Conveniently located a short stroll to Rainham’s delightful high street (0.2 miles ) you can find traditional English-village-feel-pubs, several restaurants, a selection of curry houses, Chinese takeaways and other essentials open late. Rainham train station is just 0.8 miles away as well as a large Tesco supermarket (0.7 miles).

Coming as standard is also a good supply of cleaning and laundry products, brand new mattresses, smart TV, super-fast WIFI, towels and soaps.

A Good Night’s Rest
You have the entire 2 -story house and private garden with large lounge/diner and separate kitchen on the ground floor. This house has been renovated with sleep being paramount for our guests with quality mattresses and linens and secluded position.
Ground Floor
There is a small step into the building via the front door leading to a large lounge dining area.
Lounge Diner.
This superior accommodation consists of a large open-plan lounge dining area with a brand-new smart TV (Netflix and Freeview). You can enjoy a relaxing seating area and a great dining set with seating for 6 for sit down meals. This room also has huge French doors onto the patio area.
Fully Kitted Out Kitchen
There is a good size kitchen kitted with washing machine, gas hob, electric fan assisted oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, ironing facilities, hair dryer plus a large fridge freezer. We also make sure you have a week’s supply of dishwasher tablets and washing powders to get you started and a good range of cleaning materials and items.
We make sure our knives are sharp too and your pans are not worn out and useless; so annoying when it’s all worn out ☺. You have everything from a set of placemats, pizza cutters to champagne flutes.
The kitchen leads off to a conservatory and more doors to garden
Downstairs WC
On the ground floor is also an additional toilet off the hallway.
Laundry and Heating
We know you need everything ready, and we want to hit the ground running, so we make sure you can get your clothes all sorted ASAP. You will also find iron, and ironing board to catch up on laundry and small supply of washing (dishwasher and laundry) tablets to get started.
The flat is heated by gas controlled thermostatic digital heating and easy to use and set. The same gas boiler system also provides instant hot water as required.

The bedroom comes with a brand new standard double bed and superior mattress (we are particular about getting a good night rest and choose quality mattresses). There is also a large wardrobe to hang plenty of clothes and vanity table.

There is a full-sized bath with shower with toilet to the back of the property, well-equipped with towels, soaps, and shampoos.
Three Extra Single Rooms
There are 3 more good sized single rooms all with brand new mattresses, clothes racks and all tastefully and individually decorated (with single beds in each).

We had a lovely stay. The host was very helpful and responsive. There were a few items of cutlery short and this arrived very quickly when we mentioned it. The house was perfect for our family and dogs. The area was very lovely and there were some superb pubs and takeaways nearby. We would throughly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay again.
