay. There is a charge of £150 if you do not return the permit as they are very expensive and difficult to replace- thank you!

Great hosts and very responsive and clear with instructions. The house is as described - we used it as a base to be bear near the home base for a family wedding. I know Gravesend well, the location is good as not too far of a walk into the town centre or the train station and it's a few mins walk from local shops including a nice coffee shop. It's situated next to the train tracks so you do hear trains periodically though it didn't bother me but my husband noticed it a lot. I didn't expect anything truly fancy, but my only slight disappointment was that the main bathroom didn't feel that nice. It's a bit outdated, the shower was difficult to work, the radiator was dusty and a bit rusty. But it did the job for us and it's value for the price. Can't fault the communication and instructions!

Great house in an excellent location for the area where we were working. The property was spacious, well maintained, and had everything the team needed for a comfortable stay. Leon and the team were always friendly, responsive, and happy to assist with anything we required throughout our stay. Any queries or issues were dealt with quickly and professionally, which made everything run smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation with excellent customer service.

We stayed for work and the house is great and very comfortable with everything you need. Parking space for one van and a permit for the other so all good. Thank you Leon we had a great stay.

We stayed for almost 3 months. Leon and his team were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaners are lovely ladies who did a fantastic job. The house is great and bigger than pictures lead you to believe. All in all they are a truly great team who care about guests wellbeing and comfort. Upon booking I was sent a very detailed manual for the house, which included descriptions for cooker , heating, parking etc which was invaluable in making our stay perfect. I Highly recommend them for any length of stay.
